I had came here during a busy time and understood I had to wait 30 minutes. The Host that helped me had wrote my name down and my phone number so that when our table was ready, they'd text me. Twenty five minutes go by and I check online to see where I am in line and it says I had been removed from the waitlist. When I go to see what had happened, it turns out they never texted me even though they said they were. The young man with long dreads that worked there apologized because he was supposed to text me when my table was ready and he didn't. Then he tells us that he'll put us back in and try to get us a table as soon as possible. Another 30 minutes go by and we asked how longer the wait would be and turns out that he never put our name back on the computer. They try right away to find us a table and they do. Our waiter honestly seemed like he was drunk or something. He kept crashing into the tables and slurring his speech we couldn't understand what he was saying. Not only that but he smelled like cigarettes. Our food was good but he had brought us the wrong drink and we had to send it back. This is my second time receiving such bad service at a chili's and I don't want to go back. It's not worth it. No more chili's for me. read more

Worst dining experience I've ever dealt with. Trying to enjoy a meal with my 3 kids. This is not a place to eat comfortable. Felt rush from the very beginning. With excuse after excuse after I confronted the waiter of rushing us for a order. Server was trying to let me know, sometimes the starter salads will come after the entree. If that is a problem, then you need that corrected and not let me or any other customer have to deal with your improper service. There is no way a cold salad should come after a hot meal. I cancelled my meal, let my kids eat. I asked for my check. The manager came out and apologized. Tried to do her best to make it correct. 2 of Of 4 of us ate. My daughter left and didn't bother staying. Don't bother trying to contact me or ask for me to contact someone regarding my experience! If I cancelled my meal and my daughter walked out of the restaurant. You should know that I don't want to ever deal with a establishment like this. read more

I placed an order on Grubhub. I ordered a steak medium rare and it came well done. I also ordered a kid's Mac and cheese and it came with green onions in it. My son is allergic to all onions. I drove there (which defeats the entire porpoise if Grubhub) and explained what happened with food in my hand. The sweet girl at the counter was very apologetic and did everything right. Her manager on duty heard what I was saying and simply walked away. She did not speak to me about anything. I was by no means trying to get anything free. I simply wanted the correct food. I am a bar manager and my husband is a manager at another corporate restaurant. I know mistakes happen and I am very understanding. I was appalled that the manager on duty did not come and speak to me, as I would have in my establishment. I then received my newly made food and drove home assuming it was correct this time. I sat down to eat...AND MY STEAK WAS WELL DONE AGAIN!!! I completely lost my appetite and simply threw it away. This has been my local Chili's for over 15 years. I used to think this place was really good, but my last visit was not up to par. The restaurant was not very busy, but yet it took 45 minutes to get our food. Usually the ribs are fall off the bone great, but this time they were dry and chewy. On the plus side the waitress was really friendly and attentive! The server stood by to make sure our steaks were cooked to order. Mine was slightly well done. They immediately offered to remake it. I insisted it was fine. A few "are you sure" s later and a supervisor or manager ( not sure which) was at our table apologizing for the food being over cooked and again offered to have it remade. If it wasnt for the prompt service and return of a better food item I would have walked out. The bar was not busy and it took over 30 minutes to get a simple beer. This place is unbelievable. First they sat us in the front patio with the sun beating down on us. When I asked if we could be moved our server said he was going to have to talk to his manager. When he came back 10 minutes later he said the same thing. I just asked for our drink tab so we could leave. Service was okay, food wasn't any better. Our flatbread was exactly that- flat tasting. Had no flavor and undercooked. The southwestern egg rolls were super soggy!! Ew! Met my brother and sister in law there.. first off the windows were filthy, my sister in law saw that and said oh no! My family, friends, and I love Chili's, we have been to many locations and the experience we had here has to be the worst one ever. The service was beyond terrible, we were treated so poorly by the waitress. She repeated gave us dirty looks when we asked for simple things like more water! It was very clear that customer service was not a priority for her. When we told her we were thinking about leaving after waiting nearly an hour for even a small salad, she replied that she would check on our food, and came back to tell us that it was going to be dished up soon! After that, she never returned. We tried multiple times to get the attention of the manager who was cleaning tables nearby. Finally he acknowledged us and we let him know we were dissatisfied with the service and that we only wanted to pay for our drinks and chips & salsa so we could be on our way. He told us not to worry about the bill and that we could leave, he did not try to offer us any incentive to stay, or even apologize once. As we were heading toward the door, the couple at the table behind us let us know they were thinking about leaving also. We will never be back to this specific Chili's unless they get new management and staff. We left angry about how we had just been treated and still as hungry as when we arrived. I came into Chili's last friday night with my son, our usual TGIF date night. I ordered a margarita and the pretzel bites as an appetizer. well, it took literally 26 minutes for the appetizer to come out. my drink however came out in about 2 minutes so kudos to the bartender. Not only that, my meal which was kids mac n cheese for my son and 2 enchiladas with rice and beans for me took over 29 minutes to come out. A table that had been seated about 10 minutes after us literally ordered and had there food before we did. When our food finally came out, my sons mac n cheese was cold and my plate looked as though it had been sitting under the hot warmer forever. it was dry, the tortillas were hard and the food runner didnt say a word when dropping it off. As if we hadnt waited long enough. The server seemed busy and rectified the situation by letting her manager know we were very unhappy. He comped our meal and gave us $15 to go back.. While the food was tasty & the food server was nice, she did not get our order right & rarely checked on us. My biggest disappointment was the dirty look the manager gave us when we placed our plates to the very wide ledge right next to us. I told him that we waited & waited for our server to remove them but she never came back. We needed the room because we were surrounded by dirty plates (not enjoyable!) Instead of an apology, he gave my daughter & I the dirtiest look, took the plates & walked away in disgust. Very unprofessional. Thank goodness for your table tablet/POS system because we were ablxe to order desert. My daughter had ordered fish without the spices but her food arrived full of spice! Either she is the worst server or your restaurant needs to hire more people. As someone in the customer service industry for more than 15 years I can honestly say this is unacceptable. My fiancé and I will not be coming back here again. We were polite the entire time and our service sucked. After receiving the wrong lid for my to go items I proceeded to ask for another one.
