My husband and I usually get the 2 for $22. The service is generally very efficient and our 6 oz sirloins are cooked as ordered. Chili's never seems to disappoint me!!! The customer service has always been wonderful, the food, the atmosphere, etc. It's highly recommended that you try to go around Happy Hour which begins at 4pm if I'm not mistaken. I was able to order an appetizer for just 4$ now you can't beat that with a bat. read more

They have happy hour all day on Sundays so my husband and I come here 3 times a month for our little date night. We usually sit at the bar to watch whatever game is on. The menu is not overwhelming and the food is always good. Because I'm gluten intolerant, I don't have to worry about not enough gluten free options. The servers are wonderful and always friendly and on top of refills and whatever else we need. So far no complaints from us. read more

Was incredibly disappointed in our trip to Chili's. The atmosphere was good and our waitress was great. However our table was sticky when we sat down and the food was subpar. We ordered the triple dipper appetizer with fried pickles, southwest egg rolls, and buffalo boneless wings. The fried pickles were burnt badly, to the point where it it was mostly breading and the pickle was like a crispy flavorless chip in the center. The southwest rolls didn't have any flavor at all. And the buffalo boneless wings, while the best of the three, were too chewy/fatty when you bit into them. The chicken crisp entree had chicken that was mostly breading with very little chicken that had been over cooked in the middle. The corn was over cooked as well to the point of being inedible. We do not plan on returning to chili's. read more

Great place to take a team of hungry baseball players. Called ahead late on a Friday night and they said they would be happy to take us. We had fantastic service from Julia (and her helpers), with a smile and she knew how to separate our checks !!! Not many place can split checks efficiently. Our food came out hot and fresh. Not a long wait!! All orders were correct. Chips and salsa were refilled and drinks refilled quickly. Lots of choices and a great 3 for $10 menu (drink, app & meal all for $10). I've been to many of the Chili's in the Baltimore region (Timonium, White Marsh,etc), and I have to say this is my favorite. The service is typically a bit better at this one. Plus, on a big note for me, the salsa is so much better at the Eldersburg Chili's. While it seems at most of the Chili's, the salsa is runny and watery, the Eldersburg Chili's always has nice solid, chunky salsa. It just makes for a better chips and salsa experience. I know that isn't a big deal for everyone, but because of the better salsa and better service, I drive out of my way (I live closer to the Timonium one) to go to the one in Eldersburg. Recently updated the restaurant and the menu. Both great, as it was getting a little stale here, being one of the few places like this in town. Went there for a late lunch taking someone out for their birthday. The hostess greeted us and sat us promptly, she was very polite and professional. Our waiter was at our table also promptly, taking our drink orders and then throughout our time was attentive but not invasive. The food was outstanding, I had the guacamole burger....the fries were tasty and everything was delivered hot/fresh tasting. Afterwards he brought a complimentary ice cream for the birthday lady even though the fact that it was her birthday was only mentioned casually. Let me start by saying we go eat here with our kids about once a month. The kids like the game boxes and we like that it keeps them almost quiet. We have never had a bad experience here until tonight. To start we walk in at about 8:30 and wait up front to be seated. The restaurant was about 1/3 full. We waited about 3-4 minutes for the hostess, all the whole servers were walking by and saying nothing. That should have been a sign, but we were hungry. We got seated in Shelby's section. Place our order. Before our food came out my 6 year old needed to use the bathroom. I was waiting by the sinks while she was in a stall. Our waitress came in and went to the handicap stall. She was in there for about one minute, walked out of the stall, and walked out the door. She DID NOT WASH HER HANDS. Let me say that again. The waitress for our table didn't wash her hands. When we walked back to our table our food came out. Three of us got ribs. All three were lukewarm at best. I wanted to ask for them to be heated up but it took about ten minutes for her to come check on us so instead I asked for boxes. My daughter is 6. She wanted a mini chocolate molten cake with ice cream. The waitress brought it out and said all of the spoons were being washed and gave her a fork. Now my 6 year old has ice cream and chocolate all over her shirt and shorts. Who gives a fork to a child eating ice cream and chocolate? To sum it up, took a while to be acknowledged at the hostess stand, waitress did not wash her hands, food was not hot, and desert served with a freaking fork. Will we go back? Probably, because our town has very limited options. But I think it will be a long while before we do. We will try someplace else for a while. This was just overall a bad experience I don't want to be repeated. And in case I wasn't clear, our waitress didn't wash her hands when she left the bathroom. ETA- I really should have said something about the hand washing situation, but my husband said "We have all had bad days". And we have. But even on a bad day I wash my hands. Now I feel dumb for saying nothing, but it's too late now. It's not only food servers that need to wash their hands, That's a human being I don't want E-Coli kind of thing. Still come here more often than we should because the kids like the food. And I like the Triple Dipper because I can customize what I want. But the service here continues to be awful, as it has been for years. The latest idea is to have a "team" of two servers. But based on my last 3 visits, that's code for "the service is still miserable, but now we can point fingers and blame someone else for ignoring you." I have been to the Chili's in Eldersburg many times with no complaints. Today my husband and I went in and asked for a booth and the hostess told us there were no booths available only the bar tables that sit up high. There were many booths open but she said that there wasn't a server for that section. My husband had a bad knee with a brace and could not sit in the high chairs comfortably. She just stared at us with a blank look, not willing to accommodate so we said ok, we will just eat elsewhere and she still was not going to accommodate us. So I guess Chili's only wishes to accommodate the employees and not the actual people who come in there to buy their food and drink and pay for the employees to have a job. So since they had half a restaurant open with no people in it and they were not willing to accommodate us we will no longer be dining at Chili's. read more

