We started with tender, well-seasoned beef skewers, crispy buffalo wings over blue cheese, and perfectly cooked roasted cauliflower paired with a tasty tzatziki sauce and pickled onion. For my entree, I ordered the maple-glazed short rib. It was incredibly tender, practically melting in my mouth, and came with creamy sweet potato puree and roasted shallots. My friend ordered the rich, deeply flavorful bolognese. Although she received the small plate portion rather than the entree, it wasn't a major issue as we had more than enough food. The last time, the service was horrible. I was the 2nd person to sit at the bar. The bartender obviously knew the other guy as they chatted up like I wasn't even there. After the bartender finally dropped her 12 f bomb in her conversation, I interrupted and asked if I could order. When to food came, she placed it in front of me and walked away. No utensils. No ketchup. Nothing. Thankfully it was a sandwich and fries. The other two times I was there, the bartenders were very engaging.
