This was my first experience at Chili's in Yukon. I have eaten at Chili's at several locations in Oklahoma and always thought the food was dependable and service good. So when it came to planning a lunch for a family gathering at the Fairfield in Yukon, I had not problem choosing Chili's because of my previous experience at other locations. We were planning on eating there Saturday September 18, 2021, at 12:30pm. There were 15 of us. At 11am, I dropped in to visit with staff about bringing that number in for lunch. I wanted for us to be able to sit together. Staff said there should be no problem. He indicated there were several places where they could move tables to accommodate us. He left a sticky note for the hostess. When we arrived at 12:25, we were told it would be a 30 minute wait. I was told we could be seated at several tables spread throughout the restaurant. I told the hostess I had been in earlier and had told them of our needs. The sticky note was in front of her. She told me all diners were seated as they arrived and no reservations are taken. I asked to see the manager. He said he was sorry but could not accommodate our group until noon. I told him about coming in and he said he was sorry. I was angry. It would have been no problem for the staff to have pre-planned and seated other guests in a way that 4 tables could have been left open for us. In our group there were 5 elderly (over 75) two were in walkers. I told the manager that waiting for 30 minutes was unacceptable, and that we would find another place for lunch. I apologized to my group and explained that we would go a bit further down the road and go to Logan's. ( I chose Logan's only because of its proximity to Chili's) I was hoping that Logan's would be able to seat us. As we waited outside to load our handicapped individuals, the manager came out and told us that now he could accommodate us in two tables that were catty-corner from each other. I told him Chili's had missed their chance and we were headed somewhere else. So I leave Chili's a single star without tasting any of their food. read more

Chili's is not what it once was when I was a kid. They change up their menu too often. The burgers are still good. The ribs are no where near what they could be. The fajitas are good but they have taken away some of the better choices for fajitas like the chicken bacon mushroom or the buffalo chicken fajitas. I don't know what has happened at this restaurant but OMG it is so bad!!! I gave this crap hole two chances before I posted this review!! It is the worst food. I had the black bean burger that was like cardboard!! I have been to other chillies and loved it. I do not recommend you go to the Yukon OK location at lol. There isn't a lot to say. I wasn't impressed with the service. We walked in and no one addressed us or asked if we wanted to sit at the bar or have a regular table. We only came for drinks so we directed ourselves towards the bar area. It took the waitress a long time to come to the table. She didn't introduce herself to us. We ordered the peach margarita which is the drink of the month. The drink was very sweet for my tasting. I felt like I was drinking all peach syrup. I like peach flavor, but not a fan of drinking all syrup with a splash of tequila. My friend ordered chips and salsa and had the flag down the waitress to get more salsa to finish off her chips. I like Chili's but personally I think they are losing their edge. The scanners at the table to check yourself out and they aren't personable anymore makes me not want to go there. They are becoming a fast food version of coming in sitting yourself and paying yourself. The only thing the we didn't do was get our own food. It makes it hard to tip the servers when they don't seem happy for your business. I will pick great service or food anytime no matter the cost. read more

So disappointed. Ordered the sirloin steak with French fries & asparagus. Steak was ok, ff's were not even lukewarm. Asparagus was not warm. I guess everyone wants "fresh" vegetables but at least warm them up. I'm so done eating at this chain. 2 stars because waitress was really nice. read more

I visit Chili's a couple times throughout every month and usually have a great experience. My last two times I went I was sat with Curtis and both times he was snobby, stuck up and I felt rushed the whole time I was there. He didn't refill our drinks, he rushed me for my payment when my 2 for $25 desert order wasn't even taken yet, another server happily filled our drinks and came to the rescue. I didn't get her name but I believe she had a light purple hair and she made the visit a little better. I felt as we were on Curtis's last priority list has he checked on the other guests, refilled their drinks and put them before us. I usually enjoy chili's and my time there. It's unfortunate that both times he served us made the time there unenjoyable. read more

I did not eat here today but I did the other weekend and will NEVER again. First, they ask how many and I tell them four and a high chair. (Which is obvious) Second, they tell us it's a 20 minute wait when there's barely anybody there. Lots of empty tables as well as dozens of dirty tables. Third, they sat us within five minutes (duh) in the bar area. (We have a four year old and a 22 month old.). They put us in a booth and say we can't have a high chair unless we sit at a table. OKAAAAY! So we move to a table when they say we still aren't supposed to have a high chair because it's a fire hazard as they give us one. THEN after we settle in they ask us to move the high chair to the other side of the table. Cadence (and Papa) are already fussy. We show our irritation and the waiter says "Well you're not even supposed to have the high chair in the bar area anyway"! WOW! Luckily my grands and my son were with us so I didn't SHOW MY A$$! Scott did a little but not like I would've and you all know this!!! NEVER AGAIN CHILIS. Your food is sub par anyway. read more

