Niece wanted Chili's for her birthday dinner so we gave her Chili's! We were seated right away but the table hadn't been wiped down so we changed tables. The chairs were sticky at that table but we just rolled with it. This was the first time at this location and had a great visit. We were sat in the corner away from everyone. Our server PRESTON was fabulous! You can tell they are understaffed and he was working a lot of tables in his section. He did a great job and most of all had the best positive attitude! When I offered to treat a friend to dinner and she chose this, I wasn't going to argue. We met around 6.15pm Wednesday and despite no one else waiting at the kiosk, it took minutes for us to be acknowledged at all, let alone seated. After that, the waitstaff were friendly and pretty efficient. My friend chose boneless signature buffalo wings to start, Cajun pasta and sweet tea. I had the bacon ranch quesadilla and two patron margaritas. The starter came out in under ten minutes and was a good amount of meat, if dry. If I'd been here w/spouse (negating the double-dip embargo) there would be no dip left. S liked her pasta--it's not something I'd ever seen her order in the years I've known her, so it was worth noting. My plate had two very nicely cooked normal sized chicken quesadillas in quarters with 1.5 teaspoon of pico and a generous tablespoon of sour cream. The topping portions were fine for the half of the order I ate. Bacon ranch? I didn't taste it and didn't see bacon when I dissected the leftovers that night to let my cats snack on chicken. The margarita, as others have noted, had lots of ice in the glass plus ice in the shaker. My patron was good and each fat blue shaker filled about four little martini glasses given the space occupied by ice cubes. No errors (other than the title of bacon ranch quesadilla), and the waitress kept checking on us. Tab was $53 before tip but 18.53 of that is my liquor. read more
