Not the best. Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich that came with no buffalo sauce. The bun was so soaked in oil or butter it was soggy. Everything fried from the app trio was soggy like it had been sitting for hours. The chili looked burnt and like it had been reheated multiple times. It had a metallic taste to it as well. I hope my family doesn't get sick after having a few bites. The only thing good about this was it was delivered by DoorDash. I just threw a 100 dollars in the garbage. read more

Scenario 1: I've been driving around for what seems like hours. I'm beat, I'm annoyed, I'm hungry, and I just want to sit down and relax. Pulling off the highway, I know I'm going to see a big, red beacon that shows me exactly where I can dust off and settle in for a great bite to eat, a nice, cold drink, and friendly faces that know I'm there to turn my hard day into a great night. Scenario 2: The weekend's here, the game's on, but I've been in the house all morning -- time to head out and rejoin civilization. I throw on a jersey, hop in the car, turn a couple corners, and there I am, pulling into the Chili's parking lot. As soon as I walk through the doors, my eyes are on the big screen and I head right to the bar, sit down, get some hot and fresh tortilla chips, a bowl of the best salsa this side of the border, and a double-serving of my favorite ice-cold draft. For a chain place, this place is quite good. It's all Cisco food, but it's prepared nicely here. Doesn't taste microwaved like some of the chains. The staff here is always friendly and efficient. Management is very approachable and friendly. Rarely if ever have a problem but when I do, they handle it immediately and satisfactorily. read more

Out of all the times I've been to this chilis (which is quite a bit because I live across the street from it) this has without a doubt been the best visit for my husband and I. Joey is probably the best waiter I've had. You never had to flag him down and he paid very close attention. My husband and I never even had to ask for a refill. Before our drinks were empty he would come out with the refill. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because one of the managers brought out my food. Notice how I said 'my' and not 'our'. This chilis is normally pretty busy so I understood but really? Joey came back over shortly after and noticed my husband didn't get his food and immediately got on top of that. We like Chili's, in general - we eaten a many Chili's all over the country. However, the Wellington Chili's is super dirty. We came for lunch. The floors are not clean, the bathroom was dirty with a mostly full trash can. They had just opened - what the heck. We didn't leave - but we won't come back. Our waitress Chi Chi took our order and never came back. My family at least received there drinks but no refills. I didn't get my beer for 15 minutes until I asked another employee who promptly got them. Fajitas came out cold but no plates. The restaurant was filthy. We will not be going back. read more

My family and I go to Chili's once every few months. We went there for dinner tonight to celebrate my daughters birthday. Absolutely the WORST service I have ever experienced. The food took so long to get and was cold by the time we ate. I had to bus my own table to make room for desserts. I don't think I'll be going back to chili's any time soon. Horrible!!! read more

My husband and I ordered Chili's To Go tonight, and we were extremely disappointed. We started with the chips and salsa appetizer. The chips were so salty, we couldn't eat them. Our fingers were covered in salt. The inside of the bag was coated in oil and salt. For my entree, I had the Original Chicken Crispers. The batter on the chicken crispers was so soggy, it was falling off the chicken. I also ordered avocado ranch as my dipping sauce. The plastic container of ranch leaked all over the inside of the box the chicken crispers were in and made a huge mess. My husband had the Crispy Chicken Crispers. His chicken crispers were certainly not crispy. We both ordered iced tea; I ordered the mango flavor, my husband ordered the blackberry. While we appreciated freshly brewed tea, both of our iced teas were warm with no ice. Unfortunately, our ice machine is broken at home, therefore, we couldn't drink our teas with our dinner. We were very unhappy with the poor quality of food this evening. read more

The food is okay. But the service at the curbside pickup STINKS! you wait forever for someone to notice you and end up going inside anyway. The food is cold like it has been sitting. That is one of my biggest pet peeves. If it doesn't take 30 minutes to make then don't say come in 30 minutes unless you're going to cook it right before I get there! There was a clump of hair on my table as soon as I was seated. I walked past the kitchen to go to the restrooms and I could see how dirty and sloppy everything was back there I was completely appalled and it wasn't even that busy of a night yet . Worst restaurant experience my family and I have experienced. We walked in and the host seated us to a table where we waited 20 min for our order to be taken. Then waited an additional hour and 15 until we decided to leave. In that hour and 15 no one checked up on us or gave us any complementary appetizers. We asked to speak to a manager before we decided to leave and they were also not in a hurry to get this person. It is clear there is no sense of urgency at this location. read more

