All the silverware were crusty and had food on them. I asked if we could get new ones and the lady said, yea but I can't promise they'll be any better". They also gave us the wrong persons appetizer but then we got ours. The bathrooms smelled good and were clean, everything was clean and perfect other than that. read more

I haven't been to this Chili's in years. Like most Chili's, they've now got the touch-screen Ziosk things at the tables which allow you to close and split your tab at the table or pay $0.99 to play games. Some people love these things but I find them to be a huge distraction, flashing in your face while you eat...someone with epilepsy could risk seizures from these things. As well, I'm not comfortable with that supposedly non-functional camera above the screen pointing at me the entire time nor am I comfortable with swiping my credit card through a Wifi device. I've found the Ziosks to cause servers to pay less attention to their guests. In a nutshell, I hate these things and wish they weren't here or in any restaurant. I could get behind a constitutional amendment banning the Ziosk. Write your congressman. Seriously, though, I had the server take it away from the table and she happily obliged. And what's the deal with everyone in the restaurant wearing secret-service style earpieces and microphones? Talk about creepy! That's it for the bad though. We were promptly seated by the host in a rather comfy booth. Our server was really good! Drinks were promptly refilled and she accommodated our every request. As far as Chili's go, this one is much improved over the last time I went here years ago. There are plenty of televisions around and the food is standard Chili's fare, consistent with most other Chili's restaurants. This place was awful when it opened in the late 1990's and I avoided it for years. I'm glad I went back. The facility was clean and in-order. With the new BW3 next door, I'd imagine this place took quite a hit, as traffic was light for a Saturday night. This town amazes me at how they'll abandon every other restaurant in town the second a new one opens. It's almost comical, but such is the nature of bovine Lake Jackson. What goes around comes around. All in all, Chili's is a worthy option for a chain restaurant in Lake Jackson. The people around here LOVE their chain restaurants and this one is up to par. read more

The food is good, for a chain restaurant, I love the Avocado Ranch dressing, but if you are on your lunch (or dinner) hour, don't go - you will surely be late back to work. It generally takes forever to have your order taken, and then get your food. I often would get the soup and salad lunch, which you would think would be a quick lunch. Think again. The servers are always nice, I don't know what the hold up is. I will say this for them, they will accommodate special needs, as I was on an all liquid diet once and they blended up the enchilada soup for me so I could eat it. Another restaurant I called refused, they tried to tell me they had no way to do that... really? A restaurant with no food processor? Don't think so. As a result Chili's has my loyalty, I just don't go when I am in a hurry! read more

This doesn't even deserve a rating. We ordered a ($12!) Appetizer sampler, and there was barely anything on the tray. The server was extremely rude when we asked for it to be taken off, and completely dissapeared from serving us and another server took her place. When the (original) server came back eventually, she was not nice and very disrespectful towards us. We waited an hour to get our food before they told us one of the items is no longer on the menu..(it wasn't even our waitress who told us!!) The (original) waitress practically threw our food towards us without being considerate. honestly this has ruined my chances to go to Chilis ever again in Lake Jackson. read more

My co-workers and i meet here a lot. The hostesses and servers are friendly, the food is good, and the service is quick.

I eat here often because the quality of the food is great for the price point. Staff is usually friendly, sometimes they could be a little more attentive. But I really just enjoy the food here. I almost want to take away a star for Chili's switching their rewards program to pair up with Plenti. But I don't want to punish one location because of the whole. It bothers me because I eat there often enough that I used to get a free appetizer frequently. But since they switched to Plenti, I magically have never earned any rewards despite my frequent visits. read more

Good food, nice attentive waiters. My 9 years olds favorite place to eat. Good for groups or even if you all by your lonesome, lol. Good happy hour drinks as well! read more

Visited this Chili's location 3~4 years ago. Had a nice dinner with colleague. We all had a severe stomachache that night and stayed up in restroom all night. Never went back to any Chili's since. Yes it happened few years ago, but I never forgot it. read more

Always consistent, the 2 for $20 deal is a great value. Service is always good here. I am not always happy at corporate for taking some things off of menu. They had a blackened catfish that was once on menu that was really good. They took the Caribbean Pita off as well. They once had fried catfish as well. The fried chicken strips are always good though. read more

The classic choice in lake Jackson. Been here more than any other restaurant in LJ

Luv the new menu changes! We've eaten in and tonight we got Chili's to go. Great food and great service both times. Glad to have another favorite place in Lake Jackson. read more

The worst food and service in Lake Jackson. There was also some stuff in one of my drinks and I'm pretty sure they were skimping on the alcohol. The waite staff constantly disappear for long periods of time. Salad was wilted and had a very strange taste to it. Never had a problem with the taste at any other chillis. Really I am just not impressed with anything on the menu. Have eaten at this one 4 times, don't know why. I regret it very time. I will not be going back. read more

Haven't been there in several months, and decided to go this week. Lunch time, it was pretty busy but not slammed. Something has changed. The house salad used to be a nice, large salad. Now it's a few pieces of lettuce in a small bowl with a slice of cucumber, a slice of red onion and 3 croutons. Their blue cheese dressing used to be really good, now it's got the slimy texture and lack of taste of a low-fat version. I tried the carnitas. Mistake. First off the serving size was laughable. A 6" cast iron skillet (cold) with 3 slices of each bell pepper and onion and maybe 3oz of dried out shredded pork with some blob of white cheese sauce(I hope!) on top. It was cold and very wet but the meat was way overcooked and dried out. It came with 3 small flour tortillas (the tortillas were the only good thing about this meal!) I "upgraded" and ended up with 1 tablespoon each of sour cream, pico de galo and cheese. No guacamole, and I am serious about 1 tablespoon of each. I am not sure if there's new management, or if it was a bad day, or if they just don't care anymore. read more

Was an enjoyable lunch until I found a hair in my food!!! But they rectified the problem and did not charge me for my meal!

Had a good time in spite of all the rain. Sat on the patio and Sean was our waiter. He did a great job and kept everything coming in spite of a few minutes of power outage. Thanks! read more

Emilyn Jordan is the best server in the house! Food options are great and friendly staff!

Mediocre at best, great margaritas food is a little bland for my liking. I had a great waitress but I feel that the food could have been better. read more

They don't cook their food. They send it to the microwave. Their steaks are lack luster. Their drinks are ok. They are phasing out their cooks for microwaves. I have not eaten their in years. read more
