I believe Chili's is often underrated, particularly their steak and shrimp dish, which I absolutely love. It's one of my go to meals whenever I visit. Kids also enjoy coming here, especially for the mozzarella sticks. I like to add some vegetables on the side to round out the meal. Then we share a dessert that never gets finished. It's always a convenient and satisfying dining option for us. The servers are kind and attentive. The play is large enough to have the bar area separate so you can decide if you want to sit the that area or the more chill side. One of the perks is the self checkout. The kids can play games while we wait for our food, making it a fun experience for them. As an adult, I do wish they had a wider selection of my favorite beverages, but their margaritas and other drink options are still quite good. Went the other night around 6:30 PM. The waitress was attentive, and the chips and salsa were great. We ordered the original chicken sandwich as well as a cheeseburger. The chicken sandwich was huge, juicy hot. The hamburger though was overcooked, but at the same time a cold Patty. Definitely would not recommend the hamburger. The restaurant started to fill up around 7 PM however, our waitress was still very attentive to us. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION From the moment we arrived, the service was disappointing. Our server never properly greeted us and, on multiple occasions, walked away while we were in the middle of speaking with her. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, and it left my entire family frustrated. What stood out even more was that the table next to us was also expressing concerns about the same server, so it didn't seem like an isolated incident. We asked to speak with the manager, Demetrius Armbrister, hoping he would listen to our concerns and help resolve the situation. Instead, he immediately defended the server, telling us, "She's our best server, and we've never had any problems with her." At no point did he apologize for our experience or make any effort to understand why we were upset. It felt like our concerns were completely dismissed. Good customer service starts with management. Even if they believe their employee did nothing wrong, taking the time to listen and show empathy goes a long way. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. Based on our experience, we won't be returning, and I can't recommend this location. There are plenty of restaurants that value their customers and know how to handle concerns professionally. Chill's is the archetype of a franchise restaurant done right! An extensive menu, automated payment system and friendly staff that are always willing to help. As far as food, I had the Smokehouse combo Ribs, brisket quesadillas and broccoli and fries as a side. The food was satisfying and presented and tasted as expected. I had the strawberry lemonade to drink and it was delicious. Overall Chili's is a comfortable restaurant. They have great drinks and interest menu items. This Chili's is on the same "complex" of the Wellington Mall, so parking will never be an issue. I came here for an early dinner with a couple of friends (who love Chili's) and sat at the bar. It was a little bit difficult to get the attention of the two bartenders, but they were very friendly. Although chain restaurants like Chili's are never my first choice for eating out, the food here is not bad at all: the portions are big and their prices are very decent. Came here at 6:30 pm on a Tuesday to meet up with another couple. We sat at a high top in the bar area. Our waitress was available at first but then our dishes sat in fro t of us empty for 15 minutes. I saw our waitress several times but she turned and left quickly without looking our way. I finally asked another waiter if he could get our waitress to remove the employ plates and he started to clear them and she magically appeared. The toilet seat in the larger ladies room bathroom stall is broke and only hanging on by 1 bolt at the top of the toilet seat. There are 2 paper towel dispensers and only 1 had paper towels in there. The bathroom counter was full of dirty paper towels. I have been here before and normally sat at bar and service is better there. But the bathroom needs major attending to. read more

One bartender and one server for the entire restaurant at 2:30pm on a Wednesday when there were a lot of customers.. they were actually running to make sure all customers were taking care of.. After a disastrous trip to Chili's at the Ft. Lauderdale airport, this Chili's did the trick to make us happy diners. We went to eat the molten chocolate cake, I haven't had this dessert in over 3 years and it was delectable in many ways. It was warm and moist with a volcanic chocolate covered dome with vanilla ice cream. This Chili's location is nice, it was my first time here but overall the company seems like they have improved their seating with colorful arrays of colors on the wall, contemporary style lighting and ziosk. Ziosk are computer tablets where you can order desserts/refill of drinks, pay for your check without having to wait etc. I like their strategies as a company to move forward with technology and stay relevant. The restaurant itself was not that busy at 6 pm but the floors were messy and slippery. We sat on one of the bar tables, our server was attentive and quick. We ended up getting the 2 for $20 which has one appetizer to share and two entrees. This deal has been going on for a few years now. The cheesy jalapeño fries were a let down, the cheese was over cooked and it had dried out. On to the entrees: Cajun shrimp pasta was good, the mango salsa and tilapia was decent but next time sauce on the side for that, it was a tad bit too sweet.
