Great place to dine. Customer service is awesome. I visit the San Bruno location at least twice a week. During the NBA and NFL, I am there watching the games, and interacting with others who had come to dine, as well. The managers always approaches the table to see how things are going, and to extend a helping hand. Thy're not just standing around sictating to tbe employees; these managers bust their a@@'s on that floor and that right there is great! I always like going to Chili's and having their baby back ribs. I came here with my friends and their baby to celebrate my birthday. We ordered their $22 for 2 entrees and a shared appetizer, and my friend also ordered a burger. The food was delicious as usual. I loved the free dessert they gave me for my birthday since I'm a rewards member. However, I asked for my water to be refill and the waitress forgot about it. It was busy there on a Tuesday night, but you should be more mindful of refilling the water and saying happy birthday to your customer when they redeem their birthday rewards. read more

If I could give a 0 I would. I just ordered a bacon avocado chicken sandwich and it was the dirtiest thing I were received from a resturaunt. One slice of avo on only one side of my sandwich and the sandwich was dry as hell. This one particular chill is slacks in all areas. They need some serious management meetings. Their food overall tastes pretty amazing. The only major downsides are the somewhat long wait times and the floor, which seems unclean with bits of trash, food crumbs and whatnot scattered everywhere more often than expected. read more

Not very accommodating in the bar area with the ability to watch a different game on the same side. I understand that someone requested the game prior to my arrival but both tv's? When behind the bar there were 3 tv's with the same game. That's a total of 5. With 1 showing the SF Giants game. Very disappointing. read more

I have ordered take-out from this Chili's twice. Mostly burgers. This is the only restaurant I have patronized during Covid that has had seamless and accurate service. This is my favorite place of all the time but today it was my second bad experience. I went there like a month ago and they told 40 minutes I wait it like an hour in my house. I went there and I still waited like 30 minues and today since is 5 de Mayo I thought i will go to buy my margarita I went there and order and I wait it 1:27 minutes for my food and I called them from my car and the guy told I be there with your food and the lady at the cashier told me to wait on my car that she will bring my food and she never did they gave me $10 dls credit but they made me wait too long for my food... Literally the worst service, after waiting 20 mins the lady comes out and tells us they can't serve us!

I love Chilis menu. But after today, it will be a while before I return. I was at the door at 11am Exactly. The waitress Linda kept looking at me as she was setting up for opening which was Now. I continued to stand there until 11:13 when the New GM emerged and let me in. He said there running late because the other to server Jessica called in sick. I arranged to be the first customer so my food would be Hot. The last 3 times my fajita's were served warm to cold. They get busy and your food sits on the line getting cold. So my food comes and it's warm, Not my Sizzling HOT like it should be. No Aoli sauce on the meat and the meat was medium, Not Well Done like I like. Poor is running around doing her Best when several other customers come in. 1 Server and it's getting busy. The GM is the Host and not helping Linda out If you've ever been in restaurant when it's slammed, you know what I'm talking about. I'm trying to get my check to get the Hell outta there but Linda's to busy.I Flagged the Manager down and complain. It's now Noon, It's taken an hour and it usually takes 20-25 minutes. I slap down my cash and leave watching all the confusion while watching Linda tell the GM that she's got tables that have been sitting there for 20 minutes and she hadn't even approached them. She said Don't seat me anymore tables? Who else is going to take there order? Unreal........Spoiled my Lunch that's for sure. The last 3 times it's been a Nightmare. i am disappointed. i have never had problems with chili's until my recent experience today. a waitress served our food to a fellow table as they began to touch and inspect their food until they realized they took it to the wrong table. they walked around the whole resteraunt so we wouldn't see and took it back to us. the same exact food they touched. and not once did they mention this incident to us which is unsanitary! after we got served our food, mine came in late and was cold. cold seafood is not a professional thing either. i do not reccommend. read more

