I have been to lots of restaurants in my years. On this particular night, it was kind of crowded and we sat in a nice booth against the wall in the bar area. Dodgers were in the playoffs against the phillies. So you can imagine the crowd. I don't want to go on too long about the story.But the waitress was so nice. But it was like she was our best friend.And she had no reason to be like that.It was busy and crowded, and we just both said to each other.How nice she was and how good she made us feel. She suggested a deal that they had on their menu that turned out to be great, we both loved our meal. Both of our meals came with baked potato Soup that she had recommended and I tell you it was delicious. I'm sorry. I don't remember the lady's name, but it sounded like Mary Kay, and she was a tall happy black lady with a beautiful smile and super super friendly. Now​, enough about the service... the food that we had. I think we paid eleven dollars each for our meals. Which is pretty much unheard of these days. And it was delicious. Never been to chilis before and came here in a party of 7 on cinco de mayo for margs duh! First of all every single girl working here is gorgeous, the drinks were very good and did the job, and the food was shocking super delicious! Love the Asian style sauce they have for the chicken tenders! Everyone was so nice and our server Danielle was amazing as well! Came into Chili's and greeted quickly. Decided to sit at bar where Amy also greeted and offered a selection of pwrsonal choices for drinks. I always appreciate a variety of channels on display. The music is never over-whelming here at Chili's. I ordered my steak Medium Rare and came out perfect. Amy would occasionally check on me, but no complaints here due to the great meal I was served. The food was delicious but the service was treating us like hurry up and get out. We barely placed our order for our dinner. And everything came out at once. Our one appetizer was delivered before our drinks. Then our entree was delivered within 5 minutes. And then my the second appetizer was delivered after the entrees were delivered. So you barely had time to enjoy your meal and you had all this food sitting in front of you. Refills were few and far in between. Thanks for rushing us out, but the food was great. read more

My family and I have been going to this chilis for about 16 years and it started to decline in 2020. The food got worse but the service is still pretty good. The ambience has improved. So these cooks don't know how to make a ribeye or any type of grilled meats. The meat quality is very bad. The baby back ribs are also mediocre. Even sides are just okay. Sorry to say this place was pretty good for a long time till it started to decline. I hope they make a change to improve. Not looking for any gift cards or anything like that just needs better cooks and managers since they probably order the food for the restaurant. read more

Imagine ordering a burger and biting into it and it's just straight up a raw patty... Raw enough to make you sick. Whoever was cooking shouldn't have been because this was gross. Been coming to this Chilis location for the past year and it's been interesting experience. Some days we get good service and good tasting food. However today our dine in bar experience was under par. Bad service. Took while before any server came to give us menus. Other customers that came after us already ordered and got their food while we were still waiting to order. That's not cool. Food was good. We got the loaded baked potato soup and chicken enchilada soup. Both were served hot but it was too salty to my taste. Our chicken pasta dish was good and my bacon burger was juicy. Closing out our bill took a long time as well because there was no server to come and give us to go boxes and check us out. Again bad service. Bathroom was OK. Highly recommend this store to do frequent cleaning and restocking of bathroom supplies and soap. Overall 2 stars for this chilis location. read more

Came here for dinner had a 45 minute wait which is completely fine. We sat in our car in the parking lot the entire wait and got the table ready text at 7:21pm. We walked in at 7:27 and were told our table was already given away and they had a 5 minute wait period for checking in. No where on the text nor did the hostess ever mention the 5 minute wait. When I asked how long the wait would be for a table she said we would have to wait ANOTHER 45 minutes. She could have easily apologized for not communicating to us and said we could have the next available table. We were not unreasonably late we missed the 5 minute window by 1 minute due to lack of communication on their end and they did nothing to fix their mistake. read more

Went in on a Monday for lunch, I ordered a cocktail called Tito's punch. Oh my!! Delicious! Sour sweet not too strong. I also ordered a trio appetizer. Their new mozzarella sticks are massive. The chicken strips as well. Everything was really fresh out the grease, HOT. Deep fried pickles yum!!! Not too salty! Our server was pleasant. Went tonight to celebrate my best friend visiting from Australia, and it was SUPER busy, understandably so as it was Saturday. We were able to snag a table in the bar, and had the pleasure of having Lucas as our waiter. He was AMAZING. So sweet, so helpful, extremely attentive, and actually took the time to talk and have conversation with us, even though I know they were swamped. The food is always good at Chili's or I've never been disappointed. I usually order a steak but this time I just got soup because I wasn't feeling good last night. When you put your phone number in and you come every 30 days they give you free chips and salsa. If you've not have their chips, they are amazing! Today I got the joy of meeting Abby. She was behind the counter at the bar and took my order. Abby gave me amazing service and pretty much brought my whole day up Definitely plan on coming back to give her a better tip next time! Customer service great, but the food was not! They were so packed when I went, the wait was an hour. Lots of people walked out, while still a lot of people stayed and waited. A lot of the waiting, was due to the bar area, since happy hour is only available in the bar area. They must have been short staffed, because there were about 10 tables not being seated with guests. They were only seating so many guests and using a certain amount of tables. In the bar area. After that long wait of waiting to be seated, I was disappointed with my food. I had a doctor's appointment nearby in Corona, and decided to take my wife to lunch after the doctors appointment. We went to Chili's to try their $10.99 burger combo as advertised. Our Server was Mike he was great, brought was our drinks and we ordered. Instead of chips we got a salad which was good, the burgers arrived and I really like burgers but this one wasn't as good as I hoped but ate with the fries. Mike our served came by with drink refills and cleared our plates. We left and about an hour later on our drive home my stomach started cramping, and 15 minutes later my wife said her stomach was hurting as well. Me and my family went to chilis in corona today and I got chicken strips, 5 of them and I very disappointed how such a popular restaurant could make such horrible chicken tenders, they were way to salty and had a horrible aftertaste that lasted 20 minutes, there was also mac and cheese on the side, by far worst mac and cheese I've ever tasted the service from the lady was excellent, if only the food was the same way though. The inside of the restaurant is nice and clean to, I wouldn't recommend this spot to anyone who is coming with good expectations of the food. read more