The food at this restaurant is very tasty but the waiting time to to served SUCK! Our waiter took for foverever to serve us. I want to say i waited about 40mins for our food to arrived and on top of that, the waiter messed up on my meal. Had dinner with the family here tonight. The evening started off great until the food came out. My husband ordered fajitas that when they were brought out looking more like boiled meat than fajitas. Then had to wait for condiments. No sizzle no color to the meat. I ordered the sour cream enchiladas with extra sauce. My order came out with no sauce. When I told the waitress I asked for extra sour cream sauce she brought me out cold sour cream. When I clarified that I wanted sour cream sauce she brought me out cold sauce. After asking for the manager she had my plate redone. I did have to sit and wait for the remake while my whole family ate their food and then proceed to eat alone when the food finally made it out to the table. What left me the most flabbergasted was that after all that hassle, wait and inconvenience to the customer the manager choose to not take the enchiladas off the ticket nor did she offer a free dessert or anything to make up for the trouble. I've dined at this Chili's on several occasions. The service and quality was the same each time. The service was decent, 3 of 5. The food was mediocre, another 3 of 5. What bothers me the most about this Chili's is they water down their alcohol...a lot. I like to start my meal with a drink to help unwind after a busy day. I prefer a straight-up double shot of either tequila or vodka. On every visit to this Chili's, the shots were so watered down that I could barely detect the alcohol. I pour my own at home. I do know how it's supposed taste (and burn). These are shots mind you, not mixed drinks and no ice. I gave this Chili's several chances, but finally gave up on the place. The bar gets 0 out of 5 for ripping me off. If you order a shot here, forego the chaser, you won't need it. read more

While the servers try to do there best and handle the customers, don't expect fast service or even great food once they start to get busy at dinner time. I believe most of the problem is in the kitchen and their long delays. Overall the dishes are average, at best. But it's still a good place for happy hour, chips and flatbread. read more

This location is consistently terrible. Several months ago we went for dinner on a Friday night only to wait a good 45 minutes for only two people with open tables available. When we asked the manager he said they werent staffed right so they werent seating people at open tables. Meanwhile the line was out the door. We stopped going but made the mistake again this past Friday. Same exact story but worse. Not only were there open tables and people not seated, same reason by the way, we waited 40 minutes for our food once we did sit down. Prior to getting the food we complained to the manager who apologized and went to the back and our food came out. The food was cold!! My shrimp looked translucent like it wasnt even cooked. We called the manager over, told him we had enough and were leaving without having eaten. Terrible service, terrible waiting time, terrible management of having staff and terrible food. Took my daughter's to this location last night and was quite appalled at EVERYTHING from the time we walked in until we left (without finishing our dinner). I would like to begin telling about my experience by stating that I have worked at Chili's in NC years ago so I know how things should be run from not only a customers P.O.V. but also a former employees P.O.V. When we walked in their was no hostess at the front for at least 3 minutes and their were two other families standing with us. It wasn't busy inside so the hostess had no reason to NOT be standing at her hostess stand and greeting customers as they walked in. The manager finally walks over to seat us and when the server comes to the table he is looking everywhere OTHER THAN at us, the customers at his table. He took our drink and appetizer order. Someone else grabbed our appetizer and delivered it to us while our server grabbed our drinks. He took our order again while not ever looking at us and that was the last time we ever had him at our table. We needed refills before our meal came but couldn't find our waiter. The young lady that ran our food out to us got us refills on our drinks as she saw they were empty. My daughter needed salt for her dish and no salt would come out of the shaker. I looked at it for her and noticed that the lid of the salt shaker was caked over with, what I can only guess and hope was, dried black beans juice. Again, no server ever came to the table so I couldn't ask for another one. We did not finish our individual meals and we sat and waited for someone to pay us some attention to get us some boxes. Again, no one ever came. I told my daughter's that were no longer going to wait on anyone so I paid on the tables kiosk and we left VERY unsatisfied. The manager never even came by to check on any tables. The wait staff walked through the kitchen while singing rap songs to each other but once they came around the corner into the dining room they had the worst looks on their faces. They made it quite obvious that they didn't like their jobs and the manager made it quite obvious with how the store was being run that he either didn't care or was unable to get a hold on his staff. Someone needs to visit this store and get a handle on everything because that was an absolute mess. read more

