Kayla took very good care of me at the bar. I ordered a guacamole burger with the black bean Patty and no provolone, garlic asparagus and tomatoes, and fries. The burger was very tasty but it fell apart. The peppers should be chopped up. The bun is airy and not dense. So it was difficult to eat, i had to finish it off with a fork. Why they always purchase, cook and serve cheap grisly steaks to their customers I'll never know. You have to search far and wide to get steaks this horrible and I can only assume that's because they got them cheap. Do not recommend for those wanting a good steak. They have some good Mexican dishes. But they have shown over a period of years they are not interested in serving a good, quality steak. If you want to eat a good steak go elsewhere. Bleh. We ONLY chose to eat here because we had gift cards from years ago we finally decided to just go and use. We were greeted and seated quickly and our waitress was right there to take our drink order. Because we had $50 to spend from a gift card and didn't want money left over on the card, we ordered the skillet queso appetizer. Omg. This stuff was seasoned goop. There was zero cheese flavor and the consistency and color indicated there probably wasn't any cheese in it. It is said to have "beef" in it, but I almost thought the chunks in the queso was TVP. It was spongey and in no way actual, real meat. The amount of tortilla chips this place throws away is probably astronomical. Many tables around us, us included, had a full basket left over, and had been eating on it the whole meal. Salsa was tomato-water. Thin with no discernible salsa vegetables, almost like they dilute the leftover juices and re-serve. I haven't been to a Chilis since I was in high school, probably ~8-10 years, so I ordered what I remembered: the chicken crispers. Surprisingly, these were actually pretty crispy. The quality of the chicken was questionable, though. Thin, dried out, stringy pieces. My bf had the bacon burger, which didn't have any bacon on it and the patty was as dry as old shoe leather. The only positive note: the steamed broccoli was actually GREAT. Perfectly cooked and seasoned! On our last visit the meat in the fajitas was so tough you would think it was old, the chicken crispers were cooked too long and the bun on my burger was old. Service was ridiculous. This is a very busy Chili's. We had bad experiences at other Chili's locations however tonight Kiki restored our faith in the experience. While waiting for a to-go order that I just placed, I observed employees in the kitchen who were handling food with their bare hands. I witnessed a female who seemed like a lead or supervisor take a piece of bread with her bare hands and put it on a plate of food. And I witnessed a male grab some potato chips, pull them out of a bag and place them on a plate of food. I attempted to get the manager's attention to let him know about his employees not using gloves to handle food, but he was too busy answering phones for take out orders. The food was so so I didn't finish my steak if that tells you anything. The worst part of eating there was the constant reminder by the manager that they close at 10:30. I got there about 9:45 and by 10 he was telling everyone who came in that they were closing at 10:30 to the point that it was super annoying. Wow. Hubby went to Chili's in Yukon tonight to pick up dinner on Mother's Day. Ordered at 5 :15. Was told 30 minutes. Hubby arrived at chili's at 5:45. Stayed in the car as instructed. My husband did not want to have to go inside and of course, forgot his phone. After over an hour and no one even acknowledging him, he got out of the car to get someone to help. People had come, got their food on either side of him . Ice cream is almost totally melted, food was not even kept warm. Mother's Day dinner was totally cold. Hubby finally arrived home at 7:20. 2 hours after my order was placed. I know things are busy, but this exceeds the point of any acceptability. Worst chili's meal I have ever had. I should have just cooked. After this experience I may never go there again. Tried to call and that was a joke with the only excuse was they were busy. Not even an apology for cold food. Fries were throw away as they don't warm well. Don't tell people 30 minutes and then give them ice cold food with melted ice cream when they were in your parking lot for an hour and a half. Beyond poor service. My husband is 77, we haven't eaten out in over a month, choose because of curbside so he wouldn't have to go in and he had to go in to get someone to check on our food. I would not have complained at all if the food was hot we understand busy and it was Mother's Day. But with melted ice cream and totally cold food someone was not doing their job period. Lunch today at Chilis. Ehh. The Waitresses did not have name badges on so I don't know who ours was. She was very inattentive and slow! We ordered drinks and they weren't out when she came by to see if we wanted appetizers. The waffle crisper appetizer was really good. I asked for pepper jack cheese on my big mouth burgers and they came with American. I only ate 2 of