Went the other night around 6:30 PM. The waitress was attentive, and the chips and salsa were great. We ordered the original chicken sandwich as well as a cheeseburger. The chicken sandwich was huge, juicy hot. The hamburger though was overcooked, but at the same time a cold Patty. Definitely would not recommend the hamburger. The restaurant started to fill up around 7 PM however, our waitress was still very attentive to us. Chill's is the archetype of a franchise restaurant done right! An extensive menu, automated payment system and friendly staff that are always willing to help. As far as food, I had the Smokehouse combo Ribs, brisket quesadillas and broccoli and fries as a side. The food was satisfying and presented and tasted as expected. I understand when a establishment is busy and packed on a Friday night.We weren't even greeted as soon as we entered.We stood for 10 mins and the host just asked us how many were we and for are phone number.We got there at 7:10pm.We sat out for 45 mins after the host told us the wait was 15mins long.We decided to sit inside after realizing that the host was sitting down anyone that came through the door.After we sat inside the host still didn't acknowledge us and kept skipping us.We decided to leave the establishment. We both had a soft drink, a bowl (not a cup) of chili and a humongous hamburger w fries for $10.99 each. This Chili's is on the same "complex" of the Wellington Mall, so parking will never be an issue. I came here for an early dinner with a couple of friends (who love Chili's) and sat at the bar. It was a little bit difficult to get the attention of the two bartenders, but they were very friendly. Although chain restaurants like Chili's are never my first choice for eating out, the food here is not bad at all: the portions are big and their prices are very decent. They also have very good special offer in their Happy Hour, which apparently runs all day long. read more

Went here for dinner with family. They have nice specials at reasonable prices and a kids menu . They have a large menu to choose from, I started out with a nice salad and then I had a bowl of potato soup which was pretty good and I had a buffalo chicken sandwich with fries for my meal. Came here at 6:30 pm on a Tuesday to meet up with another couple. We sat at a high top in the bar area. Our waitress was available at first but then our dishes sat in fro t of us empty for 15 minutes. I saw our waitress several times but she turned and left quickly without looking our way. I finally asked another waiter if he could get our waitress to remove the employ plates and he started to clear them and she magically appeared. The toilet seat in the larger ladies room bathroom stall is broke and only hanging on by 1 bolt at the top of the toilet seat. There are 2 paper towel dispensers and only 1 had paper towels in there. The bathroom counter was full of dirty paper towels. I have been here before and normally sat at bar and service is better there. But the bathroom needs major attending to. read more

One bartender and one server for the entire restaurant at 2:30pm on a Wednesday when there were a lot of customers.. they were actually running to make sure all customers were taking care of.. The bar and floors were sticky and dirty.. my wine glass was dirty.. what's with no prices on the entire wine/ specialty drinks menu.. none! I had to ask the bartender for prices.. We went to have a late lunch today, around 3 PM. We arrived in the restaurant and they wanted to seat in the back area, where everybody else is sitting and it was very dark. I asked to please be sitting somewhere by a window, they said those areas were closed but they could put us in the bar area by a window, the seats are fine. After a disastrous trip to Chili's at the Ft. Lauderdale airport, this Chili's did the trick to make us happy diners. We went to eat the molten chocolate cake, I haven't had this dessert in over 3 years and it was delectable in many ways. It was warm and moist with a volcanic chocolate covered dome with vanilla ice cream. This Chili's location is nice, it was my first time here but overall the company seems like they have improved their seating with colorful arrays of colors on the wall, contemporary style lighting and ziosk. Ziosk are computer tablets where you can order desserts/refill of drinks, pay for your check without having to wait etc. I like their strategies as a company to move forward with technology and stay relevant. The restaurant itself was not that busy at 6 pm but the floors were messy and slippery. We sat on one of the bar tables, our server was attentive and quick. We ended up getting the 2 for $20 which has one appetizer to share and two entrees. This deal has been going on for a few years now. The cheesy jalapeño fries were a let down, the cheese was over cooked and it had dried out. On to the entrees: Cajun shrimp pasta was good, the mango salsa and tilapia was decent but next time sauce on the side for that, it was a tad bit too sweet. By the end of the meal we were stuffed, the portions are big for entrees. However, we braved out and ate the molten chocolate cake, and were ready for nap time! read more
