I had a really disappointing experience at THIS Chili's Grill & Bar. When I first walked in, the older woman at the front didn't greet me at all, which already set a bad tone. After being seated, I ordered a strawberry lemonade, but when it came out, it tasted sour, off, and was very foamy on top. I only took one sip and couldn't drink it. I asked to switch it to a Diet Coke and even asked the bartender/server if it would be the same price. She told me yes, but when I checked after I got done paying and left the store it was about a $0.50 difference. It's not about the money, it's about accuracy. As a bartender/server, you should know your prices, especially when a customer barely touched the original drink due to quality issues. The service only got worse from there. The bartender/server with the facial dermal piercing kept walking past me multiple times without checking in or seeing if I needed anything. My food took about 35+ minutes to come out, and when it finally did, the chicken tenders were extremely soft, oddly shaped, and just didn't look right. When I brought it up, I was told "that's how they come," which didn't make sense at all. On top of that, my fries didn't even come out with the meal. I had to keep asking for them. When they finally arrived, it was a very small portion in a large container, basically mostly air. The overall service and attitude were rude, inattentive, and unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest.

I came here after visiting LEGOLAND and it was a great ending to my day. I recently turned 21 and had one of their slushy margaritas, and let me tell you... it was fabulous! I had a southwestern meal and my date just had the chips, but everything was absolutely delicious. The ambiance was fabulous, great service, and everything was clean and inviting. Highly recommend stopping by!

The service was good and quick. They worked as a team the manager came by to make sure we were happy with everything. Don't usually order a steak there but ordered a medium sirloin with street corn + broccoli. The steak was cooked to perfection, the corn was delicious and a nice portion of broccoli. My husband's was a little undercooked and they took it right back and fixed it immediately. We will definitely be back.

I only come here for dinner around happy hour so my observations are based on this time frame First I arrived about 530 on March 18 and I have to say the staff was scrubbing the place down like it was a hospital!!! Even the menus were getting cleaned. Kudos to the manager for caring!! Second I have never ever had bad service here. The servers are always great at recommending food items Last I have never had a bad meal here!!! The food has always been tasty, hot and timely. I don't know why so few stars???!

Good still good. Bathrooms are pathetic. Urinals not flushing, trash cans over filled. They are remodeling but no excuse for this.

Pretty gross & food was nasty. It doesn't deserve one star! Other Chili restaurants are not that bad, but stay away from this one.

Thank you for your portions, consistency, creamy jalapeno, and Boom-Boom Sauce. Let's get into it, this casual sit down has its roots in Austin, TX. Peruse the menu while you fight the temptation to polish off a basket of their chips and salsa and Creamy Jalapeno Sauce and, speaking of the menu, it is the same here as it is back home. My go-to's include the Big As Yo Face Burrito (bean and cheese) smothered in Boom-Boom Sauce, Guacamole Soft Tacos, the Veggie Enchiladas, and when I am feeling real big back that Chuychanga (also always smothered in Boom-Boom Sauce. Chuy's has not only a great drink menu but full bar if their options are not your speed. Side note that they do not offer draft beer, but do have a selection of bottles and cans. Service has always been reliable as has the food quality. If there is a wait, you can join the wait list remote via the Chuy's website. Chuy's scratches that TexMex itch whenever we need it or an easy to get to option whenever we are leaving Disney's Animal Kingdom or Hollywood Studios. Gracias Chuy's and see ya real soon.

The cheese relleno was delicious! Nice crispy coating with plenty of cheese filling in the pepper. Enchilada was also good, but needed some additional sauce as the chicken was a bit dry. Casual ambiance on the patio, which was dog friendly, exactly what we were looking for. The only thing holding my rating back was the service unfortunately. We had to ask several times for water refills, additional sauces, and napkins before they were brought. Overall the food was great, but the service could be improved. Would like to try again sometime soon.

Even when we accidentally stayed past closing time, she politely informed us without making us feel rushed. The food itself was decent--not exceptional, but very reasonable for the price. The second day, I opted for takeout and had a completely different experience. I walked in and sat at the same table, but no one acknowledged me for about 15-20 minutes, despite there being only one other occupied table in the restaurant. Just as I was about to leave and find another place to eat, a server rushed over to apologize for the delay. When my order was ready, a different employee was about to mistakenly give it to another table. When he offered it to me and I inquired about the order to make sure it was mine, he admitted he wasn't sure and had to check. A few minutes later, yet another person simply asked if I had ordered takeout and handed me the bag. At this point, I waited another 5-10 minutes just to pay. When the original server finally returned, he asked if I had checked the contents of the bag--a strange question, considering it should be their responsibility to ensure accuracy. I took the server's question at face value, but it's very possible that they were being sarcastic. At that point, it didn't matter what was in the bag. I had to leave to go work. Again, the food was acceptable. However, it was not worth the wait and hassle. Though the first visit was fine, the poor service the very next day was remarkable. To make things worse, the restaurant didn't even include utensils in the bag. It's well apparent that some of the staff could benefit from training. When reviewing restaurants on Yelp, I think it's important to set fair expectations based on the type of establishment. This place seems geared towards a lively atmosphere, so I adjusted my expectations accordingly. However, even considering the dining category, certain standards should still be met Lastly, a restaurant that is capable of providing such subpar service probably shouldn't prompt for a minimum 25% tip on takeout orders at their credit card terminal. That was laughable and I am at least grateful for having a good laugh on the way out.

It may not be bright and shiny but it's worth the stop. We had chips and salsa about 2 minutes after we sat down. The server was polite and answered all my questions and did not steer me wrong. You could easily drive by and miss it, or you can watch for the bright light and listen for the musicians.

However, since we've had my son, we're not in the area as much so we don't come as often, but we were at icon Park today and this seemed like the perfect place to take the rest of my family. It was an absolute hit! Grandma yelled at me for holding out on her! Why haven't you brought me here before? She had the agave chipotle queso chicken enchiladas. It was our servers recommendation and they were absolutely delicious. I had the birria appetizer and it was excellent. It was an appetizer, but it was so large. We couldn't eat it all and it could definitely be a meal if you wanted it to be. The absolute best thing is the kids menu. My son loves chips and queso so much. Queso dip is one of the sides you can get with the kids meal. How amazing is that? We go to some Mexican restaurants and I spend more on queso for this child than I do on a meal for him or even myself. He had the cheese quesadilla with queso and rice as sides. After lunch, I asked him if we could come back here and he said oh yes! My son ate most of his meal, but grandma and I both ended up taking to go boxes. I feel like the prices are pretty reasonable, especially the kids meal and for the portions they give you even for the adult meals. Our server was absolutely wonderful. She brought out fresh chips and salsa almost immediately, and as soon as our chips started to run low, she immediately replaced them. As soon as we ordered, I asked if she could bring my son's queso first and she gladly obliged. It was a very hot day and she kept our drinks full. We will definitely be back.
