Food is great! My husband and I always loved Chilli's. Unfortunately I can't rate the ambience as we haven't eaten there dining in BUUUUT... I would love to say that the Service of this specific branch is amazing. Shout out to the manager Kiana, who was very helpful and her team doing today's late night shift. A little bit of a backstory, this Chili's was the first food place we ordered from here at Yukon when my little family moved into the area. And the server that gave us our pick up order was nice to tell us welcome to Yukon. But what highlights their service is how they handled our situation today. We usually order delivery from this branch through the chilli's app. Today was one of those days where we ended up with a baaaaaad dasher. Never bothered coordinating with my husband on how to get with our apartment and ghosted us totally with our order. We called the branch first but they have to redirect us to Door Dash first for some reason. Then have to call them again once the refund request was done. Kiana not only helped processed our refund swiftly but even made up for the Dasher's misbehavior and still let us do a free pickup order. We really appreciate the effort that you all did for us. Definitely will continue to order from here and maybe someday dine in at the establishment itself. read more

Haven't been here in a while and the menu has changed somewhat, but they still have the Crispers. There are more options for the flavors and I had the Nashville hot which was really good and not too hot. The other meal was the Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad Bowl and it was really good to! Other than that, we ordered the standard Chips and Queso, my favorite starter here and always consistently good. Noah, our server was really good and I had fun testing his server knowledge. My question was a bit unfair considering today's servers aren't as well versed in the food as we were back when I did food service. My question was what herb the pesto was made with since it was paired with Chipotle peppers. He didn't know which didn't surprise as I highly doubt even the kitchen cooks know that. He did know that it had a but he did know that pesto contains nuts which is important. read more

I enjoyed the happy hour red wine and the margarita. I sat at the bar the bartender was very attentive. I got the salmon and it had a delicious sauce on top with broccoli and rice .This restaurant has amazing choices for everyone. I like the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas but I wanted to try something a little healthier and the salmon was on a menu for healthier options . Great place to pop in and enjoy a meal . I feel like the other servers and the kitchen should be careful about talking and aware of their surroundings with customers being so close . read more

Chili's is my favorite restaurant chain. Ordering can be hard because there are so many delicious-looking options. They continue to update their menu over time; occasionally you lose something you like, but they also add new delicious entrees. Nobody, and I mean nobody, beats their thin, crispy chips, and the salsa is always good. If you like Chili's, you should like this one. The only negative I can even think of was running out of ranch dipping sauce for my quesadillas, which always happens. Next time we're in the neighborhood, it's very likely we'll be back. read more

I ordered from the Chili's in Yukon, OK, through the app. When my DoorDash order arrived, the driver said the bag had ripped, so she placed the food in a Walmart bag. After bringing it inside, I realized my beef queso was missing. I called the restaurant, and the To-Go rep said they'd check with the manager. They later told me the manager was too busy to help but would call me back. I left my number but never got a call. I've had several issues with this location and others in the OKC metro. Chili's used to have great service, but that's no longer the case. I'll be ordering from local restaurants instead--they value their customers more. read more

My son and I came in on Friday and were served my Jon Ware. It was lunch time and a little busy. We received great service and fresh food. My only complaint.... Chilis, please get some good chicken tenders! I used to love them but now they taste like rubber! Jon was the best. read more

Pretty yummy, standard Chili's experience! We were seated with no wait in a small 2-chair table booth, but it only felt cramped at first. Our waitress was Lyric, and she did a good job of taking care of us and checking in. They have a new 'three for me' deal that we weren't expecting, but we ordered it. We got the Dip Trio (not to be confused with their Triple Dipper, who named these? lol) and everything came out warm. Their salsa is zesty, not too spicy, and their skillet queso is very yummy. I ordered their Santa Fe Grilled Chicken Salad, and it was flavorful. The sauce is a little too runny for me, so I probably wouldn't order it again. My husband ordered their Crispy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers and ate it all. He liked the heat on it, it wasn't too bad. Overall, not a bad experience. We'll be back! read more

