We played some air hockey, skeet ball, and a few "drop the claw to grab a prize" games. One of the staff members was restocking an identical machine that we were playing next to us and he gave us a wink and said he'd leave a few items in an easy position which was nice of him. Of course we took advantage of his kindness and nabbed a few small stuffed animals. To play the games, you put cash or a credit card into the token machine and get a plastic token card to use with the various games. I just put in $20 and it was a fun way to kill 20 minutes.

So many cute fish, we loved all the jellyfish, shark lagoon was probably our favorite spot of the night! You can touch the sharks, stingrays & jelly fish while people who work there walk about giving you cool facts about each! There was only 1 available elevator out of 4.. however it wasnt too busy. They have a ticket booth outside to purchase tickets but we got ours online. They scan yoye ticket inside and we were off! We got to see a lot of super cool stuff like fish, jellyfish, sharks, turtles, Frogs, penguins etc. Our favorite exhibit was the birds. You get to go into this big cage and for $5 they give you a small cup of nectar for the birds to eat. They are all around you and you can feed them. We had a great time and we finished everything around 3pm. They close at 6pm.

We followed the guidelines and rules and had zero issues This facility is great for parties and just to drop in and enjoy. I think they do a great job of ensuring guest safety. I appreciate that they understand that people are driving and have rules in place to protect patrons. we had over 80 guests that all left happy and said they had never been Togo Kart World despite being Southbay residents. All of the kids had a blast and the parents agreed we would be making another visit very soon. I would give them 10 stars if I could. management is super responsive. The kids LOVED it! And it was great for the adults because the kids never left the bubble stations. There were so many different wands and ways to make bubbles. The lady who came did such a nice job. She was very friendly and so sweet to the kids. Any time someone had trouble, she would patiently show them how to make the bubbles. As the activity went on, she introduced other bubble making tools like a rope. Each new item captivated the kids. In particular, a few of the kids were timid at first. I thought the lady was very kind and encouraging. All of the kids warmed up to her and took part with the bubbles. I was happy to see some adults getting in on the fun as well. And even some parents teaming up with the kids to try to make the biggest bubble possible. It was a ton of fun all around. At the end, everything was cleaned up and taken away. It was a very effortless way to have an outdoor activity for kids. Highly recommend!

I believe her name is Carrie (maybe jeri?) who owns it. When I originally spoke with her before other companies, the first thing I thought was, she doesn't sound very charismatic nor entertaining. When I learned she was one of the "presenters" is when I searched for another company. Unfortunately no one else was available for my date so I called back. I spoke with her Monday about booking and she confirmed availability but said she was in the car and would call me back later to finish booking. Ok, great. She didn't call me back. I called her back Tuesday afternoon and left a message. Same thing Wednesday, I called a few times to follow up and pay. No response. Today, Thursday, I called and got a hold of her. She apparently has booked someone in my spot since we spoke. I am sooo angry. When we hung up Monday, I would have paid if she'd told me how instead said she was driving and we'd handle later. So I assumed we had our spot. When I reminded her of this, she told me I needed to understand she speaks to a lot of people every day and she had car troubles which she had to fix and handle. Quite frankly, I do understand things happen BUT how do you confirm someone else when you already told someone else they had that spot. Im furious but it may be for the best as I can not imagine her type of personality entertaining a bunch of 4 year olds. Terrible way to run your business. Look for a different company!!! The rooms are pretty expensive and they're strict about headcount. The place itself is loud. Very overstimulating. But the kids love it and the music is usually tailored for the parents but still appropriate. There is a small snack bar in the back. They have a plethora of options. Lots of drink options, ice cream & dipping dots, frozen bananas, chips, pocky, even some locally made flan. No shoes are allowed. Everyone must wear socks. If you need to use the restroom in the back, you have two options, walk in with just your socks on or use their complimentary slippers. They do have a rock climbing option towards the back but it's not always open. Again, kids love it so be prepared to watch the kids go down the slide and to say "wooooow" to very unwow things lol

We visited again today and admission was good for 2 hours! Honestly after 75 minutes, both kids and mommy and daddy were all soooo tired--in a good way! Perfect time to head out and nap! Given the huge space and the amount of families that go, I'm really glad there's plenty of restrooms and clean at that. Cubbies are provided for shoes and other items. They even have an area for snacking and a small cafe section. There's also a lot of places to sit around for parents to just hang out. Ages 3 and under have their own space to explore. It's safe and clean while our 5yr old runs around the entire place, literally! Today, she got to experience the rock climbing area and she's so happy! I've read a few reviews and some I do agree with. There are rules posted everywhere and they are necessary. Although, some equipments do need permanent repairs versus using a bunch of tapes to hold it together. Nonetheless, we'll be back for more play times and hopefully plan our kids' birthday parties here. Location is great and ample parking.
