Allow me to set the scene and refrain myself from using the much need profanity that this "restaurant" deserves. Sitting close to the bar area we had the inconvenience of having the bartender had our waitress and multiple drunk people actually starring us down. The very loud drunk flirting from the bar was distracting us from the horrid atmosphere. After about 40 minutes of waiting without any appetizers our food came out and one bite into my chicken I could tell that IT WASNT COOKED THOUGH. The chicken was pink. Called the waitress over to send them back and expecting an apology but didn't seem to worried about it. At this point we all stop eating and call the manager over that tried to dispute it and seemed pretty angry he was having to exert the little effort he gave. Still no apology. Paid for the two other meals and got out of there while we still could. On the way out multiple hobos came in begging for alcohol. Will never ever be back to this "restaurant". Horrible!!! No kids menu!!! Slowest service ever!!! Food was ok , but the wait was forever! My hubby ordered a bud draft to get the 2 for 1 and the waitress was so confused and brought him a bud light bottle!!! Awfull!! And what a shame because the location is nice with a great patio!! read more

We went in about 40 minutes untill closing time, just wanting to get a drink while waiting for a to-go order. The bartender was leaving right as we walked in and noted that another employee would be making the drinks. Fine by us, untill we realized she may not have even been qualified to do so... just an assumption based off of us asking for a fireball shot and she asked what was in it. *For the non-drinkers fire ball is brand of straight whiskey, not a mixed shot. For our dinner we ordered something we always order at home, the classic nachos, they came out not so great. Looked nothing like they are supposed to, tasted sub-par and just thrown in the box. I assume everyone was ready to go home but they could have been prepared better and we still would have been out before closing. read more

Seriously amazing service. The manager offered us a free dessert and my fries came out late and the waitress offered to give me new fries if they didn't taste good. This was one of the more unfortunate dining experiences I've gotten myself into. Our order of Texas cheese fries, an appetizer mind you, came out with our food, barely warm. Myself and two others ordered the 3 for 10 combo. 2 of the three soups came to the table cold multiple times, as did most of my party's entrees. One of the party members never even got a chance to see if their food was edible in any fashion. Throughout the hour wait for cold food, our table never once received a refill. After telling the waitress our lengthy list of easily-avoidable issues, she informs us that the manager, Mike, is on the way to talk to us about it. Not only did Mike walk halfway to our table, look at us and turn right back around, it took him 15 minutes to finally approach us and when he did, he didn't even apologize or attempt to explain why these things were happening. I would suggest going to this restaurant only if the only other thing you have to do is shove bamboo chutes into your fingernails...not an exaggeration read more

Ridiculously slow service. Will never conduct a business lunch there ever again. Literally my group of 6 people stood at the door for 5 minutes while employees chatted amongst themselves. This establishment should be boycotted and ran out of town as this is not the first instance of horrible service I've experienced here. Consistently horrible in every aspect of the word. read more

Very disappointed. Fajitas ordered with extra onions and no onions on platter and the sizzling platter was cold. Chicken was rubbery. Waitress brought onions out and were stone cold. After 8 hours of traveling, tried to eat at a chain restaurant which food quality has been consistent in past. Wish I would have kept driving. read more

We ordered two meals to-go, and when we came in at pickup time, there was a line of other waiting customers. A manager offered us something to drink while we waited, and was extremely friendly, but our food took another 20 minutes (50 total from the time ordered) and was cold (with soggy fries) when we got it back to the hotel to eat. Horrible service!!!!! Chili's corporate needs to change something here. From the moment we walked in to the time we left without even ordering it was bad. Hostess seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and was extremely unfriendly to the fact that no one ever came to our table after we were seated. We left and will never return. read more

I ordered a sweet tea without lemon & a glass of water. Both came quickly. I wanted to order the artichoke dip as an appetizer & was told Chili's no longer carries it. My waiter recommended a spinach & cheese dip as a substitute. It was OK. I then ordered a hamburger w/o lettuce & w/fries to split with my wife. It was split in the kitchen as requested. The fries were mostly room temperature or less. I didn't really care because we rarely eat such fried starches. However, it was bad enough that my wife commented that the fries tasted like they had sat around for awhile. There was lettuce on the sandwich. I just took it off. The staff should pay better attention to customer requests. What if I were allergic to lettuce, taking it off would not have worked? Service was not the best. We were greeted by a manager, I believe, & seated by the same. Nice enough. Our waiter did put forth some effort but, could use some training. I left a good tip because I could tell he wanted to do well & still not hover. I will not be going back for awhile. There was nothing really wrong, I'm just ambivalent about the place. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE unless you enjoy crappy food and service! Waitress seemed somewhat friendly not a horrible attitude but was way to slow and didn't have a clue. The turkey sandwich and fries came out first and then when I finally got her attention (after my husband had almost finished his meal), and asked where was his potato soup and my Daughter-in-laws bowl of chili she said "oh they didn't bring it out"? Then my Daughter-in-law's chipotle chicken bowl came out and then finally my husbands lukewarm soup and her bowl of chili )without beans that looked like it was put through a strainer came out. After all that finally my meal which was only the Triple Play came out and I let our server know that I was not happy that the other two in my party was almost done with their meal. I know she didn't cook it and was polite to her and told her so. Never did see any type of management around. We should have been comped at the very least for my appetizer! The place was dirty and bathrooms disgusting! I wished I had time to look at other reviews on Yelp before stopping here but we were traveling on I20. I sure hope the owner of this franchise looks at these reviews and does something? It's truly a shame that this is a representation of a Chili's! read more

