15 minutes until a bartender appeared. Service is The worst ever. Employees playing and laughing in the kitchen while we wait at the bar for service. I'll never go back. Worst Chilis ever. read more

I'm surprised this location is even open. I have attempted to give it a try so many time as I do love Chilis but this location has never lived up to any standard. Tonight we walked in with a very few tables filled and was told it was going to be an hour wait and the hostess explained to us that he was not allowed to seat anyone until told. He was very pleasant and seemed as if he was the only one actually working. Not a single server or even bar tender on the floor. read more

Ordered a sirloin with asparagus and mushrooms through DoorDash. Order my steak, medium-rare, received it well done. Everything was absolutely slathered in butter. Ruined it. Does not make it better just because there's butter. Also, no utensils for it Togo order, so that needs to be said. read more

In these divided times, the El Presidente Marg is something we can all get behind. The service was on point. The food was tasty and classic. I couldn't wait to get my Southwest Egg Roll on. Hands down best Chilis in the Greater New Orleans areas, neigh the state. read more

As a former Chilihead, y'all are sleeping on this Chili's! The team went above and beyond in service. The drinks were crisp (the bartender literally came to the table shaking the Presidente). The food was fresh. And the team was lovely. We live in the French Quarter and will now always drive the 40 minutes to this gem of a Chili's. read more

The staff is so rude! Are they even trying to get tips? It's ridiculous. Food not cooked, short staffed, staff outside smoking weed, just shut it down. Restaurant was dirty and they would wipe a table down and leave food on the floor. A true shit show. read more

Hey everyone Chili's is now open come dine in or take out your favorite meal. Don't be afraid to come all our servers are nice and friendly.

I was curious after eating hear how the garnered a 1 1/2 star review and then realized the worst you can give is a single star. The laws of averages are right on this train wreck. The whole dining room is closed with one dimwit as a waitress. Took orders from 3 other tables that ate an left before delivering a cold burnt burger. The fries where hot so I guess they figured that out after the burger was sacrificed on the grill. Please read the reviews before your intelligence is insulted with this being even listed as a restaurant. read more

Decided to give them a try again and got there before they opened at 11. We waited out front and someone decide to open the door at 11:09. We walked in and someone sweeping the floor said that they would be there in a minute. After several minutes, we finally sat down and ordered drinks. Five minutes later we get our teas and ordered chips and queso, and my wife and I both ordered salads. Another ten minutes go by and we get the chips and queso. WOW, did they drop the chips on the floor because there were no whole chips, just pieces and crumbs. So they took it back and brought some better chips. Well 30 minutes go by and the waitress said that they were short staffed, that's why it took so long to get two salads. Nothing to really cook,30 minutes just to prepare salads. So we were there for an hour and a half to eat lunch. I guess the word is out on there service because there were only 2 other couples in there the whole time we were there. We will NEVER go back. read more

4/23/2023 arrived at the restaurant around 5:00 pm. Requested an alcoholic beverage and was told their bartender just left and they could not serve me alcohol. Asked a different server and they informed me that the manager was working and could serve alcohol. But that the manager was in a mood and did not want to serve it to me. Informed the server that I only wanted a beer and they brought it to me. Encountered the manager near the bathrooms and received a nasty glare and continued about my business. Will not be eating here again. Slow service, management is having their servers lie to customers because they do not want to make drinks and overall just a bad experience. The food was delicious but that was the only positive thing to note. read more

This is honestly the worst chilis ever. People only eat it because it's literally 1 of only 3 restaurants for miles. I've never had a good experience here, my order has only been right once. I've even ordered a chicken fajita here once and they didn't give me the chicken... I can't make that up. read more

Smoking Hot Chilli Peppers! So my hubby and I decided to grab a quick late night meal. We didn't want to travel far so we decide to grab a bite at Chili's near our home. To my surprise the food was all freshly prepared and delivered to our table Smoking Hot unlike my past experiences. For starters we had the Classic Nachos with Chicken. They were delicious. Each nacho chip is individually prepared with chicken, sauce, cheese and topped with jalapeño pepper. Our entree selection included the Honey Chipotle Crispers with double-loaded mashed potatoes. Although the Chicken Crispers are frozen they are made from chicken breast tenderloin and not processed meat. The honey-chipotle sauce is so delicious. I wanted to bottle it up and take it with me. . The loaded mashed potatoes where delicious as well. The mashed potatoes had tiny chunks of potatoe pieces and fragments of potato skins topped with shredded cheddar cheese and green onion and of course butter. Everything is better with butter. This was a Smoking Hot Chilli Pepper experience. Literally! read more

The place was light and airy. We were greeted by Brooke who also was our wait-angel! She attended to us right away, got our order and then I noticed they were waiting on about 8-10 other people in the section around the bar. Well the quality of service starts going down when I see other sections with far less people getting their service spot on. I can see her efficiency but stick to one thing. Either bartending and servicing people at the bar only and let the other wait-angels have the tables around the bar. Food was good and everyone enjoyed the food. read more