I went inside and was told they were "putting it together" and would bring it to our car. 5:48 food was delivered... With something dripping from one of the containers inside the bag. read more

Last night I had the worst experience at this Chili's, but there wasn't a manager around to talk to about it, so this will have to do. Our server was definitely in the weeds, so the overall service was less then good. The food came out greasy, and the service was subpar. In the beginning I said that I had a rewards card, and that I was having trouble with the machine on the table, so I was unable to put my reward in. My server said she would take care of it, but she did not. So I had to pay the $4.19 for the chips and salsa, which should've been free. My fries came out mushy and I had ordered them well done. When I l let my server know, she immediately took it back to the kitchen to get me well done fries. But she never returned with the fries. I flagged her down and asked for them (we were all done our meal) and she was very apologetic and said she would get them, but she hurried away before I could tell her I didn't want them anymore. However, when the kitchen person brought them out, yes they were well done but they weren't allowed to drain properly, so they were just a greasy mess. I tried to tell my server, But she was just too busy and gave us the check. We waited around so that I would be able to speak with a manager, or at least our server. However our server was so busy that she really wasn't paying any attention to us. It was a hot mess of a dinner. read more

Hadn't been to Chili's in a very long time so we thought we would give it a try. First the good: Food was fine. Not great. Not bad. Just fine. I had grilled chicken my husband had a burger. Our waiter was very good. Gave us just the right amount of attention and was very professional. I liked how they text you when your table is ready; thought that was a good idea. Now for the bad. The place is dirty. First table we were sat at was very dirty. Second table was a bit cleaner. All around us we saw people asking to have their tables cleaned. Don't they bus their tables. We were seated at a half booth. My husband was just standing there because he did not have a chair. They finally brought one. The music. It was blasting. Really, really blasting. When my husband asked if it could be turned down, the manager acted like it was a big deal. But he did it. Funny thing is, the music was turned down about 3 more times while we were there. You want background music not concert level music. Wonder how many wrong orders are taken because the server can't hear the order. All and all it was okay. Would we go back? Yes. There is nothing stellar about Chilis. The menu is a rehash of Tex-Mex stuff like fajitas and Margarita Chicken along with the requisite large sandwiches. Chips and salsa are free when sitting in the bar area - BUT- all too often, there are families with kids sitting there, too (and I mean right at the bar!). The relatively young serving staff does their best to stay on top of things but ultimately are at the mercy of the all too often slow kitchen. And now that the Two-For-One drink specials have gone away, there is less reason to be a Chilis regular. Unless you actually like the food. read more

Went there for dinner with a few people. The restaurant is quite dirty, floors are sticky, table and menus were wet and greasy, pretty disgusting. Service is poor as well. The items on the 2 for $20 menu seem to get worse every time we are there. The chipotle chicken crispers get spicier and greasier every time to cover up the lack of actual flavor, not to mention it seems like we are getting one crisper less every time we are there. Rest of food is pretty bland, margaritas are weak and most likely come from a pre made mix. Overall, negative experience. Will not be back to this or another Chilis chain. read more

The greeter seemed to be annoyed dhe had to seat anyone. Once we got to our seats though our waiter was nice and very prompt. As for the food it's Chili's, and you know what you get...... Chips are always a little to greasy and the food is luke warm. read more

i came here with my dad the other night, i got a crispy chicken cesar. the chicken wasn't even hot. not even warm to the touch. lettuce was drenched and tasted like it had frost burn on it. waitress was ok. she was nice but it took way too long for refills. i didn't even eat the salad. probably won't come back lol read more

I've been to Chili's many times, but this was my first time to this location. I had the 2 for $25 with my husband. We got chips and gauc for the included app, both had chicken fajitas, and cheesecake for the included dessert. Great deal for all that food. The fajitas included lots of chicken, and everything was delicious. I can't give it 5 stars only because the waiter wasn't around much and was kind of slow. read more
