The dining room is clean and the wait staff is friendly and helpful. I feel like this location is perfect, because it doesn't seem to get very busy. Probably due to the fact that it's hard to find. I ordered the triple dipper with big mouth bites, boneless wings and egg rolls.. my son ordered chicken crispers with Mac and cheese and oranges. We recieved mozz sticks instead of egg rolls and mashed potatoes instead of Mac and cheese. I didn't say anything because we were so hungry but we weren't exactly thrilled that our order was wrong when they weren't busy. I have been a Chili's fan for too long to stop going, but I haven't been as often because I felt like the quality over the years has gone downhill. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. First thing first we walk in and waited at least a minute for a hostess to appear that didn't even sit us down. We had to pick our seat seats ourselves. Mind you half of the restaurant was unavailable to men like us. Then after waiting five minutes for our waiter, who is literally right at the bar to get us took forever in a day to get our drinks prepared and wait did an extra 10 minutes for him to come back and take our orders. This was after the hostess told us to go to the area where there were no servers but a single bartender, while the other side of the restaurant had at least 6 servers. As we waited in eternity for our food, we are playing on the Ziosk join the trivia game while joining we were entered in the fifth round out of 10 rounds instead of the first, so we already did didn't even have a chance of compiling against the other opponents. after that, the food runner really interrupted our very intense game with our food that we have been waiting an eternity for while looking at our food it looked slightly disgusting. The first bite we took was into the Nashville, hot mozz and it was absolutely rancid. We looked online for hours before this, trying to figure out the correct food to pick, and the triple dipper looked most appealing until we took our first bite and realized it was all for nothing. The taste the sauce the texture it was just all off. Our stomach started to hurt from when we indulge in our first bite. It was atrocious. The sliders were fairly pleasing, but it made it taste like a five star compared to one star because of how **** the rest of the food was. The sliders were also an inch wide circumference. I also ordered the honey chipotle chicken because it looked appealing online. It was awful. The sauce tasted like it was sitting in the fridge for at least 20 days. The chicken wasn't even tender. It was as hard as a rock and chewy as a rubber ball and then my good friend ordered regular chicken and he got a piece that I don't even know what part of the bird it was from it looked like something out of a of a Tyrannosaurus rex bone that I've never even seen before. The fries were also quite unpleasing, but to the upside they only tasted good because everything else was so god-awful. After we indulge in our food, I looked at my check mind you we split the bill my friend and I I saw a price of a whopping $35 after asking to donate to Saint Jude's like I have any money left after spending it all on the **** food then we also looked at my friends and he also had a tip even though we split the bill chilies tell me why I have to pay two tips at 20% five dollars each for some **** food for one little meal. We will never be returning to that location or matter of fact, any chilies across the globe ever again. read more

Watched CEO on TV say that they are growing fast at the expense of McDonald's as they offer eat in food at competitive prices So first visit in over 35 years ensued. I remember it was my first introduction to Texmex and had novel tables with red ceramic tiles and Mexican style colors. It also had a separate bar area. ( this was big in Atlanta as you could only serve booze if you took over 50% of takings as food- so not many bars at the time if you follow me) New tables just installed last week no tiles just wood. Separate bar still exists but with just a few older people who seemed to know each other( chilies club?) Happy hour all day order one beer and get two delivered @$6 ( hurray!) Toilet still had the style of tiles I remember. There were 3-4 items priced at $11 like the CEO promised but we went for brisket burger and shrimp fajita. Burger ok fries ordinary at best. Overload of shrimp quite welcome. As you expect loads of parking in this upmarket and underused shopping plaza and plenty of indoor seating. As for competing with McDonald's our check without tip and booze was $50 or 6-7 Big Macs for the two of us. (Add another 5 Big Macs for drinks!) Conclusion: not a place to look forward to go to but at a pinch 100x better than McDonald's. In this area better choices for TexMex so probably will not go back to this establishment but if you are in the area shopping thirsty or hungry or just want out of the heat just right. read more