We tried this restaurant again today and the result was the same. We were sat immediately, but no waiter ever came to see us, and we only saw one waitress check on one table the entire time we were there. We waited 15 min...(I was checking my watch because the last time we were there, it took forever too), and we finally stood up to leave. The manager came over as we were leaving to tell us someone would be over shortly. We told her we had been there for 15 min and we were leaving. She apologized and we left. The restaurant was only half full, and two groups were waiting to be seated. Amazing how this location is still in business. I can't believe patrons would put up with this lack of service. read more

My friend and I were both in LaPlace for the first time, and we decided to go to a chain restaurant we were both familiar with for dinner. We ordered the crispy cheddar bites appetizer which was good, but the ancho-Chile ranch dipping sauce that came with it was even better. I got the Cajun chicken pasta for my meal. It tasted fine, but it could have used a little more seasoning. It wasn't hot when it came out, but it wasn't cold either so I ate it without notifying the waitress. The service was decent. It wasn't the best Chili's I've ever eaten at, but my experience wasn't as bad as some previous reviews. read more

If it were possible to give this place a negative it would negative 1000 stars. Lack luster service! Waited to be seated in an semi empty restaurant. Ordered the food and wait an hour to get served. Constant mishaps with the order which never got correct properly nor any apologies for them. Refills on drinks were never offered and straws were never delivered, we had to get them ourselves. I thought I ate at some bad places before but this tops it all with no second places to it. read more

For starters would deff recommend, me and my man loved everything we got, he got the Alex's burger and loved it, I got the everything fajitas and it did not disappoint & the chips and salsa and cheese dip also soooo gooood! Still poorly maintained and slow service. Passing through the area, I figured I would give this place one more try. I shouldn't have done that. I had pretty much the same experience as last time. Extremely slow service and hit or miss food quality. This time, the chicken tenders were quite good, it just took me almost an hour to get them during a slow period at the restaurant. Sitting in the bar section, it took our server 20 minutes before we got our drinks. I eat at Chili's when on the road, but this has to be the worst Chili's. read more

Even after reading some negative reviews we decided to give it a try because we have been to other chilis and enjoyed it. However, it started off with our waiter taking our order, but not writing any of it down. That would have been fine if our order would have been correct but that wasn't the case. One meal was fajitas and it came with multiple sides I requested not to include. The other meal was ribs and it was suppose to get the Mac n cheese instead of French fries but when brought out it had French firs and no Mac n cheese. When we asked for the Mac n cheese we were told they would get it but never came. Once we were done with the meal the waiter decided to finally tell us that they were actually out of the mac n cheese. The waiter also spilled the fries all over me read more

We come here quite often but for some reasons, there hasn't been any staffs around every time we are here. Just look at the photos that I just uploaded, when we walked in, no staff was anywhere to be found. However, we do like the food. Their menu is getting better and better in variety. read more

Me and my husband decided to give Chili's a second try. We were seated promptly and there were few dinners in the restaurant. It took 10 mins before our waitress took our drink order, then another 10 mins to take our food order. We waited 40 minutes for our food. People who were there after us received their food first. Our waitress said they were backed up in the kitchen. She refilled our drinks only to get them wrong. When our food came out my husband's was perfect but my brisket was dry as a bone and my chicken tenders were rubbery, the only thing warm on my plate was the fries. We ended up leaving and going to McDonalds for me something to eat...needless to say McDonald's was better than Chili's and that's sad!! read more

The 2 stars are for the bartender who was fabulous. If I could give her a review separate from the food, I would. She was very attentive, funny, and took my meal off of the bill even though I didn't ask her to. She deserves 5 stars. The food however. . . I ordered the prime rib tacos which are usually pretty good at other locations. Im not naive enough to think that Chili's "prime rib" is of great quality, but- again- it's usually pretty good. I knew "pretty good" was out the window when the (again, wonderful) bartender put the plate in front of me. The avocado and cilantro were both brown, the tomatoes looked mealy and there was some watery substance pouring out of the tacos. I ate one--I was really hungry. It was the saltiest mess I have ever eaten. And the tortillas were so stale. And the brown vegetables? They tasted brown. And super salty. Don't eat here- just don't. But, if you are in the area- please have a drink at the bar, because-- again-- the bartender was very professional and the alcohol was just fine. read more

Not sure why we even gave this place another try today. Every time we come it's the same routine. No hostess around to seat us, 10 minutes for anyone to come to our table (this time we were smart and left at 10 minutes), appetizers that never come, and a waitress who we have to hunt down for any little thing - even the check. Last time when we stuck it out and finished the meal, we maybe saw our waitress one time. read more
