Stopped in for an appetizer and margaritas; ordered on the rocks with salt, weak pour, I had to order a shot to kick it up, service was good, the bartender was being pushed to the limit but he persevered and delivered in a timely manner. I come to Wilson often. 3rd attempt at this chilis and last. Two previous attempts they could not get order right and good not good. This attempt. I walk up to door on 10/9 and on door says "closing at 9 due to inclement weather". I walk at 8.42pm. Sit st bar. Place is packed. They come over at 8.45 and tell me they are closed. Kitchen is closed. I asked really? "Yes". They were nice. I asked what is he "inclement weather", figuring they would have something to do with flooding or something. The response was "we have problems". Again, I said really. "Yes sir. Sorry". Just a strange place. Went to the next Resturant next door. No problems. Had a very good meal. I visited this Chili's over a month ago and the sanitation grade was 85, so I left. I thought i would give them another try after they've had time to correct the problem issues. I went back a month later and when I saw they had only improved to a 90, I left again. You would think the management would have put forth EVERY effort to correct their problems and get a 100, you know they're coming back to check you. This just shows they really have a management deficiency and don't care about correcting it. I pay too much for my meals to have to worry about the filthy conditions in the kitchen. read more

The only good thing about the meal was the waitress. I felt bad for her. She had to apologize for those sorry people working in the kitchen. My brisket was about a tablespoon and then she brought me some more out. Well today I had the leftovers and there was nothing in that brisket but fat and sauce. So as of 04/29/21 the health rating is an 80.5. Against my better judgement, we gave it a chance since it was later in the evening. There were paper towels on just about every table they had just cleaned up and sanitizer out as well. I don't know why they couldn't have bothered to pick it up once they were done with it. Our server was extremely slow and very inattentive. Slow refills and that was if she decided to stop by our table without completely passing us over with no regard. Good thing paper towels were in arms reach because she only told us she would get us napkins after we had distributed out the paper towels to use. Not that the napkins would have been any use, she didn't bring them until after we were done with our meal. Ordered the two for 25 and our friends order the appetizer trio. Somehow, we never received our appetizer and when we did, it came out with our entree. I am assuming the manager was the one that gave us free chips and salsa for our wait, and even the hostess checked on us before our server did. The server asked what dessert we would like when we ordered the rest of our food, even with taking it at the beginning, we did not get it until after we had been sitting for about 15 more minutes waiting on it after our friends (who ordered a dessert mid meal) received theirs. I don't know if it took so long because the cooks took a while or because she walked like she had no where to be. The food was decent but the service was awful. I really try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this place is just ridiculous. And when you have a server, you don't want them to look like they hate their life when they are serving you. This was an incredibly bad experience. I ordered a rare steak. It was not even warm, and so raw I could not chew it. Poor cut. The roasted tomatoes were cherry tomatoes, and merely warm. The toasted garlic was raw. The fresco salad was overdressed, and soaked with dressing. The grilled avocado was actually good as were the panko onion rings. VERY SLOW SERVICE. Whenever I walked in me and my husband just kind of stood around because the hostess was not around to welcome us or anything. Finally the person noticed and immediately sat us down. Only thing is, our waitress really only came to our table a couple of times and we had to wait a while to get some things for our appetizers. Our entrees literally took over 50 minutes to cook... it got to the point that we just simply asked for our meals to be boxed up because we couldn't wait any longer. Granted it was busy, but the service was terrible. Either this establishments needs to have more people on board or needs to reevaluate their employees. There were ants when we were seated crawling everywhere around the table and the only course of action was to move us to the next table to where we just had the ants, highly unpleasant, the food was cold, there was almost no chicken on our quesadillas and I specifically oreded my drink with no ice, all things that could have went wrong did and its worth me creating a yelp to help people avoid this atrocious place read more

I have been to this location on several occasions the service is always good but the food has gone down hill every time i go in they cahnge the way something is cooked just about everytime i go in the last thing i ordered sunday was a ceaser sallad and it came out with the parmisian cheese sliced in thin 1 inch stripes about 4 inches long braided over my salad like a pie crust should be and wilted lettuce and about 30 croutons THE WORST LOOKING AND TASTING SALAD EVER I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A MESS!!!!! read more

Pretty typical Chili's as far as menu, decor, etc. We order chips and salsa to begin with. Waitress totally forgot we ordered them. Admitted this after about 15 minutes and then finally brought them out about 5 min before our meals came. Chips were hot and looked great but were practically inedible due to the amount of salt on them. Salsa was also incredibly salty. I got a steak, loaded mashed potatoes, and awesome blossom petals. Asked for some ranch on the side for the petals and had to ask for it again when the food arrived. Steak was pretty decent, mashed potatoes had cheese, bacon and chives but not sour cream. Apparently that's extra and you have to ask for it. Who the hell has ever heard of loaded potato anything without sour cream? Blossom Petals were practically burnt and chewy. My fiancé got chicken tacos. He said they were pretty good. Came with beans and rice. Beans were just ok and the rice was bland and undercooked to the point of being crunchy. Over all not a terrible experience but I don't think we'll be going back anytime soon. read more
