Food and service are good! But DONT PLAY WITH THE GAME TABLET AT THE TABLE, there are no signs at all about it; seems free (since it is the same device that you use to pay at the end) but if you play it adds a $3 dollars charge! This is so misleading; I don't mind paying for entertainment but it should have a sign saying that is an extra and paid service! read more

The service was fantastic and quite happy to serve us. Food was prompt and warm. Also quite delicious! My only problem is I leave Friday and can't come back! But if you are looking for a nice friendly place fir linch, dinner or just a place to unwind this is it! read more

Our family stopped for a late dinner here. The place was packed, and perhaps that's why it wasn't good. Our daughter's meal was incorrect. Our meals came with very few fries. Drinks were never refilled. The correct meal was brought out for our daughter when brought to the server's attention. The taste/quality of the food was okay. We've had better at other chilis, though. We will not be returning to this location. read more

Tepid soup and dried out, cold boneless wings. Margarita too sweet. Bartender nice but they're clearly phoning it in at 10:30PM. They're also out of half the beers and bone in wings. read more

On my way to DFW and dropped into Chilis. Combination of Collins Street being closed not dining here in years, nostalgia for the CFS and not wanting the standard roadside fare of burgers and tacos. Note CFS is only only the menu for participating restaurants. Stepping greeted by the hostess and eye the bar, it's full and all the booths in the surrounding lounge are occupied or need to be bussed. I turn to her say I guess I'll take seat and gesture toward the separate dining area, for some reason she keeps telling me I can go into bar. Had to state that "I will dine in and you can take me to a table" Her reply "Oh, I can do that". In retaliation, I'm sure she seats me next to a large party celebrating a kids birthday and amongst other families of young children. Server was nice and got me water and such promptly, however I went to use the bathroom and my table was bussed. Water and table settings removed in the 3-5 minutes I was gone. Surprisingly steak cooked properly but the cut was so bad it didn't matter much. Little salty, the theme. Steak came with grilled shrimp that were over seasoned along with sides of broccoli ( not bad) and loaded mashed (bland and terrible) Wine list has Beringer as feature so there. read more

I'll give a 5 Everything was great. Friendly hostesses, waiters, and order of a table of 14 were all correct.

Literally some of the worst food I've had at a restaurant. Chips were greasy and salsa tasted like vinegar. Chicken strips were brown and tasted like old grease. Fajitas were burnt and borderline inedible and it took an hour to get our food. Only positive was our waitress, Jess, she did a good job with what she had to work with. She's the only reason we did not get up and leave mid meal. read more

Worst Chilis I've ever been to. Usually they are very consistent T around the country. Our waitress was trying hard but Some food items were cold and we had to order drinks three times to get them. Food quality was poor when it arrived read more

I have no idea if the food is good or not. I placed an order online for delivery, it never came, chili said they couldn't do anything about it I had to call door dash. . Door dash told me to call Chilis. Don't select delivery!! read more

False wait on a Friday night with minimum of 15 tables open. Sat us at a table in the bar that had a 6 inch gapping hole. The table was filthy. The host then attempted to wipe it down with a dry paper towel. The manager was sitting outside on her phone, not manning her floor. Then lied and said she didn't work there. Corporate needs to shut this down and start over. Garbage. Never again. read more

Refused to be seated because of the color of my skin. Tried to disguise the racism by lying and saying there's "30 people ahead of me." I asked where were these people since everyone at the restaurant was clearly seated. Busted. Anyways walked out, I don't want to be here. Party behind me got seated right away. Sad. read more

Wow is all I can say about this chilis. I do not recommend coming to this location. We came with a party of 6 to celebrate a birthday and are now leaving after paying for food that was inedible, just to go to mcdonalds to feed everyone. The appetizers that came AFTER we got our food were so old and cold that after being sent back twice, we just had to give up. The manager did nothing to remedy any of it even after seeing the food. I can't even believe food can be sent out that way from such an established restaurant. The guacamole that came with the fajitas was brown. The fajitas were old and inedible. The queso was completely burnt.. TWICE!! The triple dipper looked like it had sat out for hours (which was the entree for the birthday boy), and was completely inedible. The cheese fries that came after our food had jalapeños that were so old, the manager even said that shouldn't have come out that way. The margarita chicken was cold in the middle and again, was completely inedible. Out of 6 dinners, 3 were eaten. Out of 3 appetizers, only 1 was eaten. And again, the manager did not even care to listen. He simply walked off while I was talking and said he would take the appetizers off the bill. Fellow yelpers, I always tend to give a restaurant a chance for a couple bad reviews because sometimes it's just a bad experience, but this is not just a bad experience, this restaurant needs a serious health inspection and NOW!!! read more

This Chili's is one of my favorite places to eat. The food comes fast, the orders arE always right, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are great. I especially enjoy the smokehouse combo and the Cajun pasta. I highly recommend this restaurant for a quick, tasty, cheap meal. read more

I have come to expect mediocre to awful experiences from Chili's but this stop (made on a road trip heading back to Houston) was surprisingly great. It was a tough place to get a seat on a Friday or Saturday night BEFORE the Applebee's opened next door. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed for amount of business they were getting. Since then, however, seating is easier and the quality of the staff has improved. I have met all the managers (some are gone now), with the various experiences (good & not so good). I think they are back up to the quality that I expect from Chili's. Good food and Good prices. You can't go wrong with the 2 for $20. And the molten deserts are AWESOME! Tim read more

The wait list time lies. We picked this location for a group of 6 as the wait time said 15 minutes. Added name to online wait list. Got there and was told, sorry times on wait list are wrong. You are 3rd on list and will be 45 minutes. We stayed in our car as due to COVID no seating inside. After 1 hour I went in and asked about our table. It took another 15 minutes, so total wait time 1 hour 15 minutes. The table they put us at was vacant the entire time as we could see it through the window. There were ppl all around us, so no practicing social distancing while eating. We kept having different wait staff, so no real waiter. Had to get the manger to refill our drinks. Food was okay traditional Chili's food. read more

Threat of salmonella poisoning, food poisoning etc. As someone who was hired on to this location...I warn you. As I sat down for my interview... There were ants crawling all over the tabl, which the mananger crushed with her fingers, then asked if I'd like a drink. As a server..I witnessed someone take a DIRTY plate from the dish pit and give it to a cook, then SERVE SOMEONE FOOD ON A DIRTY PLATE. I got 4 meals to go while visiting from out of town. In addition to the meals we ordered some wine and beer to go. The Manager was helping me directly due to a couple of substitutions necessary.
