I'm so glad we gave this restaurant another chance. Now I can give my review. Our server Brooke was awesome and took great care of us. The first time we sat in the outer area near the bar and this time we were sat inside. I liked this much better. Everything tasted great, both times. My favorite was the buffalo wings. The outer part was crunchy, inside was moist and the flavor was the perfect amount of spicy. My steak was thick and juicy. My husband's salmon Pastor tacos reminded us of a entrée you'd order near the ocean. He had charred pineapple inside and put the fresh pineapple inside as well. Yum! Not our first time at Pub W but our first time at this location. Idk what their signature smell is when you walk in and the bathrooms but it smells so fresh and inviting. Reminds me of a nice hotel. I've been here twice and I enjoyed my experience both times! The place is rather loud so don't expect to hear anyone not sitting right next to you. Our servers were sweet both times. I like to get club sodas with lime & this place has good ones. The Nashville hot fries are yum! The chicken has nice crunch and the ranch is good. The house pickles IMO are not pickles, as in they are have not pickled long enough- but that's good if you like a crunchy cucumber. My husband liked his tacos. I have really enjoyed their cheeseburgers but I recommend to sub the bun for a pretzel one! Gives it a nice taste & chew. The fries are crispy and addicting. Overall a fun place to hit & casually catch up! The parking lot is unfortunately too small to cater to both highly popular restaurants. Chicken fingers weee solid. We had bread pudding for dessert. It was warmed in a microwave so the texture was odd but the sauce and ice cream saved the overall score. Chloe it turns out was our server and let me tell you she zips around your facility constantly on top of everything. We were fine chatting and it seemed a little longer than what she thought was normal, she came by and apologized for the wait several times. She had made a few suggestions when we ordered and she was spot on. The food came out, it was perfect and her suggestions made all the difference in a good meal and a fantastic meal. Went here for a date night! It is very pub like but upscale with lots of interesting food options. I almost subbed out the cheesy grits but I am glad I didn't because it was PHENOMENAL OMG. We often order this at other locations and this one they were a little over cooked and the ingredients were not distributed well among the chips. I order 2 kids chicken meals and a Philly cheesesteak online at 6:11. It was supposed to be ready at 6:32 and it's currently 6:47 and I still haven't received my food. I called to let them know I arrived and they had two different people come out to tell me it would be a littler longer and that they didn't see the order in their system. It's ironic that they knew my name, my vehicle make and what was on my order if they didn't receive it. I will not be coming back and the only reason I've stayed this long is because it cost me $35. I would not recommend. Update: I got my kids drinks at 6:58. I'll update when I get the food. Got the food at 7:02. Got home and opened the food and I didn't have the ranch that was 0.25 cents. I really suggest not going back, the only thing this place has is customer service and even that isn't spectacular. Don't get disappointed, go somewhere else. read more

Stopped in for dinner around 7 PM. They were very busy and we waited about 10 minutes for a table. Staff is well trained and personable. I had a wedge salad with filet. It was perfect. The redhead had a salad with added chicken tenders and it was great. Nice layout, comfortable accommodation. Waitress Kenlie was fantastic. The Philly sandwich was unique but excellent. Don't leave without trying the quest fundiso as an appetizer.