The first time I went to chili's I did not enjoy myself. My visit included slow, sloppy service, and the food was sub par. HOWEVER!! It was a few years ago and shortly after they underwent a change. The restaurant was remodeled, and I swear that the staff was completely replaced, cooks and servers. The ambiance is now very enjoyable and the food was delicious. Set there for 10min then the hostess came to take our drink order the waiters were busy. I got my water my husband still waited for his. Still know one took our order then another family set behind us ,and The waitress came right over to them .I was steaming mad.I got up to complain and then I seen the waiter was at our table. First visit here. Service was TERRIBLE. We had 10 people, some had drinks, some were still waiting. Apps came out pretty quick and were okay- we had 4 different kinds but nothing was fantastic. Just went here tonight. Been here multiple times and all have been very good. This time, however, disgusting! We went around 4pm so I don't know if they were between shifts. The first table we were sat at was right across from the trash can right outside of the opening to the kitchen. There was trash all over the floor and under the table. It was as if it wasn't even cleaned after the previous table left. Given that the restaurant wasn't even half full I'm surprised we were sat there. We asked to be moved to another table. While it was a bit better, the floor under the table was still dirty with scraps of food (loose fries and napkins). Upon glancing around, most of the floor was dirty everywhere else. I might have been a little loud with my complaints to my husband. I don't know but a woman did come out and start sweeping up a bit. We should have just left. Our appetizer was good. We got the cheese fries and they were some of the best we've had from there. Piping hot and fresh. Our meals, however, were subpar. My Cajun chicken pasta was WAY over spiced and lukewarm at best. The spice was caked on and definitely way more than I've ever seen on it. It was difficult to eat. My husband had a steak. His medium rare came out rare but warm so he decided to stick with it. By the middle, it was purple inside and clearly less than rare. I wanted him to send it back but he did not. His broccoli was straight mush and obviously overcooked. The baby enjoyed that though. She ate most of it. His fries were hot and fresh. I can only assume his steak was overcooked the first time which is why my food was left to get cold and a new steak was quickly cooked which left it half raw in places. Sad. If you're just going here for fries, you'll be fine. Other than that, maybe try a different day then Sunday and go at a prime time and not 4pm. Regardless, we are taking a major break from here. The 2 stars are for the cheese fries. They were delicious! read more

