The food has improved somewhat since my last visit. It is still not as good as the other location in Canyon Country, but it was decent. I ordered the Triple Dipper, and my only complaint is that the Big Mouth Bites were very dry. I am used to them being super juicy and flavorful at the other location. The service was quick, and the food was ready on time for pickup. The app is very efficient, along with their texting system. The ambiance inside still needs work because the place feels very outdated.
Kevin and I love this Chili's location because of the timing we usually go around 6:30-7 PM it's almost empty, and we're always seated right away. Our order comes out quickly, usually within 10 minutes, and the service is consistently perfect, friendly, and attentive. The food is always delicious, and we usually have plenty of leftovers to take home. Every visit leaves us feeling happy, relaxed, and satisfied, making it a reliable spot for a casual night out. Another simple stop that turns into a comforting little treat for us.
We had a party of 8 tonight and no reservation. Hats off to Chilis. They sat us within 15min and they also had 3 other large parties there. I was amazed with the eagerness to get everyone accommodated comfortably. The server instantly took our drink and appetizer order and we had drinks in minutes. Including my Lemon Drop Margarita that was on special for $6 (highly recommend). Tonight we ordered the triple dipper and the bbq platter. We chose chipotle and hot mozzarella and the southwest egg rolls. Fire and I got an amazing cheese pull. For the BBQ platter with got the Nashville hot chicken crispers, ribs, and brisket quesadillas with all Mac & cheese for the side. The ribs were a little dry and didn't have a lot of meat on them but the quesadillas were chefs kiss. Overall, I rated this visit 4 stars because the chicken crispers are more batter than chicken and the ribs. The ambiance is relaxed and chill. They have tvs to catch games, a full bar seating/dining area, and lots of seating.But still, overall amazing... The level of service was 5 stars!
I don't know what it is, but the chicken crispers have a hold on me! :). I don't really get anything else here, the triple dipped is where it's at! I've ordered to go many times, and my food is always wrapped up well. My order is done on time, and the order is correct. It's such an easy process too. They'll text you when your food is ready, and you go in the side door for to go orders and grab your food off of the rack. There's no need to talk to anyone if you're feeling introverted. There are even special parking spaces for Togo orders.
Best tortilla chips. Should I say Chilli's tortilla chips is better than the Mexican restaurants. I love ordering the 3 dips and tortilla chips. You can choose from queso, salsa, and guacamole. Service is always great. Love the Yelp Waitlist
Made it in after visiting the local public library located in the same plaza. I sat at the bar and it did take a little while for someone to attend me. The bar section was not packed and so I was sitting at the bar alone. Finally bartender came around d to take my order. I ordered x 2 blue moon beers and the triple dipper: Nashville Mozart all sticks with the egg-rolls. Food and drinks 5/5 service was ehh but all good overall.
Our first time at Chili's *ever*, and we also happened to be in the neighborhood. :) The food was surprisingly really good! We ordered the following: - Triple Dipper with the honey-chipotle chicken crispers, fried mozzarella, and burger bites. The chicken crispers were nice and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The cheese pull of the fried mozzarella delivered, just like IG haha. The grilled onions inside the burger bites were also a nice touch that we noticed (compared to sliders at other places that just have the patty and bun). - Dip Trio with fresh salsa, white queso, and skillet beef queso. The beef queso tasted very hearty! My favorite was the fresh salsa--which did taste quite fresh--and his favorite dip of the night was the white queso. The chips were nice--light, thin, and crispy. - 6oz Classic Sirloin with Garlic Butter Mushrooms (50¢ extra charge as it's a premium side) and fries. This was my order, and