    Bone-in Buffalo Wings

My husband and I visited this Chili's location for the first time recently, and overall we had a pretty good experience. I had not been to Chili's in quite a while, so it was a nice change of flavor. Even though the restaurant was fairly busy when we arrived, we were seated right away at a two person booth. The restaurant looked clean, and our waiter was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. I had been craving Chili's mainly because I wanted to finally try their sauced mozzarella sticks, so we ordered the three piece Nashville Hot Mozzarella Sticks as our appetizer. They looked great when they arrived, and while they were pretty good, they did not quite live up to my expectations. The outside was a bit dry, and they did not have much spice to them at all. Honestly, they tasted more like the oil they were cooked in than saucy. I am glad I tried them, but next time I would stick with the classic mozzarella sticks instead. For dinner, I ordered Alex's Santa Fe Burger. The burger was flavorful but very messy, and I felt the spicy Santa Fe sauce was a bit overpowering. The jalapenos, cilantro, and guacamole worked really well together and provided great balance, so if I ordered this again, I would probably skip the sauce and just stick to the other ingredients. My husband ordered the traditional bone-in chicken wings, all tossed in buffalo sauce, and he really enjoyed them. They were cooked well and he enjoyed the sauce. To finish the meal, we shared a slice of the Reese's Peanut Butter Pie. We do not often order dessert, but this one was absolutely worth it. It was rich, indulgent, and packed with peanut butter and chocolate flavor, making it the perfect way to end the meal. Overall, we had a positive experience at this Chili's location and would return when we are in the mood for classic Chili's food.

Had an enjoyable family meal at Chili's while visiting Chicago. They no longer have the value-packed 2-for-20 meal on their menu, but was still able to get good value from their 3 for Me specials. Chili's is one of those restaurants that we've visited many times and tend to keep only the great memories from it...maybe overblowing its consistency and value. We had a free Monday night for dine-in dinner after the kids finished their work, so we drove to this nearby Chili's in Schaumburg. It wasn't too crowded and we got seated right away in a booth. Rosie was our excellent server, and came with waters and our free chips and salsa's soon after. I was determined to get value for my portion of the meal, so focused on value portion of the menu. Oldtimer with Cheese ($10.99), with french fries, a coke-zero, and cup of baked potato soup. It was solid, with the baked potato soup being good as always, and the burger being big and filling. The skin-on fries were good, crispy on the outside. 6 Oz Classic Sirloin ($16.99), with side of mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli, drink, and cup of baked potato soup. My wife remarked how good the broccoli was (large pieces, steamed just enough to produce the al dente bite). The steak itself wasn't great, a small grisly piece, but still edible. The large scoop of mashed potato was very thick and tasted just like the baked potato soup, just a lot thicker. Fajita Trio for Two ($40) - daughter and son-in-law split this, and it turned out to be a bit disappointing for them. The shrimp was smaller, the beef was skirt steak, served medium. I got one taco from it, and it tasted good to me, but wasn't as good as I remember, with the pepper and onions providing a bit of texture contrast. The accompanying accoutrements (cheese, pico, sour cream) was tiny, though I'm pretty sure they would have given more if asked. Guac doesn't come with it anymore (unless added for extra) The monthly marg special was a lemon drop ($6) and we got two of those. It was very well made, and was generous with the tequila. There was enough food for all of us so no room for dessert (easy to add a cheesecake slice or mini lava cake for $3.99 to the 3ForMe to complete a 3 course meal) My son-in-law paid via the tableside kiosk, and because we didn't use any specials, the total was correct the first time. Rosie was nice enough to pack a big bag of tortilla chips, which we continued to munch on that night from our hotel.

Chili's is always guaranteed good food. We come to this location a few times a year and have never had issues with service or quality of food. The interior has been the same since they opened but it's fine.

This place is desperately in need of an update. Booths are broken, and the place just seems dirty and run down. The service is ok and they are doing their best. The tortilla chips are always good. The tortilla soup is also really good. It has a lot of chicken and a little kick. We came for the 3 for me deal. Tha tis a great deal as long as you don't get a beer.

Frustrating experience to say the least. Front desk did well timing the wait time to get seated with our party of ten for a Saturday evening dinner. We got seated in a timely manner and the server took a little while to greet us. We got our drink orders placed and the server proceeded to give us to-go plastic utensils at our table which was odd. We noticed all the tables around us who were seated before and after us were given regular utensils. We also finally placed our food orders and asked to have the bottomless chips and salsa. The server told us they completely ran out of chips for the entire night. We found it again odd since it was 7:30pm on a Saturday night for dinner to have ran out of chips. While we were waiting for our food, we saw two tables of four who were sat after our table recieve chips and salsa. We had asked our server if there were chips available again, and she told us no. When we told her that we saw the tables next to us get chips and salsa, she then asked her manager. Another server came to our table to tell us chips will be at our table within 5-10 minutes. Chips and salsa came after we all were more than halfway done with our food. I ordered the 10 oz sirloin off the guiltless menu and both the steak and asparagus were extremely overpeppered. I had to use the plastic utensils to cut my sirloin. The server also forgot to refill our drinks and was reminded multiple times. Poor service and quality of food, would not recommend.

