It was my first time at a chili's since well before the pandemic. I must say, I was extremely impressed. Before I continue, I think I should be some obligatory "baby back ribs" joke. Ok here goes: I walked into the the Chili's and asked the waitress to give me back my girlfriend. She looked at me bewildered, and I said "c'mon, I want my baby back baby back baby back baby back." Walked in around 3 pm - not crowded with nice music playing. Asked to be seated away from bar noise and had a comfortable booth. Our waitress was attentive and informative as this was our first time. Our food was served hot with generous portions. The highlight for me was the chicken enchilada soup! So good! We took advantage of the afternoon special so it was about $10.50 a plate for each of us. The only down side was the switch in music after we had ordered. It was loud and definitely not our style. We would go again. read more

Haven't been to a Chili's in awhile, honestly the place has gone down hill. They changed there salsa, my husband had a salad and asked for thousand island dressing or Italian, and they didn't have either. What kind of restaurant doesn't have Italian? I am not happy with my experience at this Chili's location and would never visit again. I ordered Honey-Chiptole Crispers + Waffles and soup via Uber Eats for pick up. My app said my order was ready for pick up. I was expecting it to be a quick and seamless pick up but my soup was only ready and my entree couldn't be made because the oven was broken. I was told, I could get any entree on the house so I went with their Smokehouse Combos (half rack of ribs, quesadilla and crispers) then waited in the car for additional 15 minutes. I went back inside to pick up my order and was told the quesadillas couldn't be made so they gave me sausage instead. Like what? I don't even like sausage. It was really a waste of time and by the time I finished waiting my soup was already cold. From reading previous review the oven has been "broken" for awhile that's insane. read more

Staff was seriously overflowing, but that didn't stop them from performing the jobs perfectly. With egregious wait times at other establishments *cough* down the road *cough* staff from walking through the door to waiting staff spectacular performance and service. Sat without worry of where my food is, or if it might ever show. Staff was amazing but two in particular stood out to me Isabel (hostess) and Andrew (server) spectacular performance both polite, quick, and very welcoming to the well kept establishment. We had a great experience here. Kai was our waitress and she was so sweet and patient with us. She was seating tables and waitressing but kept a smile on her face the whole time. Terrible! Gave us a 20-30 min wait...1 hr later still not seated yet they had lots of tables available. When I asked how much longer, hostess gave a bunch of excuses... they're not normally this busy on a weeknight, we only have 3 servers, we're waiting for 2 tables to leave... blah blah blah! Okay first I would like to say thank you to Andrew who really is what made our experience. The second we arrived in the restaurant no one greeted us. There was no hostess when we got there and as far as I could see only two servers. Both made eye contact and continued serving their guest. Super awkward but then Andrew came out of the back saw us greeted us and immediately sat us. When we had ordered our food apps came out first then a while after entrees. Unfortunately I did not like the pasta it was over cooked and the sauce in general was not great. I let Andrew know and he did not hesitate to take it back and let me order something else. He was super gracious and apologetic that I did not like it and made sure to take care of us. We got some deserts as a sorry even though it was completely unnecessary. We had such a great date night because of him. So regardless of the small mishaps I'd go back. The food other than the pasta was amazing! You can't go wrong. Thank you Andrew! read more

Dont eat at the bar. Usually eating at bar is a fun experience. Not at this chili's. 2 hour wait for Roadhouse so popped over to chili's. After they "messed up the order" bartender said he would comp appetizer. He didnt . He also didnt get. But he did get us to never come back so he's a player. We wait 2 hours for a good restaurant. With covid they have an outdoor tent. It's not ideal but hey I'm happy they are open. The food isn't bad the customer service is good. I haven't found a go-to menu item. Hopefully I will one day as often as I come here. This time I had the Cajun pasta which was good. Huge portion if ur looking for something filling. We also had the burger which came out with a broken patty. It looked a little over cooked (maybe that's why it came out broken?). I heard it was good. Lastly, our table had the shrimp tacos which were good and filling. I ordered a corona light and it came out room temperature... I haven't had that happen before which was a first. They happily replaced it with a nice cold one upon request. If ur looking for decent sit down spot this would be a place to go. read more

Friendly, great service! The food is always fresh and tasty and best of all there's always a catchy special. We had the old timer burger which was tasty and delicious, the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich was juicy with great flavor, the chips and salsa are great and drinks too! The mobile app says NO wait, we get there & walk by several family's outside with no masks (during quarantine) get inside & they say 45 minutes wait, so we see the bar has only 5 tables full of guests & no one at the bar, well this is the beginning of opening up after the total shutdown of the quarantine) most places let you sit at the bar with 6' between families. Yes, now that I am in Japan I can say I miss state side chips. I enjoy meeting family and friends at this location, for some odd reason with the row of restaurants on this side of the freeway we end up here. The service is spot on and the food is fantastic. Chili's was our go to spot in college so whenever I think of this place the nostalgia kicks in with great memories. Ironically my husband has the same feelings - he enjoyed it at a different college/state before we met. Last Friday night we planned an adult errand running Costco night and thought, why not grab a quick bite from Chili's on our way? So that's what we did. Unfortunately, its not like we both remembered. I attempted to order my past time fav, the chicken buffalo ranch sandwich, sub the fries for a cup of cheese and broccoli soup please. NO CHEESE & BROCCOLI SOUP ANYMORE :( not on menu...tear. The way I remember this item is just like a cheese burger with instead of beef/friend chicken, I remember it having pickles and loving the shredded lettuce. The sandwich I received was more like a drive through chicken sandwich - disappointed. Geoff got some crispy chicken tenders with a sweet sauce that he didn't enjoy as well, did not look anything like the photo haha. So all in all, shame on us for having such high expectations for Chili's, its def better than the cafeteria food they were serving when we were back in college but doesn't compare to our local favorites these days. I don't know where to start. 2 stars for the appetizer. The server tried her best to correct the over all service but it didn't work. My daughter asked for a regular strawberry lemonade, it eventually came when the food came. Which her plate had to be sent back because of an error on their part. My steak was not worth being called a steak. The flavor was not good, I didn't send it back because it would have taken forever to be returned. It's now morning and my stomach doesn't feel to happy about my decision eating here. read more

My best friend and I go to this Chili's at least twice a month! Yes, we love the atmosphere the food is amazing and the bartender Mazi is the best. I usually do the Cajun pasta or an occasional steak and she typically has fajitas or one of the main meals with sausage and corn and (I forgot what it's called) but anyway it's super good here and we love it! Parking is very convenient and they have the coldest beer I've ever had in my life! The waitresses are super friendly as well as the hostesses. I noticed a lot of take out orders being picked up from third-party delivery companies. I've honestly never had a bad experience at Chili's ...even when it was outdoor seating they did their best to accommodate the patrons. Now that it's August 1 I am definitely interested to see what their new margarita of the month is. Best location, best price, great food, great atmosphere, excellent service! Good dranks! read more
