The whole dining room is closed with one dimwit as a waitress. Took orders from 3 other tables that ate an left before delivering a cold burnt burger. Decided to give them a try again and got there before they opened at 11. We waited out front and someone decide to open the door at 11:09. We walked in and someone sweeping the floor said that they would be there in a minute. After several minutes, we finally sat down and ordered drinks. Five minutes later we get our teas and ordered chips and queso, and my wife and I both ordered salads. Another ten minutes go by and we get the chips and queso. WOW, did they drop the chips on the floor because there were no whole chips, just pieces and crumbs. So they took it back and brought some better chips. Well 30 minutes go by and the waitress said that they were short staffed, that's why it took so long to get two salads. Nothing to really cook,30 minutes just to prepare salads. So we were there for an hour and a half to eat lunch. I guess the word is out on there service because there were only 2 other couples in there the whole time we were there. 4/23/2023 arrived at the restaurant around 5:00 pm. Requested an alcoholic beverage and was told their bartender just left and they could not serve me alcohol. Asked a different server and they informed me that the manager was working and could serve alcohol. But that the manager was in a mood and did not want to serve it to me. Informed the server that I only wanted a beer and they brought it to me. Encountered the manager near the bathrooms and received a nasty glare and continued about my business. Will not be eating here again. Slow service, management is having their servers lie to customers because they do not want to make drinks and overall just a bad experience. Smoking Hot Chilli Peppers! So my hubby and I decided to grab a quick late night meal. We didn't want to travel far so we decide to grab a bite at Chili's near our home. To my surprise the food was all freshly prepared and delivered to our table Smoking Hot unlike my past experiences. For starters we had the Classic Nachos with Chicken. They were delicious. Each nacho chip is individually prepared with chicken, sauce, cheese and topped with jalapeño pepper. Our entree selection included the Honey Chipotle Crispers with double-loaded mashed potatoes. Although the Chicken Crispers are frozen they are made from chicken breast tenderloin and not processed meat. The honey-chipotle sauce is so delicious. I wanted to bottle it up and take it with me. . The loaded mashed potatoes where delicious as well. The mashed potatoes had tiny chunks of potatoe pieces and fragments of potato skins topped with shredded cheddar cheese and green onion and of course butter. Everything is better with butter. She attended to us right away, got our order and then I noticed they were waiting on about 8-10 other people in the section around the bar. Well the quality of service starts going down when I see other sections with far less people getting their service spot on. I can see her efficiency but stick to one thing. We waited 15 min...(I was checking my watch because the last time we were there, it took forever too), and we finally stood up to leave. The manager came over as we were leaving to tell us someone would be over shortly. We told her we had been there for 15 min and we were leaving. She apologized and we left. We ordered the crispy cheddar bites appetizer which was good, but the ancho-Chile ranch dipping sauce that came with it was even better. I got the Cajun chicken pasta for my meal. It tasted fine, but it could have used a little more seasoning. It wasn't hot when it came out, but it wasn't cold either so I ate it without notifying the waitress. The service was decent. Me and my husband decided to give Chili's a second try. We were seated promptly and there were few dinners in the restaurant. It took 10 mins before our waitress took our drink order, then another 10 mins to take our food order. We waited 40 minutes for our food. People who were there after us received their food first. Our waitress said they were backed up in the kitchen. She refilled our drinks only to get them wrong. When our food came out my husband's was perfect but my brisket was dry as a bone and my chicken tenders were rubbery, the only thing warm on my plate was the fries. We ended up leaving and going to McDonalds for me something to eat...needless to say McDonald's was better than Chili's and that's sad!! read more

Even after reading some negative reviews we decided to give it a try because we have been to other chilis and enjoyed it. However, it started off with our waiter taking our order, but not writing any of it down. That would have been fine if our order would have been correct but that wasn't the case. One meal was fajitas and it came with multiple sides I requested not to include. The other meal was ribs and it was suppose to get the Mac n cheese instead of French fries but when brought out it had French firs and no Mac n cheese. When we asked for the Mac n cheese we were told they would get it but never came. The avocado and cilantro were both brown, the tomatoes looked mealy and there was some watery substance pouring out of the tacos. I ate one--I was really hungry. It was the saltiest mess I have ever eaten. And the tortillas were so stale. And the brown vegetables? They tasted brown. And super salty. Don't eat here- just don't. But, if you are in the area- please have a drink at the bar, because-- again-- the bartender was very professional and the alcohol was just fine. read more
