The wait was not too bad but we opt to sit in the bar area. Our waitress was very attentive at the beginning and accommodating to gma. We had ordered drinks at the bar while waiting... then we were sat and this is one of the biggest bar areas for a Chilis, I have been in. They played the 1st SF Giants and Dodgers game on most every TV in the bar. We ordered our food, shrimp fajitas, boneless wings and a burger with sliced avocado. I would say 9 out of 10 times I ask for "extra ranch" I never get it... so I half expect it (happened this time 10/8/21) but also the burger didn't come with avocado. Knowing they were busy, we just waited to be checked on... after a good 5-8 minutes of not seeing our server in sight, I checked the computer to see if there was a "call waiter " button... then got up and asked the host to track down our waitress. I forget what the upcharge is for avocado, but once she arrived at our table and we informed her about avocado she came back with 3 little slices. My wings were very saucy and cooked perfectly. GMA loved her shrimp fajitas and was able to take the rest as left overs. Not sure if i would.come back to this location by myself. I mean I love the Chilis franchise but it seemed like service was a bit all over the place. The bathroom was completely empty of supplies... it is amazing that as busy as they were that should be a consistent check... GMA informed the server and the next visit had toilet paper stocked. It is just unacceptable to let it get that bad... especially in a bigger busy Chilis location.

I felt God in this Chilis! I've only had bad service one time but it was a busy night. Everyone in the Valley loves this place! The staff is always super friendly and hard working. The food is consistently satisfying! I'll definitely be back!

I had a good experience at this Chili's. I went to get one drink and dinner. I ordered the chicken and steak fajitas with chips and salsa. The drink I ordered was the montly margarita for $5 and was way bigger than I expected. The chicken was very tender and the steal was good. Next time I'll probably just get the steak. I would return to this location.

We enjoy Chili's, and this was no exception. Jocelyn, our server, took excellent care of us, and delivered our dishes exactly as requested, which were special, unique personalized variations of the standard menu. And, she did this without writing it down! She certainly is destined for greater things! Our food was delicious, and presented beautifully (see photos). This location is a tribute to the chain.

I sat in the bar area, service was good food was mediocre. I really don't expect alot when i go to Chilies so i won't go overboard on the disappointment.

This place was open spaces when my friend and I came in. We enjoyed the happy hour and chips. We ordered guac and salsa. The place did get crowded when we were half way done. The bar has wall to wall monitors so I'd say it was a good place to watch a game and would if it was the Superbowl.

Today, I encountered chicken wings so offensively bad, so disrespectfully dry, so dramatically flavorless... that I'm convinced they were created out of pure hatred. Dry? These wings weren't dry -- they were ASHES with bones. I picked one up and swear it whispered, "please... let me go." Flavor? Nonexistent. Absent. Missing in action. Flavor filed a restraining order against these wings. Tasteless? Bro... these wings tasted like a broken promise. Like someone shouted "SEASONING!" across the room and nobody heard. And the price??? They charged me like these wings were raised on a private ranch, massaged daily, and read bedtime stories in three languages. But what I got tasted like they were cooked by someone who was actively beefing with chickens. I didn't just eat bad wings... I survived a culinary tragedy. A dramatic novela-level betrayal. I'm still waiting for the background music to kick in and someone to scream, "¡NOOOO, MARIO, NOOOOOO!" If these wings were a movie, they'd be rated F for "FAILURE." El Centro, be warned: Not all heroes wear capes... and not all wings deserve to exist. I understand this place never cared about customer service, but not serving horrible food like this . It's like they were old Wings from yesterday and got thrown into the fryer again today. Hey man, I work hard for my money and when we can we eat somewhere in town, but this was totally out of control as far as laziness and disregard for serving even a decent product

I intended to travel the entire 2,600-mile length of the Pacific Crest Trail, but my adventure unceremoniously ended in El Centro under a tree about 60 miles east of my starting point. The paramedics told me that hiking is not for everyone. After a desperate two weeks of hiking with little food and water through BLM land tracks, old service roads, and desert washes, as best I can recall, I finally set up camp in El Centro under a farmer's tree near his washing line. Soon after the farmer called the police about my campfire, the authorities and my ex-wife found me in a state of delerium hosting a tea party under a large avocado tree wearing the farmer's wife's plus size nightgown while serving "cups of chai tea" to a sizable pile of rotten avocados and a rusty shovel that I thought was "Jan" from those Toyota commercials. My first real meal after being found by the authorities and my ex-wife was at D'Poly Taco Grill and Beer. D'Poly was the perfect welcome back to civilization as it has a spectacular menu full of delicious Mexican cuisine like street tacos, flautas, sopes and empanadas. The Lineman burrito is my absolute favorite. And they have a wonderful breakfast menu! It's fast casual dining, but it has a sort of classic and moody vibe that gives off a more upscale feel. Love it! A wonderful place to break free of your delusions. My ex-wife tried to tell me that hiking is not for everyone. Thankfully, the paramedics found my emergency contact list and phoned my ex-wife who showed up and broke me out of my stupor by making me drop my emotional support avocado, taking me by the shoulders and shaking me vigorously while yelling "it's over, it's over!" Ironically, that was the same way she told me we were getting divorced. I'm not a quitter, so it takes a while for me to give up. I've since tried many items on the D'Poly menu and everything is exceptional, though I do avoid adding avocado. It's just too soon. Thank you D'Poly Taco Grill and Beer! Five stars.

The place wasn't busy and was seated in the outside patio that turned out to be infested with several mosquito gangs that were relentless and annoying. The waitress came by quickly and took my drink order and gave me a bit of time to decide on my order. The menu has an insurmountable amount of items that even Chef Ramsey would have cried over. I decided on the mom omelette and a side of pumpkin spice pancakes. As I waited for my order I did enjoy the coffee that was the highlight of the meal. My order arrived and they looked like there was enough food on my plates to feed the entire valley. As I started my meal adventure it became apparent to me that I had chosen the wrong pill and would have to live in this nightmare for the next 20 or 30 minutes. I basically had to pick away at the only salvageable part of the meal which was the egg. Even the has browns were soggy and tasteless. The veggie interior was overwhelming and off putting! But there was one last hope in my side order of pumpkin pancakes. They were the size of the salton sea and tasted about as salty as the salton sea. They were uncooked and the pumpkin was no where to be found. After a couple of attempts trying to find a cooked piece I had to do a Linda Blair and spit out the hellish pieces onto my plate. It became apparently obvious to me that the Broken Yolk is about as broken as Humpty Dumpty and this place cannot be put back together! Disappointment is the only thing on this menu that is done right at this place! Do yourself a favor and just drive to Yuma or San Diego next time you wake up hungry. Or simply go next door to Dunkin Donuts.