the 4. My husband had fajitas which were not sizzling or hot and didn't have enough tortillas. When she came back by (once) she said how's everything tasting and before I could tell her the cheese was wrong she was gone, didn't even really slow down for an answer. The hostess that greets you at the door was rude and somewhat teenaged annoyed by our presence when we entered. Her cell phone was more important. We were handed a small card with this QR code to scan for the menu. This will pop up their menu on your phone. Absolutely unacceptable. I don't want to read a menu from my phone !! I guess this is because of the Covid virus. So, I looked around and I did see they did in fact have menus around the corner from the hostess area. You know, where they keep the pitchers of tea, they had one stack of clean menus and one stack of uncleaned menus. Like many restaurants the only thing that carries them is the name of the establishment and the quality goes way down. Usually I get beef fajitas and I anticipate the waiter or waitress to bring out fajitas piping hot sizzling, popping and smoking to the table. And a little silver tree tray full of all the add-ons. Nope not even close to that anymore. Just another preheated plate all thrown together. I guess that's to save room on the table because of that stupid tablet that you can use to play games and pay for your bill etc. so annoying. When I see that thing, I usually put it on way far away off my table. I don't wanna deal with it and it takes up too much real estate. Oh yeah and if you do use it, you're charged for it. I've lived near this restaurant for years and decided to go and have a Friday night dinner. My husband and I waited 15 minutes for the hostess to acknowledge we arrived, although she walked past us SEVERAL times in the process. Then, when a waiter finally acknowledged that we had arrived, he told us they were starting a waitlist. We were to be the first people on it (could see the listing and asked) and it would be 25-30 minutes before being sat after we had already waited 20 minutes to be welcomed. This was my first experience at Chili's in Yukon. I have eaten at Chili's at several locations in Oklahoma and always thought the food was dependable and service good. So when it came to planning a lunch for a family gathering at the Fairfield in Yukon, I had not problem choosing Chili's because of my previous experience at other locations. We were planning on eating there Saturday September 18, 2021, at 12:30pm. There were 15 of us. At 11am, I dropped in to visit with staff about bringing that number in for lunch. I wanted for us to be able to sit together. Staff said there should be no problem. He indicated there were several places where they could move tables to accommodate us. He left a sticky note for the hostess. When we arrived at 12:25, we were told it would be a 30 minute wait. I was told we could be seated at several tables spread throughout the restaurant. I told the hostess I had been in earlier and had told them of our needs. The sticky note was in front of her. She told me all diners were seated as they arrived and no reservations are taken. I asked to see the manager. He said he was sorry but could not accommodate our group until noon. I told him about coming in and he said he was sorry. I was angry. It would have been no problem for the staff to have pre-planned and seated other guests in a way that 4 tables could have been left open for us. In our group there were 5 elderly (over 75) two were in walkers. I told the manager that waiting for 30 minutes was unacceptable, and that we would find another place for lunch. I apologized to my group and explained that we would go a bit further down the road and go to Logan's. ( I chose Logan's only because of its proximity to Chili's) I was hoping that Logan's would be able to seat us. As we waited outside to load our handicapped individuals, the manager came out and told us that now he could accommodate us in two tables that were catty-corner from each other. I told him Chili's had missed their chance and we were headed somewhere else. So I leave Chili's a single star without tasting any of their food. read more

Came here for dinner with friends. We were seated within 10 minutes of arrival. The waitress was friendly. The food selection is plentiful. The quality of the food would be around 2-3 stars out of 5. Nothing fabulous to right home about but not a bad place to go for dinner. I do appreciate the games they have available on the tablet-this was helpful to keep the youngsters occupied. Me and my girlfriend and our kids eat Chili's alot and everytime we eat here in Yukon there is always something wrong. One day this guy Curtis gave us horrible service and after we left we called the manager lady and she seemed to not care so the next time we went back we walked in the door and he told the hostess once he saw us that he didn't want us and then starred at us the hole time we were there. We only had two waiters in 2 years that has actually did the job and made sure everything was right and his name is blake and the other guy colors his hair. Them 2 are the best.
