This location is located in a plaza area with many other shops, restaurants and business'. However, it is not difficult to find and parking is accessible to many spots. The restaurant itself seemed pretty subpar. It was a typical chilis so it's what you expect when it comes to ambiance and the overall upkeep of it. I had my go-to triple dipper and I will say, I wasn't too impressed. The new Nashville Hot Mozzarella sticks sound and look a lot better than they taste. I was so excited to try them and could barely get past 3 bites of it (I really tried my hardest to like it). The regular Moz Sticks weren't as fresh as I would have liked them to be. I feel like Moz Sticks should and need to be served fresh or else the overall taste isn't the best. The reason why I'm giving them three stars instead of 2 is because of the service and the Honey Sriracha Chicken Crisper really hit the spot! It really made up for the fact that my Moz Sticks weren't my favorite batch. Next time, I would just order the Chicken Crispers with some fries or veggies and you will 100% be satisfied Overall, not the best- yet not the worst.

This pic really does not do this plate justice. I had a 6 ounce sirloin. also wonderful Mexican corn and hot french fries

Looking at the current reviews, I know this place has been off for a little while now but today we went down with the Sunday afternoon crowd and chilies was packed out with people waiting inside and outside for a seat. Yet we had a young man named Ash, I highly recommend you asking for this young man. He was very accommodating smiling every time he went to get us something Our food was brought out promptly and was very hot one of the best experiences I've had at Chili's and sometime, they have definitely turned the corner and are doing things right. As I said, the service was excellent even though the place was packed and they do not have a lot of waitresses or waiters but still we had quality service Highly recommend given this place a second chance if it's been a while.

Updating my 3 stars review to a 4.5 stars a year later. They finally got them some much needed help, thank goodness. All the young ladies up there are polite, but my waitress (who's on her 2nd day off training) was super welcoming & attentive. Not just to me either, cus I witnessed a toddler cheerfully saying goodbye to her across the restaurant before he & his family left. The food was good & the Marg of the month was strong. I needed all of the above since I've had a hard week. There's always plenty of parking too. Now if they could add a lil smell good in the ladies room...otherwise, the restrooms are tidy & clean. Chili's is movin on up, Enjoy!

I don't know why this particular branch gets a bad rap. It's not the Cordon Bleu. It's Chili's. And it's infinitely better than the Chili's on the other side of Dallas. They have a system that seems to work. A server takes the order. A runner brings the food. At lunchtime the place was crowded. The server was busy and unruffled. "You're here by yourself?" I asked. It was she, the runner and the bartender ..... and every customer appeared to be taken care of. The "Three for Me" which includes a drink, a salad and an entree starts at $10.99. Since we're margarita people, we upped the beverage for $2.49 and had a nice and fruity drink. Not a bad lunch. But if you like your burger rare, you're out of luck. Management mandates medium or well. (I guess they don't want to be sued for E coli.) Restaurant choices are limited in Hiram GA. Mostly chains, with a few independents. While I wouldn't go out of my way for a chain restaurant -- though I AM a fan of Carrabba's -- if I'm in the area and in the mood for something basic, I'd easily return.

Brisket burger sub fries for broccoli. :) Taste great.

Between my wife and I, we had the catfish, pork chops, green beans, mac & cheese, fried squash, purple hull peas, and cornbread. Everything was hot, fresh, and tasted great! And the entree portions were huge! I was considering getting the all you can eat catfish, but after I ate the 2 fillets they brought me, I was done. Done, I tell you! The cornbread was cooked on griddle and was fantastic. Likewise, the other sides were tasty as well. The pork chops were HUGE! Easily something that could be shared. Honestly, if I was forced to come up with any complaint at all, it's that maybe, MAYBE, the pork chops were a touch on the salty side. Do yourself a favor...stop in!!

While the slaw was not very good, the fish was crunchy and filling. A decent portion, too. On all our visits, they've burned the cornbread. That must be their norm. The table okra and the greens went down well. No one at the table enjoyed the corn/cob claiming a boring, bland, stale taste that even butter and salt couldn't save. The server was full of piss and vinegar. It wasn't just us, the next table over commented the same. This is probably a good place to avoid when busy. I guess I expected a better experience and feel a bit jaded with this place. At least we gave it a few attempts. 10/24

Now, let's grant that their A/C broke this afternoon, which likely couldn't be helped, leaving the crowded place toasty & the scrambling staff sweaty. Bless them. They were big on apologies though still didn't always follow through in a super timely way seeming to get distracted at times. Also, didn't see the nice, chatty owner from before so also leads me to think new owners. Possibly the new owner or manager did helpfully bring us big cups of ice to replenish our teas without being asked, so we appreciated that. Now to the food. Wife got a gyro (+ fries for $3 more). Food took 24 minutes to arrive. The fries were only warm & looked like they'd been sitting a while. The gyro was ok but nothing to write home about. It did have some large chunks of meat. I'd had a gyro elsewhere recently so got the Greek meatballs for some reason - I forget the name. I'm almost always disappointed in meatballs so that's on me. These were "ok." The yellow rice was fine. The special tomato sauce comes in a little metal cup. I used it for dipping & it was fine but not exactly a smothering sauce. This is in a strip shopping center so ambiance is limited out the gate & the A/C issue didn't help. The temp inside finally improved a bit at end but the atmosphere was pretty unpleasant. It's a 25-minute drive for us to get here anyway & given the experience, I couldn't see us returning. There was a good crowd though & I wish them well.

IHOP WAS AMAZING LAST NIGHT! We last minute decided to drive around and see if anything wasn't too crowded. When we drove by IHOP we noticed it wasn't crowded at all so we stopped in. Our server was Kamaya (sp?) she has such a calm demeanor and she was so patient with us and our two kids and was very attentive and kind. I ordered the bacon avocado eggs Benedict with a side of breakfast potatoes and ya'll it was the best eggs Benedict EVER!!! I was truly not expecting that. The breakfast potatoes were perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and so tasty!! The waffles had a lovely lightly crispy outside but the inside was SO fluffy! Fried chicken was ideal! I was blown away that this came from an IHOP. We also interacted and spoke with another server named Paula who was so genuinely kind. We chatted briefly and she complimented my family and was just such a joy! The chef was Jamel (or Jameel? I couldn't hear very well what he said ) and we had to pay our compliments because the food was outstanding. We cannot wait to go back!!! Thank you all for such a wonderful dining experience I also need to mention the restaurant was very clean and all the booths I noticed were in great condition.

Today, I decided to go with my wife and mother to have pancakes at my favorite franchise. We waited for about 10 minutes. There were three young white servers and one Black server, but nobody said a word to us. I finally asked if someone was going to take care of us or what was going on. One young lady said, "Let me see," but she never came back to help us--even though her workstation was right behind our table. It's understandable when a restaurant is busy or short-staffed, but in this case, there were four employees walking around and only two other tables occupied. To make matters worse, a new table arrived--a white couple--and after only five minutes, the Black server was attending to them. Was it a coincidence, or is it because we are Hispanic that nobody wanted to serve us? Is the Hispanic community not welcome at IHOP? If that's the case, they should put up a sign saying so. Does the Hispanic community not have money? Do we not matter? Does this behavior truly represent the IHOP franchise?
