We went with a mix of what called to us and recommendations from our waiter; and settled on the squash blossom, waygu, rabo, and langostinos and paired them with a glass of their Sangiovese wine on the menu. I will say that I wasn't impressed with the langostinos because i pictured prawns (that is what we call them where I'm from) they were more the size of tiny shrimp. But overall the taste was spectacular. The dish has a nice heat to it and wonderful taste that I had to reevaluate my feelings towards it. The other stand out dish was the rabo tacos, the beef was so tender and delicious and the presentation was just so pristine and delicate I would never think such an ingredient could look that elegant and on a taco no less. The waitstaff and their attention to us was exceptional. Overall, despite it being one of the pricier restaurants we dined in while in Mexico City, I would absolutely recommend the splurge.
