We visited here for lunch. Service was quick and polite. Food was good. Would recommend to others in the area.

Went in, sat on bar side. The staff was more interested in rearranging marichino cherries than waiting on us. We left. No one seemed to care. Went just up the street to Cappareli's Pizza and it was fabulous. Score Cappareli's 1, Chili's a big fat 0. Last time I go there. I have tried to give them several chances, but they fall short every time. And it's the service. The food is actually pretty decent, but the service is so bad I will not go back. read more

Horrible service! We had to wait 15 minutes to be waited on. Another 10 minutes for drinks. After quite a while the waitress said they don't have chips. We said we'll wait till they make more because we like them. 15 minutes later we saw others getting chips. Our waitress was hardly ever seen in the dining room. Eventually the hostess brought out our very cold food and the waitress walked up. We told her we were still waiting for chips. She said they still didn't have any but would have the cook make some and have them out in 5 minutes. (We told her other had gotten chips long ago and she said she didn't know how because there are no chips). Ok, if they can be made in 5 minutes why werent they out sooner! After all of the this our bill was wrong. We were charged for a meal we didn't order. The only positive thing I can say is that they won't get any more of my money! read more

Blanca or Bianca working in to go is a joke. I ordered the new smoked wings and fried pickles. I received microwaved rubber wings that left your fingers sticky instead of greasy and some warm pickles with flakes of breading on pickles. Absolutely disgusting. Oh and they were out of utensils and napkins. I was dismissed by her telling me good night as I was trying to check my order. This was the last straw for the day I've had today. Linda the mgr was just as ignorant when I spoke to her on the phone. She kept making the excuse that the girl was new and in high school. Ok. Not my problem she wasn't trained correctly. I drove from the hotel I was staying at back to restaurant to return the crap I was served. Linda rolled her eyes at me as she opened the boxes and said that the wings go through an oven. Worst experience I have ever had at Chili's. The service was terrible, the ranch was spoiled and bubbling, the steak was raw and when sent back was never brought back to us. The manager Linda looked like she was ready to go to a bar herself instead of be at work and she was so rude and disrespectful I could not believe they would ever expect her to "lead" a crew in success when she doesn't seem to have that ability. I will never go back and will tell everyone I speak to that is not the place to go. Someone needs to hire some new people in there that actually have some social skills. read more

Me and my wife would go here every friday night for dinner for years. Food not the greatest but they are one of only a few in town that serves liquor . We will no longer be going here as it has to come to our attention that current manger is an the worst kind of homophobic I can think of. Our daughter has been happily working there waiting table for quite some time. This manager comes in at some point and finds out she has a girl friend. It took awhile to figure out that was what his problem was with her until recently it came to our attention that he would degradingly refer to her as "boy" . "do this boy" and such. She in no way looks like a boy and is a wonderful person and I can't get how some piece of trash like this can work in a professional establishment in this day and age and get away with it. read more

Don't usually dine-out at restaurants outside my budget. But, it was a day of celebration(s)...and consequently we settled for Chilli's over other local establishments. At arriving, we were greeted and seated right-a-way. Within a few minutes, we were waited on and our refreshments were brought to our table. Then the appetizers came. One beverage (my wife's) was refilled. and within expected time, our food came. At this time I got my mango tea refilled (delicious). The food was exactly the way it was ordered. [Not the best, that the heavens parted and rays of light are bestowed you food type], but it is what it is...food (edible). We noted there were some customers already seated and more arriving. There's where the issue begins. Drinks needed to be refilled and never did. We got forgot about. Not even a look over by any other waitress. Didn't even see a manager in the building. We sat at the table for about 20+ mins trying to get some attention. We saw our waitress walked by a few times, but never in our direction. Now we had empty drinks...couldn't even finish our food. We planned on dessert to celebrate a birthday, my wedding anniversary, and my nephew's (visiting from college) academic year. No dessert. No check to look over. Ended up paying on the kiosk monitor. Officially our last visit. Should've gone to the Chinese buffet place down the road, drinks are never empty, more food and hot, and definitely way cheaper...and way better customer service. read more

What a joke! The worst service I have ever experienced in my life! It was a Tuesday at lunch with no wait time for 10. Drove in to have a nice soup and salad with my family....I seriously thought we were on Candid Camera or What Would You Do? Out of 30 different items a waiter needs to do, she literally got 1 thing right. Every single person had the wrong order except one. Then she argued with me and my sister-in-law about what we ordered! The nerve! My 9yr son didn't get his order so we shared what we had gotten (although it was wrong and we already had been there an hour and a half. We just took it because we were starving and wanted to leave) and I asked for the bill and then she sneaked around the restaurant and handed this pizza to him so we couldn't see her! And to top it off, she gave me the wrong bill! My family is from the area and said that everyone knows not to go to Chili's except for margaritas and chips! Always pathetic service but never this bad. They even told a friend when she called in an order that she couldn't do that, argued with her and hung up on her! THERE IS A MAJOR MANAGEMENT PROBLEM!!! Do you hear this, owner? Get your manager some training so he can train his employees properly! I will not go back. read more
