The only reason I gave it a 2 is because the food was good. The service was slow. The place is filthy. Will not return to this Chili's.

The bar tender was friendly, the food was typical Chili's food, no better or worse than any other Chili's. The service was very fast.

Tuesday night shouldn't be a busy night. So when I got into town for business, I thought Chili's sounded good, because it usually is. When I walked through the door I went straight to the bar as I was thirsty, and usually service is better at the bar. I stood there for five minutes, waiting for a spot to be cleaned off. I finally sat down because I wanted to sit at the bar and other people were waiting, the spot still dirty. I continued to sit there for ten more minutes waiting for the spot to be cleaned. After fifteen minutes, my "area" was finally clean enough for me to rest my arms on the bar. I ordered a beer and that came pretty quickly. I ordered my food immediately after that and it was really good. I ordered the honey chipotle chicken crispers with fries and broccoli. Everything was pretty good, the chicken was cooked thoroughly, and the fries and broccoli nicely complimented the chicken. My only problem with these guys was the waiting around. I saw the same thing, that happened to me, two more times that night. I also tried asking for them to change the channel to a game that was playing that night, and the remotes weren't working. I'm sorry but this chili's needs to be closed down I would rather not have a chili's than have to go to this one. I come here often sometimes twice a week due to this is a small town not to many choices when it comes to restaurants. The service here seems to always be horrible, most times u have to wait 45- hour before your food arrives to your table even on days that are not busy at all like tonight then 90% of the time your order won't be correct so now your stuck having to send food back and wait another 30-45 mins to receive your food and if your lucky which is a slim chance then your food will be correct the second time but u will probably have to send it back a second time‍ ok so I guess I started this review early I'm currently still at chili's and I've sent my food back 3 times and still can't get a medium well ribeye and the manager Kyle acts like he really doesn't care about the problem at all and I over heard my waitress say that she is sick of us lol this place is a total joke read more

I decided to give this location another try but this was a bust. The wait time to get seated was good. We immediately got our drinks but everything went downhill from there. The chips for the salsa were all crumbled. The street queso was cold and had a weird texture. The waiter kept walking by saying our food is being plated but we waited over 45 minutes for our order. I can't believe this location has not gotten any better. There was a couple behind us who arrived after we did but got their food faster. I know the orders can't be that complexed. I really considered leaving but I have my daughters with me and I knew they would be upset. I don't know why I put myself through this for this kind of service. read more

Tonight was a surprise. The staff was very friendly. Heidi did a great job serving us. She checked on us several times. The food was delicious. It was brought to us in reasonable time. I'd go back and do it all over again. read more

We went for lunch sat next to the bar there was a black guy with long braids working the bar so we wait other people come in he waits on them. I get his attention he holds his finger up then a group of white guys come in he takes there order there are others of the same come in he took there order. So, now there is 5 orders before us and 4have already got there food. I ask if we could see the manger he shrugged his shoulders. As to say who do you think you are. So the manger never was told they never came to the table. So my lunch hour shot down the drain. Ended up grabbing a burger on my way back to work... The staff are friendly, but the service is usually very slow and the food is average at best. I'm not sure if it's corporate that is calling the shots, but at times they are understaffed, as in one waiter covering an entire side of the restaurant. I have been there when there was three or four tables available, yet they couldn't seat us for over 40 minutes due to being understaffed. read more

Genuinely shocked at how bad the service and food are. I am alone and ordered nachos (easy) and a vodka soda (easy) at the bar. Bartender couldn't be bothered by me, too busy flirting with some girl. This Chilis location is extremely nasty. The servers I've had were really great, the star is for them. Bathrooms are utterly disgusting and a few things would improve that: New Toilet Seats are a must have!!!!!!! Walmart behind the place sells them for $12. Get those nasty toilet seats replaced! The menus are sticky, tables were dirty and it was 1100 am when they just opened. Not ok. There was a sticky film on my glass with black specks in and on it. If I could give less than 1 star I would. The restaurant was almost empty, yet we were told that there was a waiting time of almost 15 minutes. Saw a lot of low reviews on this place but decided to give it a try. With that said, My steak was perfect! My husband and I ordered ribeyes and there was nothing left on our plates and I usually don't finish a steak. 20 minute wait was well worth it! Thank you Chili's read more

We saw that the reviews were about a year old and figured surely they have changed since then -- WRONG. There were lots of open tables and we were told it would be a 15-minute wait for us (2 people). Two groups of 4 arrived after us and were seated ahead of us. We finally were seated 10 minutes after arriving at a booth that had been empty since we arrived and it was across from another empty booth. Something was wrong with the iced tea. The taste was off and the server said he would make a new batch. We finished our meal before the new tea arrived--which did taste normal. Mustard comes on the cheese burger and I asked them to leave it off. They didn't. Many other tales to relate, but I have taken enough of your time. I'll find somewhere else to eat. read more

Floors are filthy which makes me wonder.... we went chicken which was fine but crowd was average at best. Our order was wrong. The salad was soggy. No silverware to eat with. Waited 30 minutes for drink refills. Ordered endless soup, salad, chips. Everything was brought out. Except soup. They made the wrong burger for me. My daughter asked for no onions. We were here for two hours trying to get our meal and order correct. So tired of this restaurant. It's not hard. I've been a server. If you have trouble remembering the customers order write it down. This seems to happen every time I come here. Customer service is ok but slow. Like she is over worked. Terrible service for not being busy. Being a business man I travel a lot and have been to Chili's all over the US. I literally saw an employee eating a sandwich in the kitchen with his gloves on, a server scoop the top of a frozen drink out and dispose so the "lid would fit on" as she quoted, and the bartender disappeared for 5-10 min at points in time.