If I could give a negative star I would. I have went here numerous times and then I would stop because of bad service.. we have been discriminated against and employee remained until covid happened. We have been ignored to get seated or when seated our order takes forever to get taken and then it's wrong.. well tonight was the last time I can longer support a restraunt that allows this type of servixe service. I've always been a chili's fan since the days in Malaysia. The current 2 for 22 is quite a steal. Due to the long line and minor hunger, we walked in and sat at the bar. The 2 for 22 menu has a decent variety of options ranging from baby back ribs to burgers to 6oz steaks to pastas and etc for the entree. Appetizing onion rings as starters among other options. The only thing they can improve on is the amount of salt in their fries...broccoli and oh everything else actually. Can't complain about the size of the steak or rather mini steak because they offer an upsize with extra $4. An overall decent experience in a mix of family and young n cool crowd. read more

There is an employee female by the name of Anesthia who was doing curb side pick up and she seem to think it was appropriate to lecture me as I'm allowing her to set my meal in pass seat of my vehicle 3to 6 ft away clearly and I am on a time out getting a meal since I ha e been at children's Ucsf with our son who had a major surgery and has cancer and telling me if I am having a badge of children's hospital I should have a mask on and clearly I have been in a very sterile environment as well as tested and tired and not too happy yet she refused to give her name or manager name at all and Wales away! The manager was very kind but this employees needs to not be working customer service or public food service during a time like this and others have children dying and it's clearly obvious yet thinks she can lecture us as she is putting my meal in passenger seat of my vehicle that has no other person in car and is clearly safe ! Absolutely LOVE this place! Try to go in once a week at least, usually on Sunday's when they have their happy hour deals that you can get by sitting by the bar. We always get good service and I honestly cannot go without their chicken enchilada soup, it's the best soup I've ever had, hands down! Service was really terrible. We arrived at 5:15 on a Saturday night (we have a 2-year-old - thus the early arrival) and still had to wait. No problem. But then, we sat at the table for over 30 minutes before anyone took our order. Eventually, the manager at the front took it instead of our waitress because she was still "busy". It took another 30 minutes to get our food. We didn't order appetizers to save time, but all told, we were there an hour and a half for one-course meal. I've always been a fan of Chili's, particularly the fajitas. As usual, they didn't disappoint, though it does seem like the portion sizes have gotten smaller over the years while prices have gone up. The wait was a bit longer than I would have liked, but otherwise I enjoyed my stay. I also happened to get a dessert this time, which I normally don't do. I ordered their skillet toffee fudge brownie, which is as good as that sounds. The only problem: I have a difficult time eating all of this food! Horrible service. First off we were seated at a table where the floor was filthy with trash all under the table. Took the 10 minutes just send someone to half ass clean the area. We had to ask for napkins and utensils. Myself and my husband was charged two different prices from different servers for the same drink. Second, when my Aunt went to the bar to get a shot the lime fell on the counter and the bartender proceeded to try to put it back on her drink. Disgusting. The second drink I purchased I got a mango flavored tequila that was thick and tasted like nothing but mango syrup. Came here last night with my husband and I ordered a chicken sandwich that came with avocado. Once our food arrived, I opened my sandwich and saw rotten slices of avocado on it. I immediately took them off and did still try to eat the sandwich but couldn't. The only thing I could think of after that, was if your kitchen staff was going to put brown, rotten avocados on a customer's sandwich, what else were they letting slide that customers won't and don't see? When the waitress finally came by to check on our table and ask if we wanted boxes for the uneaten food, I showed her the avocados and she couldn't have cared less. All she said was "oh those are too dark." How about an apology, or offer to take my meal off the check since I didn't even eat it, or offer for a new one to be made? But all she did was take the food away, asked if we wanted dessert (which we said no to) then directed us to pay on the table side machine. Oh, and I didn't get a receipt either because the machine at the table was empty or just not working properly. I didn't wait around to say anything because if the wait staff isn't going to care about rotten food being served, why will they care about a machine that isn't working? Need-less to say, I am disgusted by the lack of quality of food, cleanliness and the lack of decency shown by the staff. At least fake giving a shit when a customer shows you rotten food they were served. I understand this is a chain restaurant, but rotten food leaving the kitchen for paying customers is unacceptable at any food establishment. And especially when you are charging 12 bucks for a sandwich, I'm sure Chili's can afford to throw out the bad produce. read more
