It's warmer off the rink because most of the fans and AC is pointed at the rink where they should be. I didn't go to the bathroom and didn't want to. Plenty of parking. I checked the website and they seem to do all sorts of family nights and other themed evenings. Pick wisely. I didn't take a lot of photos because you know.....skates.

Many of the holiday skaters are visiting Williamsburg, though during the week and in January and February, I've seen many locals enjoying the ice. You can bring your own skates or rent them. This indoor skating center wasn't too far so we decided to pay it a visit. I will say it's very affordable considering the activity and skate rentals. For my family of five we laid $57.00. My daughters had an amazing time and the location itself is large. We loved that they had snacks and food items to purchase as well. I took away stars for service. This place gets busy and quickly upon opening. It was our first time so we had absolutely no idea what to expect. The gentleman at the register was just not welcoming and quite frankly rude. I didn't pay it much mine because I wanted everyone to have a great time. I would suggest a friendly person as the welcome person for a better impression.

There was a period where they stopped classes because of some issue in the rink & that was a bummer for her, but they are back to it. She loves it. I didn't interact with any staff, so I can't speak on that. Please dress for winter when you go though. I couldn't feel my feet, hands, or nose by the time I left there, and I was wearing a jean jacket and leggings. I know better for next time. There's not much parking available on the side of the building, but there's plenty in the front. It's just a short walk to get to the entrance. I recommend this place for ice skating lessons. My daughter loves her instructor.