I had accidentally made it for pickup at 11:15 AM the following day. I needed it last night when I got done at the gym for 11:15 pm. In my defense it was late and I was exhausted from the day and my gym workout. My husband and I came and sat at a booth in the bar area on a Friday early evening. It was a decent crowd and service was good. He got chips and salsa and chicken fajitas and I got grilled chicken and broccoli. The fajitas were such a large portion, nexts time we will share them. We were hungry, so the fast turnaround on our chips, apps and salad was fantastic. I also like that I could pay on the device at the table, and head out as soon as we were done. We have had good luck at the PBG Chili's. I noticed the poor reviews and not doubting other's experiences but here's mine starting with the most recent visit. Sat in the bar area and our waitress/bartender was a great server + the food was great hot and fresh cooked perfectly. I had the smoke house combo ribs were done perfectly along with the sausages and chicken crispers - it was delicious. Other order was the old timer burger also Great + desert cookie excellent. There was a VERY rude waitress (Shameka or Tonya - the manager said she goes bt Shameka, but her actual name is Tonya) that was doing to go orders who kept talking over me when I was nicely trying to explain that my order was not cancelled. It wasn't busy to the fact where she was stressed based on the amount if people that were there. Her hospitality is one of the reasons why Chili's is probably going under. This place is terrible. Gave me food poisoning. I work in Jupiter, but live a hour away and I picked up dinner from here. I ordered eggrolls, wings, fries and mozzarella sticks. I picked up my order and before I left I checked the order and the fries were missing so I had to go back inside and the employees took their time coming to the "to go" counter. it was not busy that day. The eggrolls were not displayed as they have it online. Mozzarella sticks were good. Onto my biggest complaint, the wings. once I got home, I tried the wings and realized it tasted odd and slimy. I looked at the wing and realized it was raw. I started to tear apart the other wings and several were raw. I took pictures and threw them out. I contacted the manager the next day and asked for a refund. all she could give me was a $10 gift card and stated she's shocked it was raw since they do fry and bake the wings. It has lettuce, tortilla chip strips, corn, beans, tomatoes and a zesty dressing along with four pieces of cheese quesidilla. I've tried multiple items on the 2 for $20 menu like the half rack of ribs or the chicken entree but I usually regret not getting the quesidilla explosion if I do that. The 2 for $20 deal does come with an appetizer though. I usually get the chips and salsa which are really good. The service is hit or miss. Last night we waited a good 15 min for a To-go box after we had paid for our dinner. read more

The end was a far cry from the beginning. I sat down at the bar where my friend had already secured a beverage and seats for us. I waited some time before the bartender arrived due to the fact he was away from the bar to enjoy a smoke. Needless to say, I didn't have high hopes of how the experience would go. I opted for the Southwest chicken soup and margarita grilled chicken with black beans and rice. Because I was ridiculously hungry when I arrived, we ordered chips and salsa. I confess I demolished 3/4 or more on my own and I want you to know there wasn't one bad chip! I didn't mess with the salsa because I'm a basic B. Due to the fact I consume a barrel of tortilla chips and the soup, I only had a small portion of my meal and took it to go. Not a bad thing because it came in clutch for lunch yesterday. The meal portion was large and easily enough for two meals. The bowl of soup was delicious and I've previously professed my admiration for the beer and chips. The atmosphere was chill and not overcrowded so it made for a great spot to enjoy Sunday football. Highway robbery. They do not value their gift cards at pickup and pretend you need to pay more. It's a trick they have been doing for a while. Place is nice, good for big groups. Our waitress was very sweet and helpful. They have great options if you can't pick what you want. You can mix and match a lot of stuff on their menu. I ordered the Sirloin medium rare and it was almost medium well. A bit to dry for me. The mashed potatoes helped balance it a little. The rib racks were tasty. The BBQ sauce was good.
