The staff seemed very knowledgeable regarding the IV treatments for the people next to me asking about medical history and current medications. There's something to be said for when a doctor actually LISTENS to you and works with you to help your pain. It aims to remove any fine wrinkles, acne scarring and make your skin look smooth. It also takes off peach fuzz hair (but don't come in with a beard - men - that's not going to work!). I didn't know what to expect but the process was relaxing and fulfilling. Seeing my face glow (and completely smooth of any fine hair) made my time there entirely worthwhile. Also really enjoyed my technician who was sweet, chatty and informative about the facial. I would love to continue dermaplaning (it is recommended to go once every 4 weeks) as it really feels like a healthy treatment for your skin. I purchased a Groupon that included the dermaplaning facial as well as a 30-minute compression massage. The massage chair was *definitely* an experience in itself. After my facial I was seated in a big black leather chair and fitted with arm and leg sleeves that compressed in varying degrees over the next 30 minutes. It may not be the best to use both the arm & leg sleeves if you are claustrophobic at all because the compressions are definitely pretty strong and almost make you feel as if you are an actual marshmallow. My body felt sore afterwards (but in a good way). I would highly recommend the overall experience. I felt refreshed and rejuvenated. The staff was super friendly and engaging!

I have never been treated so rudely or unreasonably in my life. I had the last sauna slot of the…read moreday, and had about 20 minutes to take a shower. They have two restrooms, but only one has a shower in it. One of their employees was using the restroom with the shower in it to go to the bathroom, and I was standing outside of the door wrapped in a towel holding my clothes for 7 to 8 minutes. At one point, the manager walked by and asked how things were going. I told her I was waiting for the shower. I went in the other bathroom to be out of sight for a few minutes because I was naked and wrapped up in a towel standing in the hallway. The employee, Marquis, finally got out of the bathroom, and I took a shower. When I came out, it was after they closed by about 10 minutes, about the time that it took me to wait for the bathroom. The manager was extremely rude to me, and told me that if I kept leaving after close time, they wouldn't allow me to have the last spot of the day anymore. I told her it was because her employee was in the shower bathroom for 10 minutes while I waited. Then she proceeded to tell me that I should just do a "quick rinse off". I told her that I had a skin condition and that she had no right to tell me how to shower. She also told me that saunas are 55 minutes instead of 60, even though they set the timer in the sauna for 60 minutes every time. She was extremely rude to me, and blamed me for something that was her employee's fault. A few days later, I scheduled a sauna slot for the last time of the day, and the employee that was in shower restroom, Marquis, told me that I could not have that slot. I reminded him that I left a little bit after they closed because I was waiting for him in the shower. The manager rudely came out to me and said "I can call security if you would like". I explained to her that the reason why I left later was because he was using the bathroom. She was extremely rude to me and lied to me and said that she was sitting on the couch in the hallway the whole time and was watching me (which she wasn't) and said I was in the sauna till 5:48 (I came out at 5:40), and that Marquis came out of the bathroom at 5:47. She wasn't sitting on the couch in the hallway, but walked by me in the hallway when I had been standing there for about five minutes outside of the bathroom. She said, "what's going on?" I told her that I was waiting for the shower. At that point it had been about five minutes that I was waiting. I had gone in the other bathroom to hide for a little bit so people wouldn't see me standing there in a towel while I waited for Marquis to stop pooping or whatever he was doing in the bathroom. I was talking to her in a reasonable, calm manner, and as soon as I started saying anything to her, she called the police and the security, and two policeman and a security guard showed up. Absolutely ridiculous. She has beyond horrible customer service skills, and I cannot believe that she has this job. She has always been rude to me, but this is over the top. She needs to be fired or else will be hurt by her terrible treatment of clients. she was nothing but mean to me, and completely unreasonable, and did not acknowledge the fact that I had to wait for him to get out of the bathroom, and me, saying that she was sitting there in the hallway the whole time, which she wasn't, and said I didn't 548, and that the employee came out of the shower room at 5:47. she said that she was not a liar, and called me a liar. Just completely unbelievable. This lady needs to absolutely be fired. She told me I had to leave because she was trying to help a client, and I told her I was her client, and that I have been a good client for a long time, and she said, "Perception is everything." Just another example of her complete rudeness. as I left, Marquis held the door for me and I tried to shake his hand and said to him, "I appreciate you. You've always been nice to me." And he refused to shake my hand, and the manager said, "He's on my side." Wow. Just wow.

I get a follow up call from the Manager because he is the only professional in the building, but I am canceling my membership. The level of customer service does not work for my color or my time.