We never get To go out eat with three little ones, take out for us is a luxury. We get home ready enjoy our food to find in my husbands food long strains of black hair all in his food! We call they say that they are to busy for him to speak to the manager, take his number said one will call back. That never happened and next day he calls back up there and again said matter would be handled and will call back never happened!! We will never be eating at this location again down right nasty. read more

I ordered dinner to go for my grandchildren and I. We attempted to have dinner inside, but there would be a significant wait. We were offered a table in the center; however; one of my grandchildren has sensory issues and sitting at a table in the middle would have been too busy, not to mention the Covid situation has made this child very anxious even to be in public. I also refuse to sit in the bar area with children. So we left, ordered, and ran an errand, then came back. The food was ready when we arrived curbside to go. It didn't really look like all of the food was there with the drinks as well. We arrived home and took the food out, but we couldn't find the grilled chicken for one of the children. I called the restaurant and told the girl who answered about it. She said that the chicken was under the fries. I thought she meant in a second small container, but there wasn't one so called back a second time and spoke to the manager who told me they were literally under the fries in the same container, and they were! I was so shocked!! The fries were soggy and stuffed onto the chicken. Extra salsa and guac I ordered was not in the bag. The food was cold to boot. During the lockdown, I supported this business because it is local, and they had issues, understandably. In future I'm going elsewhere. Very disappointed! read more

The wife & I went to eat a late lunch Saturday 12 5 2015 1:30 to 2:00 pm they were not that busy but we were not greeted seated & when we chose a table in the bar area there was waiter & waitress standing at there station & neither acknowledged us!! Then she told him to wait on us when we made contact with her 1st !! Buddy was his name & I guess he took it out on us because he was rude & hateful from the start slinging napkins & silverware at us,when the food came it was the same thing!! Food was good though! Buddy not once offered us a refill in fact we had to get our own as they were standing around doing NOTHING?? The wife made a statement that we had not eaten there in a while when I said the last time the SERVICE SUCKED & IT DOES!! Had dinner here tonight and would not recommend this place to anyone. We waited an hour for our food and when it came my chicken wasn't even cooked all the way. Our waiter was great felt bad for him but this place has always had poor food and it just get worse every time I go. read more

I always enjoy going to chili's but this was by far the worst visit I have had. We ordered the 2 for $22 our appetizer was fried pickles. While we were waiting for it our friends were getting theirs. Aly, our waitress, never brought us ours. I waited ten minutes for a water and she never brought any of the others their drinks either. Then she tried to make us pay for the pickles we never got. My wife kids and I have been to this location hundreds of times but only because we didn't want to drive all the way to expressway to the other chilis. Several times our food as been delivered cold or not fully done . The staff seems like they don't care and my wife has had numerous times that she has received dirty plates or glasses as have I. I wouldn't recommend going to this chilis. read more

Food was pretty good. Service was bad. Not really interested in helping customers. Dirty cheap silverware, dirty table. Asked for new silverware and waitress didn't bother to look to see that the replaced silverware was any better. Almost felt like we were harder than the waitress. Looking around , whole place felt outdated after all that. Won't go back. read more

Terrible service. We got up and left after 40 minutes. Never had a server. Heard some help arguing about whose table we were. We asked hostess to find us a server. Waited longer and finally left. We ate at Chili's on Sunday to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful atmosphere. (The last few times weren't fantastic) The manager, Chris (I think he said his name was) stopped by our table carried on a conversation with us and didn't seem like he was in a rush at all! Our server Vegas was very attentive and we also noticed the other server in the same area Blake was also asking us if we needed anything. As I said before we haven't been in a while because of a couple bad experiences so it was very nice to be able to go and have no issues. read more

