Guess what? This is going to sound like a scene from a movie. Can you believe that in 2026, racism still continues? Today, I decided to go with my wife and mother to have pancakes at my favorite franchise. We waited for about 10 minutes. There were three young white servers and one Black server, but nobody said a word to us. I finally asked if someone was going to take care of us or what was going on. One young lady said, "Let me see," but she never came back to help us--even though her workstation was right behind our table. It's understandable when a restaurant is busy or short-staffed, but in this case, there were four employees walking around and only two other tables occupied. To make matters worse, a new table arrived--a white couple--and after only five minutes, the Black server was attending to them. Was it a coincidence, or is it because we are Hispanic that nobody wanted to serve us? Is the Hispanic community not welcome at IHOP? If that's the case, they should put up a sign saying so. Does the Hispanic community not have money? Do we not matter? Does this behavior truly represent the IHOP franchise? read more

Do not waste your time. After waiting 20 minutes to be seen by a server, we had to ask for someone to come to us and take our drink orders. Our server Rylin was not very attentive, the food came out after a very long time, and pancakes were burnt. There was also something black in my eggs that did not look edible. While sitting at that table for over an hour, we heard at least two other tables complaining to their servers. The manager was even arguing back with a customer. They did right by us. I brought a large group. I notified them a week ahead of time. Though they don't take reservations, they had a heads up we were coming. When we got there, they seated us and took great care of us. The servers were friendly. The food was delicious. They got our orders right (no small feat, given that there were 24 of us) and treated us well. Their soda fountain was down, so we couldn't get any soft drinks, which was a bummer. There was definitely a feeling of hurriedness and being rushed for the staff; they seemed like they had too much to do with too few hands. Unfortunately, this seems pretty normal, and they were always kind and courteous to us. I just felt bad for them. Good place. Really enjoyed it and would (and probably will) visit again. read more

Me and my daughters decided to eat breakfast here this morning since the youngest prefers pancakes over waffles. Our server Phillip was so nice and accommodating. Our table was a little sticky so he cleaned and dried off our table before taking our order. I ordered the chicken fajita omelette. My oldest ordered the chocolate chocolate pancakes with eggs. And my youngest ordered the kids pancakes with bacon. Everything came out fresh and on time. The omelette was good and cooked just right. The presentation looked just as it was described on the menu. I left this review on google but wanted to copy it here as well because this place deserves more credit here on Yelp. It is clear they are working hard to provide the best service. IHOP WAS AMAZING LAST NIGHT! We last minute decided to drive around and see if anything wasn't too crowded. When we drove by IHOP we noticed it wasn't crowded at all so we stopped in. Our server was Kamaya (sp?) she has such a calm demeanor and she was so patient with us and our two kids and was very attentive and kind. I ordered the bacon avocado eggs Benedict with a side of breakfast potatoes and ya'll it was the best eggs Benedict EVER!!! I was truly not expecting that. The breakfast potatoes were perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and so tasty!! The waffles had a lovely lightly crispy outside but the inside was SO fluffy! Fried chicken was ideal! I was blown away that this came from an IHOP. We also interacted and spoke with another server named Paula who was so genuinely kind. We chatted briefly and she complimented my family and was just such a joy! The chef was Jamel (or Jameel? I couldn't hear very well what he said ) and we had to pay our compliments because the food was outstanding. We cannot wait to go back!!! The food was good, but my server Paula G has horrible , she completely ignored me after my order, only came to the table to give me my check. But she helped all her other customers just fine. I asked for blueberry pancakes to replace the original ones and she didn't even tell me there was an up charge. I had to ask another server named Laurie to help me with everything. I recently attended a meeting here. Terrible. Dirty. Smelled bad. Chairs falling apart. My food was ok. But one of the staff serving out table was carrying by numerous plates, some of them pressing upon his dirty shirt. Yuck. HORRIBLE!!!!! Firstly, the restaurant was a MESS! So dirty and totally unkept. The waiters were using old dirty wash rags to clean the tables. There were so many times I would see them wipe a table down and not even spray. Thank God I had my daughters diaper bag so I had plenty of wipes to wipe down the table, chairs and the baby high chair. The food was a DISASTER! I thought at least the pancakes would be good but nope! The blueberry pancakes were way too sweet and I didn't even put syrup on them. My buttermilk pancakes were overcooked and so hard. The eggs completely tasteless, I had to add loads of hot sauce and picante sauce to give them some flavor. Once a month our group meets at this location. This past Monday, we were seated at 10am. The waiter came and took our drink order. Soon after he took our food orders. There were nine of us that day but sometimes there have been as many as 14. We waited and waited. Drinks were refilled twice in this time but no food. We observed other guests come in after us who received their food, ate and left but now, shortly after 11am we still have no food. One of my friends asked the waiter, where is our food? He says it's in the window. Thirteen minutes later, we still have no food!!! Another friend asked to see a manager as the rest of got up and walked out. The manager gave an excuse that they only had 2 cooks that day. This is not the first time we have gotten this kind of service and I also know of another group who no longer comes to this restaurant because of the poor service. If the food was spectacular, I would have given this place 5 stars. The food was average/mediocre. I've had better tasting food at other IHOP locations. Let's start at the beginning. The hostess, and our waitess were both very friendly, so no problems on that end. The restaurant itself was extremely cold, and that was somewhat unpleasant for me. I ordered a build your own breakfast with buttermilk pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns. My husband ordered the same except his pancakes were stacked higher, and his were topped with raspberries. Although my pancakes tasted ok, they were not as fresh as I would have liked for them to be. They almost tasted like they were warmed in a microwave. Everything else was just ok. I didn't get that party in my mouth that I would expect from IHOP. I haven't been to an IHOP in over 6 years but wow they have changed a lot and for the better. This location wasn't overly crowded and our waitress was really courteous and prompt with drinks/food. I had the garden omelette and it was huge! It was very appetizing. I couldn't finish it all since I got so full but after looking at the new menu they have, definitely gonna be coming back to try more things.