The service is always great, I drink a lot of iced tea when I eat out and my glass was never empty before another was brought to the table. I got the ribs and my wife got the mini burgers. Their dry-rubbed ribs were absolutely fabulous. The meat fell off the bone, they were served hot and fast. Not all Chili's are worth the effort, but this place is well worth the trip. read more

Absolutely livid! I received a coupon from Chili's on my phone that offered a 50% off coupon on a choice of entrees. When I ordered the rib platter from my phone I specified that I had a 50% off coupon. I was told that it should be fine and if there was any problem with the coupon something could be worked out once I showed the coupon. I drove 10 miles from my home only to be told by the manager that it was a eat in only coupon and there was nothing he could do about it. WHAT!! The coupon never specified that it was a eat in only coupon so I feel that I should have been accomodated in some way. Not a happy camper and contacting corporate tomorrow to file a complaint. I cannot stand this chillis, they fail on so many levels. Many moons ago when in school I used to bar tend at a chillis so I know they can be better and that corporate expects more than they certainly give. Let me start by saying that this chillis has the monopoly in eldersburg, it is the only big chain restaurant with a semi decent atmosphere you can take the kids too, hence why it is always packed, especially on the weekend. If another comparable chain were to open, they will probably suffer as it is truly the worst. I'm reviewing carry out too, which we have done often having 3 little kids. I live just a short distance away and have done for 7 years, so I am not writing this review from one bad visit. I have been many times, and it has slowly gotten worse over the years, especially in the last 3 or 4. It's convenience and my kids loving it is the only reason I have gone back even after many screw ups. On several occasions we have sworn we will never order from there again and once did not for almost a whole year at one point, but then thought lets get carry out, maybe they have there act together. WRONG. If I remember rightly that order, had red string in the burger, missing food/condiments from a specialty burger and a kids chicken strip meal that consisted of 3 pieces about the size of a ping pong ball, mostly consisting of batter. Also when ordering a burger I don't know why they bother asking you how you would like it cooked as it never comes the way you want, it's kind of a luck of the draw thing. Basically this is how it goes when we eat there, cold food, wrong food, missing food, the slowest service on record (we've waited 30 minutes to get drinks, so that tells you how long food took, this particular night a women couple of tables down actually resorted to throwing napkins across the room she was so pissed) crappy looking lettuce, random non edible items in food. Some of these situations not so bad if you are eating in but on carry out it's a real PIA. I have called and complained before and they have offered coupons to come back, which in past I have declined the offer as I had no intentions of going back. I always see people complaining when i'm in there, they must comp so much food. One time I called to complain about the shrimp missing from carry out order, they told me they would give me shrimp next time I was in there, REALLY!! Unfortunately I live close to here and will probably go again at some point over the years, but my husband flat out refuses to spend another dime in there. Truly the only good thing to come out of that chilli's are the drinks. So enter at your own risk, you may get lucky that day, but trust me if you go again you won't get lucky twice. read more

I went to eat at your location in Eldersburg, MD. (1312 Londontown Blvd, Eldersburg, MD 21784) on 6/12/19 about 6pm with my son. It is our normal Wednesday routine and after visiting this location previously, with a great experience, I assumed it was a good choice... I was mistaken! The server gave preferential treatment to friends of her that were seated next to me 15 minutes after I had sat down. They received 2 mixed drinks from the bar within minutes of ordering them while my single glass of wine took 10-15mins. I ordered the chicken and quesadilla salad and my son got the mini burgers, mind you I had placed my entire order (including wine) with the server upon her greeting us. Not only did her friends (whom she hugged ad conversed with upon arrival) get their drinks ahead of me, she with no hesitation got them every request within moments of asking... IE an additional salted glass for their remaining margarita, additional sauces for their appetizer and there large burger. All of which came out well before my food, which was incorrect and cold. The manager handled the situation poorly as well. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location. read more

Elders burg has a limited number of choices when it comes to restaurants. I have had dinner at this Chili's a number of times and find the menu to be boring and the service spotty. They depend far too much on sauces. My recent dinner of fajitas came slathered in some form of cheesy sauce that the menu failed to describe. IMHO, fajitas should arrive clean so I can embellish them the way that I want. read more
