While a torta is what people recommended, my mind immediately went to tacos when I saw that option. As you all probably know with me, I'm a sucker for any dish that has the word taco in it. Pivoting to those, I decided on a trio of the Taco Chilango (w/ carnitas), the pastor taco, and the taco gringa. These concoctions are out of this world with the combination of ingredients, tenderness and flavors of the meats, and the consistency of the warm tortilla. The crema on top of these is the perfect final touch. After devouring these, I can only imagine what the torta tastes like! Definitely next time!
