I already know what cerviche is and I've tried it over a dozen times in more South American countries like Peru. The Marlin however would have been a first for me. In the end, instead of taking the risk, I settled for what I already know- cerviche. It was good however it wasn't exactly how I remembered it tasting. I loved every bite of it. We had at least 10 people come up to our table and ask us to buy their items and even after politely declining, they would keep insisting until I had to be firm. The service was fine, but Mexico City is well known for having exceptional service and considering there were 4-5 servers all standing in the corner chatting, I expected our server to be a little more attentive.