the 6oz was a great size for me personally, especially with the appetizers and dessert also. The mushrooms were banger! The steak was perfectly medium as asked, juicy, and not tough. The garlic butter on top of the steak was also yummy. Fries were pretty tasty. - Mini Molten Cake. Holy moly, we thoroughly enjoyed this dessert. We ordered it without the caramel, and it was amazing. Hot fluffy chocolate cake paired so well with the cold vanilla ice cream, and the texture of the crispy chocolate shell was sooo nice. I liked the mini size- felt just right. The right amount of indulgence without feeling overwhelmed by sugar afterward. Service: We loved coming in and having multiple staff greet us so nicely at the door. Our server Drew was amazing! He ensured that our order came out just as we asked, and checked on us often enough that we didn't feel lacking in water or other needs. Big shoutout to him and his service today, which is what initially prompted my partner and I to leave this review. The great service was such a happy surprise! Other staff working around our area were also very friendly as well, grabbing to-go boxes and the like for us when needed, and with a friendly tone and smile! The restaurant itself was quite clean, and the bathrooms were nice and clean also. We also appreciated the ample parking on a Saturday late afternoon, as we live in LA and parking is usually always a hassle. Overall, definitely hoping that all Chili's are as nice as this one! We'll definitely be back again. Thanks for the great evening!
We came in for dinner and ordered the baby back rib 3 item combo with the street corn and asparagus. The ribs were excellent. The sauce was really good, and the asparagus and corn were also excellent. Our waitress was Juliet and she is exceptional and a great representative of your brand.
Sorry, I don't get the low ratings? We started coming here to watch the Dodgers and are amazed by the low prices and great service we get. I tried the 3 for me sirloin steak ($16.99) and was very impressed by how tender and flavorful it is. The wife loves being able to watch her Dodgers and eat her dinner . Happy wife, happy life. Just my humble opinion.
Another birthday celebrated - another birthday enjoyed!! From the Margarita to the sirloin it was awesome! Thanks Chilis! I will say though our server was friendly, that the front of the house, hosting staff leaves MUCH to be desired. Last night a girl at the front was anything but enthused that we walked in. She literally rolled her eyes when I said "5 adults and a child" she said "so 6?" - like yes, but there's a kids menu needed, hence why I mentioned a child rather than just 6. She then said "okay well it'll be 5 minutes" and then we waited but excuse me for livin', but if friendliness isn't your forte, probably don't work customer service! Other than her, it was enjoyable
Haven't been to a chilis in years but today I was near one. Upon arrival we were greeted and seated pretty instantly and the place felt very family friendly. Our waiter Charles was very attentive, easy to talk to and knew how to keep a conversation going. I ordered a triple dipper and a pick any 2 meal with half rack of ribs and jalapeño cheddar sausage. The ribs were very good and so was the sausage. The mozzarella sticks on the triple dipper had a good cheese pull and the chicken tenders were delicious as well. I was a big fan of the watermelon lemonade it was so refreshing. On top of it all they brought my nephew a scoop of ice cream and they sang him a birthday song for his birthday. Overall it was a very pleasant time. Thanks again Charles for the great service!
Solid Food, Busy Service, great ambiance. We stopped by and ordered the Triple Dipper and the 3 for Me, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The food was definitely the highlight--great flavors, good portions, and served hot. The service, however, was just okay. They were super busy, so we didn't get checked on much, but honestly, it didn't bother us because the food came out fresh and hit the spot. The atmosphere also feels fun and lively with TVs and lots of seating. Overall, it's a great place for tasty eats, but don't expect the greatest attention during peak hours. 4 stars!