When calling in an To Go order and being told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes and getting there and having to wait another 20 minutes is not very good for business. Customer service was also very poor, would not suggest this Restaurant to anyone , with all the Traveling I do and Restaurants I attend , this is by far the worse one. read more

Well went back today heard it was better.. Walk in and waitress walk right past us as if we are not there.. Finally ask one do we seat ourselfs or what? And she said where do you want to set?so we set in the bar area and wait and wait and wait and finally push the waitress button and she said my i help yall.. Lol.. So she takes our order and 10 mins later another waitress said why did you push the button? I told her that was 30 mins ago. She got really pissed and said no it has not been that long. ( seemed longer) any way the lady finaally takes the food orders and stuff. ( almost walked out). Please someone hire a manager to run that resturant before you have to close it..my god it can be a really good place to eat.. read more

Wish we had read reviews before stopping here. Service was slow - 1 hour to get terrible food. Then they cooked the wrong pizza for our child. The Tex-Mex enchiladas were not edible. The only barely decent entree was the flatbread pizza. Don't waste your time. read more

Horrible. Arrived and was seated in 5 minutes. Not very busy by the looks so I was expecting good service. Waitress was very slow getting to us. She seemed to not care how slow she went. Finally received our drinks and placed our order. Very simple a burger with fries and a 6 oz steak med rare. 35 minutes later and nothing. Waitress never stopped to ask if we needed anything, complete slob. I had enough after waiting 45 minutes asked for a manager and the best they can say is "its almost out", no apology. Just had dinner, great new loaded fajitas. Jennifer the server was awesome. Also try the fried pickles they were awesome.

Terrible service, terrible food, terrible management, with a side of food poisoning. Went here as an alternative to McDonald's on a Sunday while passing through. Ended up with food poisoning and terrible/wrong service. The restaurant was nearly empty. Children's food was brought a full 20 minutes before our food. We were seated by the kitchen, so we could hear the waitress screaming at the kitchen every five minutes (somewhat to her credit). Husband ordered a meal off of the light menu...they were out of quinoa, so they substituted mashed potatoes - with bacon (on the light menu?), without letting him know first. My medium-rare burger was charred through. The manager came by and offered a weak apology, wanting to know what we wanted him to do about it, rather than offering a solution or a discount. Then to top it off, our daughter got food poisoning and was sick late into the night. read more

Need a Zero Stars rating for this one! Unbelievably bad service. We were a party of three, place didn't look that busy. We ordered appetizers, which took forever. Waitress plops them down in front of us and says, "Sorry bout that, the kitchen is a bloody massacre." Exact words. We order our entrees, eat our chips and salsa, and wait....and wait..... Our drinks are empty, our chips are empty. 45 minutes later, waitress who has finally gotten us drink refills, sails by a couple of times and asks if everything is ok. We have lots of dip but no chips, no sign of our meal....what could be wrong? I ask if she knows when we might be getting our meal, and waitress shrugs and tells us she has no clue. I point out that we ordered over 45 minutes ago, and her response is, "Well then you're better off than anyone else I've waited on tonight!" We finally receive our food at about the one hour mark. My sliders are burned and my French fries are cold. We had also placed two takeout orders for family members, so of course there was a lengthy wait for those long after we had finished our meal. Waitress never comes to pick up the check, so my husband takes it to the takeout register to pay---we are sooo ready to LEAVE there already. Manager is there at the register, and it literally takes him 10-15 minutes and two waitresses to get our change of $23, while our takeout order is getting cold. My husband mentions to the manager that we waited over 45 minutes for our food and are just trying to pay and get out, and the manager makes a smart remark in reply. Rude manager, rude waitress with an attitude, worst service EVER. Should have known to get up and leave after the "bloody massacre" remark, but we were tired from our drive and hungry, and my 85 year old Dad was with us, so we stuck it out.
