Walked in and there were about three tables with customers. There were two employees behind the bar laughing and talking with one another. Each of them looked directly at us and did not acknowledge we were waiting. We waited a few minutes longer and neither of them said, we will be with you in a moment or welcome to Chili's. We walked out and will never be back. Corporate needs to fire the manager and start over with a professional staff!!! They don't even deserve one star they were so bad. We came here on a quiet afternoon, thinking an hour would be plenty of time to get lunch. It wasn't. Despite there only being three occupied tables in the restaurant and at least four employees, service was abysmal. Our drinks, which took 20 minutes to come out, were never refilled. The food took almost an hour to come out, and it was incorrect. We had brought a coupon for a free dessert. The manager, who knew we had to leave within seconds of finally getting our food, decided to offer the dessert without taking our coupon. The coupon that expired in two days. He seemed to think he was being gracious comping us our all ready free dessert. The dessert actually ended up missing half of its components, but by that point, we had no time to correct it. The only good thing I can say about this location is that they have tabletop devices that allow you to see your bill and pay immediately. I shudder to think of how long we would have been there if we had to request the check. There are good Chili's out there, but this is not one of them. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that are more worth your time. read more

What can I say. Upon arrival, I was seated promptly. Seating was the only thing that was prompt. After we were seated, it took 30 minutes for a waitress, or shall I say, I finally caught the attention of the waitress that was at a nearby table. Although she was not the waitress assigned to our table, she took our order anyway. It took another 30 minutes before we were able to receive our order. FINALLY, order came out only for my friend's order to be completely wrong. This is the third time that I have patronized this Chili's yet there has not been any change to how management run this franchise. I am only giving this review a 1 star rating only because our waitress, although overwhelmed, was very friendly. Either the owner of this franchise needs to get new management IMMEDIATLEY or close the doors to this establishment for good! read more

After the horrible treatment at fridays we went across the street to Chilis, we were told the wait would be twenty minutes because they were short staffed. As God is my witness there were only 4 tables with people at them every other table was empty. I asked couldnt you at least seat us and bring us drinks while we wait and I was told no, no no sir, not im sorry just a curt no. The endless chooser paid for we got one order brought to us and never refilled the drinks got refilled twice for us all and the food after we order the kids meals it took them 20 min to come back and say by the way we are out of Mac and cheese for he kids meals why so long. We arrived on this Sunday afternoon around 3pm with about 35 guests and no reservation after reservations at another restaurant fell through. The staff was able to seat us within 10 minutes of our arrival which was great especially since the majority of our party were kids. All of the servers who worked the party were great, and Lacoria, our table's server was friendly and efficient. The food was hot and fresh and the drinks were good. I came here on a weeknight about an hour and a half before closing. The restaurant was not crowded at all. We were seated immediately. The food came promptly. It was quite apparent that the waitress was not too thrilled about working. I ordered grilled salmon, loaded mashed potatoes, and cinnamon apples. I enjoyed my food. The amount of time I lost by trying to eat dinner here tonight in heartbreaking. We were cheerfully greeted and seated promptly. The waitress soon appeared and took the beverage order. Within a few minutes, we placed our entrees. The salads and chips came out in a timely manner; little did we know that was the end of our happiness. The time began to dissipate right before our eyes. Hallucinations developed as I thought I saw tumbleweeds roll by as we sat amongst 4 other patrons on an idle Wednesday night. How long does it take to microwave, steam or reheated already cooked chicken? To make it insulting, the waitresses disappeared. About 35 minutes later a human appeared and gave that scripted message that your food will be up shortly. Add on another 10 minutes and it finally arrived. I went ahead and ordered the cookie dessert and twice after the meal, I got the scripted message that it was ready. I'm thinking, "Well can you go get it!" It finally came. The manager came by to check on the meal and we shared about the long wait time. She was friendly and provided a discount because of the wait. Can you believe I had the nerve to ask for a "to go tea" Let's just say I ended up making tea at home. Went there late after a movie with my BF and some good friends. We went in like 10:30pm and they closed at 11! WE had an OK waitress, typical...a bit of an attitude, but nothing major. My BF and I ordered desserts as our