We ordered Mix & Match Trio and the 1/2 Slab of ribs. What a disappointment. The steak on the mix-and-match trio also known as a fajita was terrible. The ribs were dry and extremely over cooked. The asparagus tips were flaky and almost dehydrated. however the mashed potatoes were delicious. I sent the asparagus back to the kitchen over the second order was just as bad. The bar was full with people drinking and enjoying appetizers. We should've followed their lead because our drinks were the highlight of our meal We had a bad experience with Chili's in Columbus, Ohio and thought it might be just that location but now we're seeing that it's across the board. The food quality is just not good. Even if the food was free we won't be back.

My all time Go To Restaurant for Frozen Margaritas (I just hate that they discontinued the 2 for 1) I usually order the Triple Dipper, but I wasn't that hungry so I ordered Honey Chipotle Bone-in Wings and Mexican Street Corn. My food came out Fast & Hot, even with the restaurant being full.

steak

This rib eye steak was truly amazing, it tastes like the cow was fed other steaks for inspo on how to be delicious! Perfectly tender and amazing. Type of meal they fead you in squid game before the final game.

There is no people and they won't give us a table

They did not give us a table and we been here for 30 minutes So it is bad customer food sucks

WARNING Extremely low quality for price. I ordered a the shrimp salad for over $15 and they made sure to only give enough lettuce to line the bottom of the container. Absolutely ridiculous. I pushed everything to the side after taking one bite to give an idea of how little is in it. Worst $20 I have ever spent. Do yourself a favor and order a side salad from anywhere else and get more bang for your buck smh

Ambience: It's chilis, nothing more nothing less. Actually a bit less than other chili restaurants around the city. Food: Expecting something tasty and good. Looks are deceiving. Everything was on a scale of not good to pretty average and basic. We got this appetizer combo which came with popcorn sized chicken with bacon, shredded cheese and jalapeños. Also got chicken fajitas. It was ok. Not the best. It actually looked better than it tasted. Summary: Meh. If my meal was free, I would still not consider eating here. I can say I will never go to this location (Rivergate/Madison) again. It just wasn't worth my time or money. Was not satisfying.

Grand Romanic Cocktail for the month of February. I loved this drink, wish the service was better so I could enjoy more..

I loved the Memphis style ribs. The 1/2 order is plenty of food if you order an appetizer or chips and salsa.

Busy night but service was nearly non-existent. I would have like more drinks and food but server never came back. Oh well.

Here's what we tried: * Crispy Wild Mushrooms: Lightly breaded and served with black garlic aioli. These were nothing like the soggy fried mushrooms you might get at a burger joint. They were meaty yet delicate, with a beautiful crunch! * Raw Oysters: A couple had a little sand, but they tasted fresh and paired so well with the horseradish cocktail sauce. * Charcuterie: We ordered the small board. The berry jam paired SO well with everything, you could tell they put thought into choosing items that complemented each other. * Kids' Grilled Cheese: My 3-year-old ate the entire sandwich! When we got home, he told me it was the best grilled cheese he'd ever had. It also came with some of the best fries we've ever tried--soft inside, crisp outside, and perfectly seasoned with flaky salt. They were even delicious cold! * Spiced Roasted Redfish: Topped with crab meat, flavorful, and served with tender, sweet carrots. By this point, we were slipping into a food coma, so I completely forgot to take a picture! I also stole a bite of my husband's pork chop, and it was juicy as heck. His Brussels sprouts with pecans were delicious, too. And let's talk about the drinks and happy hour! The pricing was such a great deal. I got a whiskey sour and one of the best gimlets I've ever had for $6 each! Roland took wonderful care of us. He took his time making recommendations and even answered my toddler's questions, lol. I truly can't say enough good things about the food and service. The atmosphere was just as lovely: open yet cozy, super clean, and with an outdoor seating area that was perfect for our little one to watch cars go by. They also had someone playing piano! I only caught about a minute, but he sounded wonderful. Next time, I'll have to sit inside so I can enjoy more of it. Casper's reminded me of some of the trendy Nashville spots, but with larger portions and lower prices. This is officially my "must-try" recommendation for locals. What a gem! PS: They even use nice ice for their sodas. Like large cubes so it doesn't water down the drink. They have so many thoughtful little things going on- love this place! PPS: I think a lot of their stuff is house made... Like the cocktail sauce and maybe that jam?

The interior is warm and inviting with a full bar and has live jazz on Friday and Saturday nights. We visited for a weekend lunch and the food was on point and Delicious. The Dinner menu has different dishes than the Lunch menu, so just be aware. They also have a beautiful fenced in back yard and a covered outdoor patio as well. This is a Scratch Kitchen serving Small Plates, Salads, Sandwiches, Entrees and Desserts. They have a full bar serving Cocktails, Wine, Beer and a few Mocktails. They also have cafe drinks like Cappuccino, Latte, Mocha and Hot Tea. I recommend stopping in if you're in the area or if your coming in from Nashville. Its about a 15 to 20 minute drive from Downtown Nashville, depending on traffic. She was so helpful and just the sweetest. A guy approached us trying to converse when we were really just trying to talk to each other (he was harmless), but Bethany still kept an eye on us to make sure we were okay, which made me feel really safe. The decor inside was nice: large leather booths and very interesting art. I loved the beaver Mona Lisa at the back entrance (or at least I think it's a beaver lol). Maybe it was a little empty because of the day/time, but it was nice to be able to have a conversation with my friend without having to scream over a ton of people or loud music. They do have live music on certain days if you like that kind of thing, but Sunday was super chill. There's also a QR code on the tables that leads to a menu for the food truck parked outside. They bring the food right to you, so it's very convenient to have a snack while you're drinking. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I'm glad I no longer have to drive 30 minutes and pay $30 for parking just to have a drink.

The bar does not serve food, but there is always a local food truck outside where you can purchase food. I went on the Grand Opening Night. There was a live band playing covers of Fleetwood Mac. The bar has non alcoholic drinks and non alcoholic beers. There are comfy couch type seats as well as bar high tops. You order at the bar, and the bar has a good mixture of German beers as well as cocktails. Another perk for me was that the youngest age group was millennials.