Ordered ToGo. I'm upset with my food from this location. I ordered a burger called Just Bacon. They gave me 2 slices of bacon. How do you have a burger called just bacon and add 2 little pieces of bacon. They need to change the name. Should've called it just lettuce because there was a lot of that. I've ordered this burger before but at the Sutton rd location and there was definitely more bacon. Food was also cold

I want my baby back, baby back, baby back. I want my ... Chili's, just like the jingle, is a classic American casual food restaurant that has been around since I can remember. Speaking of remembering, I still remember the very first Chili's experience. It was the Chili's at Village Crossing and I had the chicken quesadilla. This time around, I had the spicy shrimp tacos. Three come in an order along with rice and beans. The shrimp tacos came in a flour tortilla, and came with some coleslaw, that was not too goopy, queso , which I opted out of, and a nice slice of avocado. The shrimp, although it was described as spicy, was not at all. Overall, very delicious. The rice that came with it was about a cup's worth and the beans was in a bowl of its own. Price was decent at around $12. Service was good and the overall experience was fantastic. They have table kiosks where you can pay for your meal, where you can split the check even. If you're looking for some decent American food, check out Chili's.

The deal is half off apps, but if you enjoy an adult beverage, the house-brewed drafts are also half off. M-Th 3-6pm, dine-in only. At least that's what it is right now. I feel like it changes, so maybe call beforehand to confirm. I only got pics of the nachos this time, which really doesn't do it full justice because they're bigger than they look in the photo. Food is always good and consistent, there's nothing really to complain about regarding service or prices, and parking has always been really easy, though that could be because we typically go on Tuesdays. I imagine weekends could be a little bit busier, but the place is pretty big, so even if you have to wait, I don't think that you'd be waiting that long. The vibe is also casual and low-key.

I had been here with my daughter about 12 years ago and remembered enjoying it then. We all had burgers and craft beer. My friends went with the Mad Max (burger of the month) and I went with a peppercorn and blue cheese burger. It was thumbs up for all of us on the burgers as well as the beer, which was unique and delicious. I took no pictures that day and just enjoyed the outing with friends, but I was especially impressed with the taste of my burger. I abstained from adding any of my usual condiments, and decided to try it as is, with just their sauce. Best decision ever! The sauce was amazing and the burger was cooked a perfect medium. Like many restaurants, Luck Monk offers their regular menu, plus flyers on their specials, including beers and cocktails. Four days later, I went right back there again on my own, to formally review it with photos. I had to go with that same peppercorn burger, because it was just so good, and to make sure the first time was a fluke. It wasn't. I tried out their chili as well, which was also good. This chef knows what he is doing. This stand alone restaurant is easy to get to, and has ample parking. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful and looks high end, though I found the pricing to be reasonable. It would be a great spot to take clients for a business lunch. It's elegant looking , but unpretentious. The hostess and servers are wonderful. I highly recommend the Lucky Monk!

This was a spur-of-the-moment choice but ended up being very fun for drinks and dinner!…read more I LOVE tiki bars and my husband noticed this one in the area near where we happened to be on Google maps, so off we went! We had about a 15 minute wait for a table but it gave us time to peruse the menu in the car. They offer many classic tiki cocktails, a page full of seasonal drinks, a page of "Designated Driver" mocktails (nice to have an option for something other than just a Shirley Temple!), Polynesian appetizers and entrees, and then Lola's Pizza. For drinks, I got the seasonal Gingerbread Painkiller and my husband got a Green Flash mocktail. (Pro tip on the seasonal drinks: check the regular cocktail menu to see how many skull and crossbones are listed under the regular version of your drink, if applicable, to see if it's a super strong one!) Mine was creamy and spicy but quite powerful. Props to our waitress, Makayla, who checked if anyone at the table was epileptic, because normally the "flash" part of my husband's drink is a strobing LED ice cube; I actually am photosensitive, so it came in the drink in non-strobe mode and just glowed an alien green. She said this was the first time it had actually paid off to ask, but I'm glad she did! The food was tasty: I ordered rumaki, an old-school appetizer of bacon-wrapped water chestnuts that you don't see very often these days, and he got loaded fries. We also got a small Lola's Pizza, which was very good, with a crisp but also chewy crust. The atmosphere here is pure tiki, with a fountain, swag lamps, bamboo, and Hawaiian-influenced Christmas music playing for the season. Lots of big groups here; everyone seemed to be having as good a time as we were! What a laid-back gem in Arlington Heights! We'll be back. Mahalo!
