I believe Chili's is often underrated, particularly their steak and shrimp dish, which I absolutely love. It's one of my go to meals whenever I visit. Kids also enjoy coming here, especially for the mozzarella sticks. I like to add some vegetables on the side to round out the meal. Then we share a dessert that never gets finished. It's always a convenient and satisfying dining option for us. The servers are kind and attentive. The play is large enough to have the bar area separate so you can decide if you want to sit the that area or the more chill side. One of the perks is the self checkout. The kids can play games while we wait for our food, making it a fun experience for them. As an adult, I do wish they had a wider selection of my favorite beverages, but their margaritas and other drink options are still quite good. We don't get many night out with two kids but just wanted a classic spot and I can't lie I love the margaritas at Chilis. I got a 3 for me and notice the soup I order was watery but didn't get to say anything as I could not see my server. I got the spicy Cajun shrimp pasta and from the start there was just something not right but i thought I was being picking after the soup. To say the least I was sick all night throwing up. Chill's is the archetype of a franchise restaurant done right! An extensive menu, automated payment system and friendly staff that are always willing to help. As far as food, I had the Smokehouse combo Ribs, brisket quesadillas and broccoli and fries as a side. The food was satisfying and presented and tasted as expected. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION From the moment we arrived, the service was disappointing. Our server never properly greeted us and, on multiple occasions, walked away while we were in the middle of speaking with her. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, and it left my entire family frustrated. What stood out even more was that the table next to us was also expressing concerns about the same server, so it didn't seem like an isolated incident. We asked to speak with the manager, Demetrius Armbrister, hoping he would listen to our concerns and help resolve the situation. Instead, he immediately defended the server, telling us, "She's our best server, and we've never had any problems with her." At no point did he apologize for our experience or make any effort to understand why we were upset. It felt like our concerns were completely dismissed. Good customer service starts with management. Even if they believe their employee did nothing wrong, taking the time to listen and show empathy goes a long way. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. Based on our experience, we won't be returning, and I can't recommend this location. There are plenty of restaurants that value their customers and know how to handle concerns professionally. This Chili's is on the same "complex" of the Wellington Mall, so parking will never be an issue. I came here for an early dinner with a couple of friends (who love Chili's) and sat at the bar. It was a little bit difficult to get the attention of the two bartenders, but they were very friendly. Although chain restaurants like Chili's are never my first choice for eating out, the food here is not bad at all: the portions are big and their prices are very decent. Came here at 6:30 pm on a Tuesday to meet up with another couple. We sat at a high top in the bar area. Our waitress was available at first but then our dishes sat in fro t of us empty for 15 minutes. I saw our waitress several times but she turned and left quickly without looking our way. The toilet seat in the larger ladies room bathroom stall is broke and only hanging on by 1 bolt at the top of the toilet seat. There are 2 paper towel dispensers and only 1 had paper towels in there. One bartender and one server for the entire restaurant at 2:30pm on a Wednesday when there were a lot of customers.. they were actually running to make sure all customers were taking care of.. The bar and floors were sticky and dirty.. my wine glass was dirty.. what's with no prices on the entire wine/ specialty drinks menu.. none! I had to ask the bartender for prices..