companions ordered an entree and an appetizer. The wait for the food was a bit long, but we considered they had food to actually prepare. Once we got our desserts, they had already been melted! My BF Apple cobbler was so mushy and soft...it was terrible. My brownie and ice cream was also melted :-( Our waitress was good about it and took it back and brought us new ones. Our friends enjoyed their food however. We picked up our friends from the airport after a flight and they wanted to eat before going back to our house. We stopped at this Chili's because it was convenient to where we got off the Interstate and my friend wanted their Veggie Burger. There was chaos in sitting people which was our first hint of trouble. Once we were seated at a table it took @ 20 minutes for a member of the staff to ask if we have been waited on. When we told him no, he took our order and brought out our drinks. Then it was at least 45 minutes before our food arrived. My friend remarked that he had never experienced service this poor in his life. I'm not sure who our server was meant to be. When we got our food, the young lady who brought it out made sure we had everything we needed and refilled our drinks. A few minutes later, she checked on us again to refill our drinks and to see if we needed anything else. My friend's Veggie Burger was a bit burnt but she ate it anyway as she hadn't eaten in a long time. My wife and my other friend got the cheese enchiladas and said they were pretty good. I got the chicken sandwich with bacon and swiss. The food was decent but not great. I was greatly disappointed in the poor service at this location. We were never told why we had to wait such a long time to get our order taken or why our food took so long to bring out. I am thankful for the young lady who took over our table once she brought out the food. She was very pleasant and attentive. When it came time to leave, I paid on the tabletop device but I went back to the Chili's To Go counter to find her and give her the tip. She earned it as she was the only staff member genuinely interested in the quality of our visit. So to recap, just a poor job of seating people when we arrived; not having a server come to our table for 20 minutes to take our order; taking 45 (or more) minutes to bring out our food. That's just not acceptable in the highly competitive dine-in restaurant business. You can walk out of this Chili's and see a Smokey Bones Bar & Firegrill, a TGIFriday's, an Applebee's and an Arizona's. We'll give them a try before returning to this Chili's. read more

Food ended up being good but preparation was a problem. Ordered Buffalo Chicken Salad without Pico. 20 minutes later salads came with Pico. Send back to just remake salad - chicken was fine. Apparently dumped whole thing and started over. Took another 15 minutes. To get 2 salads and 2 waters from walk in to walk out was an hour and 15 minutes. Where do I start, waiting on a server to come take our order over 10 minutes first off service is super slow appetizers came still no water or drinks.... dining area not clean it's not even 7pm on a Monday night crowd is light. Being a resident of Lithonia there is always a reason why I don't eat at the restaurants in the area. My husband and I came to Chili's in Stonecrest didn't make me change my opinion. First we chose to order drinks from the bar. I ordered the blueberry and pineapple margaritas and it tasted horrible. It tasted like rotten fruit. Before I taste it I asked the waitress for sugar around the rim. She proceeded to ask the bartender and she walked away from her and went in the back. My waitress ended up salting the rim. The bartender comes back to the front and say anything. I give the drink back because the drink was horrible. I then ask for a strawberry lemonade and it tasted like strawberry seltzer water, however that tastes but you know what I'm talking about. My husband and I only enjoyed the spinach queso. He ordered a long island iced tea and it wasn't worth the money and it didn't taste like a long island iced tea. I will add Chili's in Stonecrest to my list of restaurants not to go to.. We went there on 5/11/2018 around 6 p.m. A party of 8 the wait would be 40 mins. As we are waiting several guest that were leaving warned us they they don't care about customers. One lady said their food came out cold and 2 in their party got there food after everyone was done. As we waited the seated of party of 11 with only 3 of them there. They started drifting in about 30 to 45 mins after being seated. Then the seated several other people including the party of 9 I think. No problem we waited. After the 40 min wait time passed someone in our party asked the hostess how much longer. This girl had an attitude and was loud talking. We asked why was the party of 11 seated when all of the people wasn't present. She said that "They lied to her and said everyone was there". So fast forward its been 1 1/2 and we are still waiting to be seated. In that time another member of our party talked to the manager Q who said he would come up and see what was going on. He never came. So another member went back to the hostess stand and requested to speak to the manager. She then try to stuff 8 people into a small table and ask my sister in law to have a seat that the manager would come to