I haven't visited this restaurant in quite a few years. A friend suggested we go and I certainly had no objection. Chili's is exactly what you would expect from a competent chain restaurant. They've got a very wide menu with options, ranging from the most conventional to more than a little bit adventurous. On the day we visited, there was almost no one there, so service was more than adequate. The room was clean and pleasant. I tend to favor more independent options when I am looking to dine out, but I certainly had a pleasant experience here.

3 Veteran friends and I dined in on Veteran's Day. The wait was a half hour. Amber was our cordial server. I ordered Chicken Crispers and fries. My friends ordered burgers or Quesadillas. It is a little busy and noisy at 1:30, but that means people are having fun. Amber efficiently took care of our party of 4 and we all throughly enjoyed what we ordered. It was a nice dining experience with Amber's service and the great food. I trust we will be back.

We went about 45 minutes to close. We don't normally do this but they were happy to have us & they Treated us well the entire time. Everyone's food was hot & good. We would definitely go back to this location.

Went for the triple dipper and it was amazing. Chilis is one place I never saw myself going to very often but the service was great and so was the food!

Good value, very good burgers, attentive and timely service. A big quantity of food and drink for "3 for Me" special for the price.

Seating was available inside and out - accessible seating for those in a wheelchair would be difficult indoors due to limited space - tables are very close together. We elected to sit indoors due to the heat and had no trouble finding an available table. Our server was Greg and while the restaurant was not crowded - he was covering table tables both inside and out - which meant he would disappear for long periods of time. While he did his best to cover everyone appropriately, I believe the manager should reevaluate table coverage for a superior dining experience. The menu provides ample selection of items to order. I would highly recommend the large pretzel as an appetizer. We ordered the Cuban sandwich with potato salad and a chicken sandwich with waffle fries. I mentioned to Greg that I was lactose intolerant and he was able to accommodate by ensuring he would mention to the chef that no diary should be used in preparation. Both sandwiches arrived with no issues - with the only complaint being that the potato salad was very bland. Other than that, all went well. Overall, the food was good - fairly straightforward bar food. During peak times - seating will be limited, possibly non-existent. If you try Pearl Street Taphouse go during off-peak hours for the best service and seating options.

A group of four that arrived after us was served, and left before our waitress brought our food. Our waitress was pleasant enough, but she was a ghost - we rarely saw her. Even water was slow to arrive. One man in our party went to his car to get his own water bottle. The fish nuggets in the fish and chips were not done. Potato salad had little flavor. The huge pretzel was a hit, but not much else. Too bad. We had high hopes. Addendum: the owner's response is basically the same excuse she's repeated to nearly every less than good review. 1,) I wish I'd read reviews first, 2,) they should actually work on improving food and process rather than making excuses if they don't want to close the doors.

Brezzie ( sp ) was our waitress; she was totally spot on with everything. The setting was again awesome with a nice day over looking the river, the Louisville skyline and the bridges. So good and nice portion. My wife had the Reuben which was new for her (use). It was very, very good and well put together. I'm not a big Reuben person but I tasted it and it was very good! And when Breezie was busy another waitress perfectly slipped in to keep us well served. Their training is spot on. In my opinion this location probably has some of the best trained staff in the Clark County area. Not that others a bad this place just feels like a step up. Our order was taken as you walk in. Can do food and drinks, you get a number. Pick a spot to eat and they find you. Nice saloon type setting interior, nicely lighted and somewhat cozy atmosphere. On this trip I decided to try the Tavern Smash Burger (American Cheese, Caramelized Onions, Pickle, Tarter sauce on a potato bun) and for an appetizer I went with their Guinness Beer Cheese that comes with a very nice sized pretzel loaf which I've never had before. The food was extremely tasty and definitely items I would order again. It's counter service here so expect to order your food and pay for it right away at the counter (unless you want to keep a tab open if you plan on drinking) It's a pretty chill place and it too loud or noisy at least not on this evening. I absolutely recommend if you're looking for a great place that has very delicious bar food with a very helpful and friendly staff that you should make it a point to stop at O'Shea's.

I did not care for these, the filling was meager and the exterior was literally dipping with oil which I cant stand with fried foods. For my meal I ordered a Shrimp Taco, Hand Breaded (topped with crunchy cabbage and cilantro salad. Served with homemade secret sauce.) Did not care for this, the breading on the shrimp was extremely salty, so much that I couldnt finish. However, the Fish Taco, which I got grilled (topped with crunchy cabbage and cilantro salad. Served with homemade secret sauce.) was much better - very fresh and very tasty. Service was adequate in terms of attention, not too much, not too little. There was a smell of dirty dish water/cleaning fluid at the time we were there which did put a slight damper on the experience but hopefully that was a one off and isnt there all the time. I dont know if I would make a special trip here again but I would probably go with people who were already going to watch a game or something.