We had a senior member of our family in town who wanted a burger. I remembered our last good experience here and figured we would give it a shot I mention the senior member of our party because this comes into play . The hostess tried to seat us in the bar - we asked nicely to not sit in the bar area- our family member is hard of hearing - comes with age! We promptly got an eye roll and attitude and she kind of stomps off to another area of the restaurant - a booth smack dab next to the half wall of the bar - WTF! She didn't even ask if that booth was ok - she tromps off. Knowing we would still have a hard time conversing - I look to see what else is available away from The bar - there was not much - so we kind of resigned ourselves to the fact that we wouldn't be able to have a conversation - the waitress taking care of that area - didn't get her name - so sorry - asks if everything is ok and we explain the hearing situation. She suggests we sit in the area beyond the bar - we didn't know that was available but it was much much much quieter. We were able to have a nice conversation over dinner - so hats off to her - she had a red shirt on tonight Someone comes over I forget his name so sorry and says our waiter is busy but he can help us to start - very nice gentleman . Our waiter Joey comes over and introduces himself - super nice - great guy Food was tasty like last time - I got the big crispy chicken Sandwich - very crispy breading and moist chicken. Breading was a tad salty but not overpowering- some mind find it over powering but I was ok. The worst Chili's ever, at first we waited for more than 10 minutes and there was a lot of empty tables, the salad was too low and the lettuce was very bad, we called the server and told her, she was very rude about it, her manager Jesus showed up and said we have a policy here and we cannot put more because we are losing money, I asked him are you losing money from the salad, he said yes. Also I found hair in the potato soap, this place doesn't have any food safety measures. The burgers were under cooked. read more
It is hard to know what people use as criteria for evaluating any venue, but I have to say, I think some are missing the mark on this Chili's. It is not a Michelin 5-star in Paris and needs to be compared with similar venues in the burbs, and that is how I analyzed it. We decided to give it a re-try after a hiatus of almost twenty years (mostly because at some point they dropped the onion blossom that drew me there in the first place -- not a valid reason to avoid this place, in hindsight!). It was a rainy Sunday afternoon with a gloomy overcast over all of Santa Clarita, the most recent in almost of month of rainy days, quite uncharacteristic. I wanted to go somewhere simple and quick and took the advice of some friends who had been there recently, loving the fact that we could walk to this place and didn't need a reservation. Everything was great, the minute we stepped through the door. Friendly reception, lots of places to sit and look out the giant windows (which were spotless, by the way). Very courteous guidance to our table and everything we needed to start making our choices were put in front of us. Immediately Gabe, our server, came over and offered us a beverage. He was perfect throughout the meal -- always there when we needed him, as if he read our minds, and so affable about our preferences that we felt as if we were old friends. The menu speaks for itself -- it is extensive and if you are a meat eater, you will have almost too many choices. But, what was really wonderful was the fact that there was a lot for a vegetarian, like me. Years back I had loved their black bean veggie burgers and so that is what I ordered. I also had a craving for mashed potatoes and so was able to get the loaded mashed as my side, minus the bacon. Joy! They were creamy, real potato-y, and delicious. The entire place was airy, comfortable, clean, spacious and rather well populated for the least popular time of the day and week, and in the rain, no less. There was perfect Boomer music overhead with a few more contemporary choices so no one should have been put out by the playlist. I, personally, loved it. We also got amazing attention from Promise, who brought out all our dishes and came back a few times to be sure we had everything we needed (we did). Between them, Gabe and Promise showed that the nicest and most efficient people are being hired and that the management of this particular Chili's was on the ball. As we left, the reception team all said, "Thank you" in a sincere way. The whole experience, from start to finish, was excellent. Any pointers from a picky customer like me? Well, the napkins, while abundant, are a bit thin and kept flying off my lap, LOL. The AC was on a bit high for this weird cold day (almost never cold in Santa Clarita, but, just saying...), and, for some reason, like many places in Los Angeles now, no spoons are served, what's up with that?? I had to use the spoon from my coffee (which was perfect), to ladle dips and sauces, and pack up leftovers. But, those are minor. Chili's is worth a visit, at least at this one. We definitely intend to go back! read more