the table. When she said no I'll wait right here for him to come. 15 to 20 mins later he finally came after being rude to 2 people in our party. They finally moved us to a bigger table and the party of 9 said y'all finally made it. They should feed y'all on the house. We ordered everyone food came but mines. I asked to speak to the manager. He came address one of our party and never came back. I had to request him again but this time told her to tell him to come here or I will go find him myself. He was starting to get nasty with me when I had to finally let him know what he was and was not going to do as far as the way he talked to me. He and the hostess were rude and nasty all night. The manager Q doesn't need to work there if he can't work under pressure. The same party of 9 as they were leaving let us know the what they saw and how we were treated. The manger avoided us all night unless we forced him to come to our table or to address our concerns. I also noticed that if a male was not at the table he was very rude to the women and female staff. This location needs to close for retraining of all staff. Replace the ones that can't be in the face of the public that can not conduct themselves in whatever position they are in. I will not ever give this place another cent. No apologies or nothing. The manager who stated that his name was "Q Carson" stated that it was our servers fault because our food was coming out so late. The manager stated that he would give us a small discount so when the bill came out we asked would we at least be able to get half off he stated no that it was in policy he could only give us 10% so when we asked where in police did it state that and if we could have the number to corporate he said we could find it on the website and then when we asked where on the website he stated it was located on the restaurants computers so when we asked to have a copy he said to look it up. He then added that it was the managers discretion and when asked did he feel we only deserved $4.50 off he stated yes because we were given quality food although (came out an hour later and was burnt$ and stated before y'all leave i need my $37.41 . The entire time Q acted as though we owed him something and was extremely rude. Customer service was horrible and we noticed other patrons walking out. Unfortunately, this restaurant should receive a rating of ZEro. I usually do not take the time to give a rating. This is important when it comes to customer service and food. This is what happens when White Corporate/Franchise do not check on their store on the Other side Black Side. The Staff including Management needs to be thoroughly trained along with the servers and hostess.. sorry there was no hostess to greet us when we arrived. Being with a large group of 40. My minor son 13 years old had a horrible experience he was the very last to received his food everyone in his party of 40 were finished and leaving which was the fault of his server. The quality of his food was not desirable and was nothing to wild anyone could have gone to McDonalds and received better service. The problem got worse when he received the bill for the wrong amount and he was charged. After bringing it to the server with a poor attitude I need not say she was a typical server of the Black Side. Took to the issue to the manager who claim she canceled the charge instead another charged. After looking at my son's spending, I recognized the charged and called to remove the incorrect amount with a receipt in hand. I decided to personally go back the next day to the restaurant to speak with a manager with receipt in hand, they took a copy of the receipt and did not reverse the charges. What's the point of the copy of the receipt if you aren't going to do nothing. I was told another manager will be calling me back. Never heard from the manager, so I called back, and the manager did not right away identify themselves as a manager when I was actually speaking to a Manager. She never looked into the incident, then ask me for the credit card number which you have a copy of the receipt you can use that to research. With theft of credit card information, especially in the restaurant industry why would I allow you to write down my credit card information when it's not being protected. With modern technology you should be able to use the codes from your system with a copy my receipt. Long story...double charged and money stolen by Chili's in the City of Stonecrest. Hope this information was helpful to those who really want Quality Food and better experience in Customer Service. Always remember you get what you pay for. How, just how, Why was one Arnold Palmer ordered, but 4 delivered? smh and then later on found out that my mom was charged 2.59 for a glass of water. [Lawd] We get the food, and I kid you not, something was wrong with E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G! Everything! I send back my daughters chicken fingers because they were still cold to touch on the inside and the batter was wet. The waitress comes back with the manager, and he tells me that I ordered a certain kind of fingers, that's why they were like that [lol exactly what I was thinking] so I tell him that they were cold in the inside and the batter was still wet, he turns and says oh she didn't tell me that.