Worst chilis I have ever eaten at. We have eaten in the restaurant and takeout both, neither is satisfactory. Either way the food was cold and incorrect, so I would recommend you eat there so you can get your order corrected after they mess it up or check your takeout order carefully before leaving so corrections can be made, because you will NOT be able to trust that your order is correct. For example I ordered a smokehouse burger, which was missing bacon and the BBQ sauce and was cold as well?! Anyway if you really like chilis go to the one in Oklahoma City or go somewhere else in Yukon to spend your hard earned money, because more than likely you will leave here unsatisfied and aggravated. Visited Chili's in Yukon last night. Waited over 25 minutes for a table as we were a large group of 9. When the hostess led us to our table, it was two separate tables. Usually, we are informed of our party being separated beforehand so we can leave or accept being split up. When I told the hostess that I was not happy with this, she continually cut me off by saying "all the long tables are taken". Then why did we wait for 25 just to get two separate tables while plenty of groups of people who arrived after us ended up seated before us? Anyway, it was not going to be a big deal until she repeatedly interrupted me saying (over and over) "all the long tables are taken". This is when I became offended. Our waiter immediately said he could fix this by turning the tables into one long table (it was more than obvious that I was upset) and now he had the potential to lose out on a good tip because of the hostess. Anyway, we then waited over 45 minutes for our food to arrive and when it came it was awful. The steak was dry as a tire. The pasta was dry, my grandson's Mac & cheese had obviously sat for over 20 minutes. Even the fajita's were not sizzling when he brought them. Worst experience ever. It was busy, but they are always busy there. Also, a manager never came to our table, so obviously the seating problem was never reported and I never saw a manager visiting tables at all. This place is HORRIBLE and after several, well, let's give 'em one more chance....FAIL, again. What restaurant in Oklahoma doesn't get that serving a hamburger with RAW meat is a bad idea ? That's the last straw for me....it's over and I am DONE with this place (overpriced by the way) and they will have to make it without my money (note: the one full star is WAY more than they should get. I think this average of the reviews are bogus and not accurate. Chili's has great food and great service. We love to order their special chips and dip. They have a great variety of food and there is always a wait for dinner. Hum? I think that speaks for itself! read more

For starters...the girls who work up front seating guests have no clue as to what they are doing. Probably not getting trained. They were not busy at all...but it still took us 10 minutes to be seated. We noticed that the girls working up front were also clearing tables and cleaning them. Our table was not very clean and the salt and pepper shakers were very sticky. We ordered the fajitas and the beef was very fatty and had no flavor. The chicken had a strange orange color and it also had no flavor. The food was very poor. We had not eaten at Chili's in Yukon Oklahoma for over 2 years...but decided to give them another try. Less then impressed! Ate there on Tuesday around 2ish. Got seated in the bar...they weren't seating anyone in the dining room. One of the TVs was being listened to over the speakers loudly and it was extremely annoying! Got our drinks and chips, salsa and queso. Ordered our food (chicken crispers and full rack of ribs). Took quite a while to get the food. Then took a while to get drink refills. Food was not that great! My Corn was missing half it's kernels, crispers were small compared to times before, and extremely dry with hard pieces I couldn't eat, hubby is a big eater and only ate half his ribs, fries were not even warm, had no flavor and soggy and the plating is far from nice! A metal tray for a meal that cost $18.99? Seriously? Then we wanted to pay with cash and they show us our ticket on a little kiosk thing! We wanted a receipt but never could get one! So I have no way to complain or contact them to file a complaint. Chili's used to be a favorite but I won't be back! Our bill for ribs, chicken crispers, skillet queso (which was nasty), sweet tea and strawberry lemonade was $47! Way to much money for what it was! read more

Great service starts with great management. Waited 15 minutes for a table that was ready when we arrived. Not sure how long our server has been in the business. Aside from taking our order the only thing he has said to us was "I'll be right back." Had to ask for the basics... Silverware, plates for our appetizers, refills. It's easy to be better. I feel for the waiter. Maybe he didn't have the training or was hired for a position he's not a fit for. And two stars because the strawberry and watermelon lemonade was good. read more

Nope, nope, NOPE!! Chili's To Go in Yukon is a complete bust. After several attempts to give this restaurant another shot, we've had enough! We tried to call in a to go order after 1:30 pm and were put on hold. After waiting for over five minutes, we finally hung up and redialed. When the girl answered the phone we asked to please not be placed back on hold. She took our order, then said, "You can pick up your order from the bartender in about 20 minutes." and then, CLICK! When we arrived at the restaurant to pick up our order, we stood at the bar for 6 minutes before the bartender finally came around the corner to help us. We were passed by no less than 4 servers and a dish washer that made eye contact but never acknowledged our presence. By the time we got back to the office, our food was cold and our tempers were hot! In my opinion, one star is far more generous than I'd like to give! read more

Eating in, we've never had a bad experience. However, I've ordered takeout 3 times and all 3 times the same bartender has handled our orders and all 3 times, there was a problem with the orders (no plastic ware, tortillas in the soup and therefor soggy). The first time, I noticed the problem and had the bartender fix it. He rolled his eyes at me, threw my order in the trash, and went back and made it right. I felt like I did something wrong. Tonight was the last straw. The same manager was working from the last time I returned food. She made excuses such as maybe on their end it did not show "on the side." She even suggested that I should have checked the order. Whatever reason, I have the flu and I had to drive back to the restaurant and get my order made right. I shouldn't have to check to make sure they got the order right, especially when I am ill. There wasn't even an apology for getting the order wrong. The manager even stated that nothing is on the side, except for the tortillas. I, the customer, listed the items on the side. If the option is available to be on the side, it should be on the side or else don't offer it on the side. read more