I'm saying this again and I'm not trying to be fat, but the portions on the plate were very small. burgers and fries was so little and they barely gave me any fries and besides that the water tasted so disgusting it tasted like tapwater so unless you wanna drink tap water and small portions of food, then go to Chili's, but I do not recommend read more

Came here for dinner and the wait was about 15 minutes which wasn't too bad considering it was very busy. I signed up to their rewards program and was able to redeem a reward of either a complimentary soft drink or chips and salsa. We had the chips and salsa. Chips came out hot and although the chips were thin they were perfect with the smoky salsa. I ordered their new smash burger and added bacon. I requested my bacon to come out crispy. I was little bummed that it was a super thin piece of bacon and it was not crispy nor was it applewood smoked bacon as advertised for the $2 extra add on. The burger itself was amazing, thick patty, and the toppings were great. I just wish my bacon was crispy and applewood smoked. The fries came out hot and crispy. Our server Jonathan was great and very attentive. Overall a very good dinner! read more

We came on Sunday around 5:30 and were seated immediately. Service here was great we got our beverages right away and order taken when we were ready. The food came out in what felt like 10 minutes, extremely fast! Everything was piping hot and delicious. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean too. read more

Best service I've ever had in my life. I ordered drinks, apps, and dinner at the same time. WHILE I was ordering my drinks came out, before the server left. Listen, there's service and there's this. The last review I left for Chili's was very negative. I have since come back 2-3 more times and my mind has completely changed. I have discovered their incredible 3 For Me Deal. I saw an advertisement on TV while I was watching a sporting event and I was so intrigued. I went with a friend and I love this deal. It's so affordable and the food I ordered was delicious. I typically get the chips and salsa as a side and I get their iteration of a smash burger. Both are very good. Honestly, one of the best smash burgers I have had at these fast-casual restaurants. Service is still subpar but for my money, this is one of the best deals in the fast-casual game. Thanks Chili's!! read more

Loved it. Great food, nice atmosphere and great service from server Drew! But that's not all... My sister in laws husband passed away suddenly recently. We were there celebrating his birthday. When they came to sing my sister inlaw started to cry. My partner told them why to explain it was nothing anyone did. Our sweet server Drew was so kind and caring. He told the manager what was going on. She covered our bill and wished us well. I have never ever had that happen anywhere. I am so incredibly touched by their kindness and generosity. I want to deeply thank the kind sensitive manager Desiree for her impeccable timing. The incredible kindness was just what my sister inlaw so desperately needed. Thank you all so very much. I've never been to this Chili's before but I'll totally be back. The food was really incredible. I had the steak and shrimp. Omg it was divine. But the people and their kindness were the most special. (((Hug))) Love and goodness to you ALL! And of course... Rest in Peace Mike Guess. We will miss you deeply. and Happy Birthday Mike. read more
Comfortable/casual environment, I had a waiter named Chuck and he was very friendly and was quick to take care of us. Service was great overall, the food runners were quick and when I asked for extra Alfredo sauce, they did it without a problem. I had 2 different drinks and they came out great!!! They have monthly margaritas for 6$!!! Very cheap and the drinks were good!! The bartender Sieben was training Juliet, but even though he was training someone, the drinks were amazing!!!! Thank you Chilis!!! Don't forget the great 3-for-me deal that comes with a drink, appetizer, and meal! Saves money but hits the spot read more

Came in to Chilies with family today. (First time) and we ordered the "Famous triple dipper" and the wings and sliders were a little dry... we also ordered BBQ Ribs which were also really dry...overall I would rate this experience an 6/10. read more

It's a Saturday night around 7 and a party of six of us came in to eat at chilis as the other spot we wanted was over a two hour wait. We come here and they said it'll be about thirty minutes before we get seated. Our server Justin comes right over to get our drinks while we still look over the menu. (You need to search chili's gf menu online as their menu doesn't indicate what is gluten free intolerant) I had slim pickings so I just ended up ordering a half cesar salad and half order of Texas fries. I asked for it to come out with everyone else's dinner and it did not.. also the half salad was a small bowl $7.10 for that?? I can buy a whole bag of salad for that price. The Texas fries were suppose to be cheesy.. nope came out with burnt cheese on them. I would have sent it back but it prolly would have came back the same way, so I just ate around the burnt cheese. But for $6.99 how was this less than the tiny salad I got?? All this for over $15 is definitely a rip off when my salad wasn't even a half salad it was like 5 pieces of lettuce if that and a bunch of cheese! My friends got chicken wings and said those were good, the shrimp bowl was good, but the ribs that they are known for "chilies baby back ribs... with bbq sauce" was like beef jerky. Ribs are suppose to fall apart but here they are stuck to the bone and over cooked! (not pictured) The service was decent, but when we were done our plates of food sat by us for a while as we sat at the table conversing amongst ourselves. And when he would grab a plate he would only take one at a time.. like bro stack them up and clean off our table. Plus it's not like this place was popping off, so they didn't need the big table for a large group. read more

Chili's has always been around any surrounding block or neighborhood. It's usually the go-to place for Happy Hour, company lunches, or meeting with friends for dinner after work. I went to this location for dinner yesterday because of a coworker's farewell send-off, and the service was really good. I wish that we had known our server's name because he was accommodating, attentive, and friendly. Our orders came out correctly in a timely manner, and paying for the bill was a breeze.