The food was outstanding and quickly served. Eli was an excellent server with a keen eye to pay attention for drink refills or others needs. I dont understand why this Chili's has low reviews. We eat here every other month or so and it is consistently good. We always carry out but have never been disappointed. We usually get the Triple Dipper and I love the Southwest Eggrolls, chicken crispers and little bites are always good. Our order has always been 100% correct. I've never been so disappointed! I can understand that everybody messes up sometimes, but we had to keep sending our orders back to the kitchen ‍. We had asked for medium rare steak but got well done and the second time we got rare and the steak was still cold to the touch on the inside, my sisters food still had the plastic from the burger in her food and It wasn't even busy. The food was decent. However we have not had chilis for years due to the bad service we have received. We decided to give it another try but was unfortunately let down again. We asked for the chips and salsa appetizer twice, after waiting 20 minutes we asked again for the third time. We finally received the chips and salsa appetizer right before our entrees came out. You know. Corporate restaurants are not generally my thing. But I was and will always be a Chilihead. It was my first grown up job. I started as a Hostess on S Meridian in OKC. By the time I was done a decade later I worked for 2 concepts and travel trained and opened restaurants all over. Chili's is my home. Chips and queso. Salsa. The hidden menu items that I know that can still be made... the classic chili tacos. It's my favorite Chili's thing. I still love their fajitas. I used to hate smelling like them. Carrying those trays... squeezing the lemon... lime.. Chili's taught me everything I needed to know about knowing I am a lifer in this business. The broccoli cheese soup isn't in the menu right now. The black bean soup is long gone. Two of my daily staples when I worked there. The classic chicken breast sandwich with Swiss, honey mustard, bacon, lettuce and tomato in sour dough that was the ABSOLUTE most popular item when I was working for them is gone. But the Caesar lives on. The chicken crispers. I remember when we rolled them out... seriously. The awesome blossom. Chili's quesadillas used to be the best. Chili's will always mean something very special To me. I can still make a Mercedes margarita... from On the Border. Can't beat a classic Chili's Strawberry margarita either. The Perfect one!!! Ordered the triple dipper one of my favorites since it has a choice of little bit of everything. I wanted to try the new viral nashville hot mozzarella sticks so that was one of the choices. The other 2 was southwest egg rolls and the regular breaded mozzarella sticks. I ordered via DD delivery so here was my thoughts. The nashville hot mozz was not as saucy as I thought it would arrive. Some others who post theirs had way more sauce on them so I was a little dissapointed mine was not but worried it would arrive soggy. The outer layer was crispy though and had a thin layer of spice. It was not hot so the cheese "ooze" wasnt there. The egg rolls never disappoints. The flavor is always the same and classic. Although it didnt come sliced in half like it does normally but I didnt mind that. Still very flaky and crispy when arrived. Lastly the breaded mozz is a classic also. Same result as the nashville hot minus the sauce. Glad I tried the nashville hot mozzarella, it wasnt too bad but its not what I expected for all the hype would be. I've always loved Chili's and the location in Yukon is no exception. The atmosphere, food and service are ALWAYS outstanding. I've become a bit of a door dash junkie lately, so I thought I'd give Chili's a shot. Well, someone had evidently given a lot of thought to their take-out service (I expect the Restaurant Manager) and they came up with all the right decisions. In my opinion, the Entrée is the easiest thing to get right with a delivery. It's the appetizers and desserts that oftentimes are a problem. Well, that's all I got this time and they were both awesome. I got the "Skillet Beef Queso" and the "Molten Chocolate Cake". I really wondered how the dessert was going to come, especially since it included a scoop of vanilla ice cream, but it was genius. Everything was in separate containers and it was all refrigerated and the ice cream frozen. All I had to do was nuke everything for about 40 seconds and then put it all together and I had a nice hot, fresh Molten Chocolate Cake, just like in the restaurant. Same thing on the appetizer. What really impressed me the most, was they included a bag of tortilla chips with my queso (a huge bag) and before I opened it, I noticed the seal on the bag said, "Microwave chips, bag and all, up to 45 seconds." Again, GENIUS! I never would have even thought to do that, but it just made it that much better. Like I said, someone put a lot of thought into making sure my take-out dining experience was as good as it would have been if I had dined in and believe me, I appreciated it! read more

After several visits at this location my wife and I switched to only doing take out because the service inside was so terrible. Tonight was about the 3rd time our food they gave us was missing items, or incorrect. I called to ask how to get a refund after not getting my order and the take out person did not know, he said he would get the manager and after 20 mins on hold I hung up. I called back and the same guy told me the manager just didn't have time to talk and said if I wanted to talk to her I would have to call back. We had tire problems on a trip so had to spend 2 hours in Yukon. While We were waiting, walked over to Chili's for lunch. What a pleasant experience! We don't normally eat at Chili's but lunch was excellent! AClassic Chicken Breast Sandwichshley was our server and did a terrific job. Food was excellent and very reasonable price wise! Ate for a lot less than we would have at the MCDonalds in Flagstaff, AZ!!:) crispy chicken sandwich was excellent. Tender and very juicy chicken. Side of steamed broccoli cooked just right. So I went a little out of my way to go to the Chili's in yukon. I am a huge Chili's fan so I try to visit all of them from time to time. A week ago I found my new favorite dish it is the 6 oz classic sirloin with grilled avocado Seasoned & topped with spicy citrus-chile sauce, grilled avocado slices, cilantro and pico. Served on a bed of roasted asparagus for $12.89. This is a perfect dish because its low in carbs. Now I order it every time I visited which means at some point it will be discontinued. LOL I can not for get to mention the staff very friendly, and professional. I had great service from my server Michael. The restaurant and facilities were clean. I will be back. read more

My wife and I went to this location tonight for date night. We have been to this Chilis on several different occasions and never had an issue. However, this time was different. The service was not very good at all. My wife and I waited a ridiculous time for our drinks. The chips we got were drenched in oil and freezing cold. Someone else besides our server ran all of our drinks and food and that set the tone for everything else. I had ordered a beer that we watched set in the bartenders well long enough that I almost went and got it myself. Again, someone else brought the beer. We will never go back to this location. We were bummed because this was a place we have been to multiple times and never had a problem whatsoever. Oh well. We got Togo boxes, went home and ate our sub-par dinner and watched Netflix. We have rediscovered a love for Chilis thanks to their $5 margarita of the month and free chips and salsa. The specialty $5 margarita is always top shelf liquor and is always SO GOOD. The free chips and salsa is a perk of joining their loyalty program. We usually opt to sit in the bar and just enjoy a leisurely dinner and each other's company. It's not a great place to bring my kids (they are 2 and 4 so nowhere is right now) so we pretty much exclusively visit for date night. There is always plenty of parking, but the wait times for the main seating area can be pretty long. There are lots of other restaurants in the area, so you have plenty of backup options. Or, just go to the bar and order $5 margaritas until your table is ready! read more

Sorry Chili's, you just aren't that good. We had a big group of people trying to decide on a place to eat so we decided, chili's. Everyone can get whatever they want. But that's the problem, they do too many things and therefore aren't good at mastering any of the food items. Don't expect to get a meal that looks like the commercials, you will be disappointed. Husband got the boss burger and it looked pathetic. He gave it a 2/10 for taste. I had the bacon ranch quesadilla and they chicken was dry, not much flavor. The strawberry lemonade was good.
