This is really only an informative review as I pretty much agree with everyone else's reviews. I've been here twice and both times I left feeling like there were kind of shady goings-on. That being said, you can take the side alley to the right of Chili's and it actually goes up to a four or five story parking structure. When you go through the gate, you'll get a card (electronic). Park on the lowest floor that you can unless you like walking stairs - elevator does not work and noone seems to care. When you check out of Chili's ask them to validate the parking and they will take your card and do some hocus-pocus on it and give it back to you. Walk in the parking lobby to the left of Chili's and put it in the parking machine (leave it in until it does it's hocus-pocus on it) and you'll be told to remove it without any mention of a fee!! Take the exit and enjoy your free parking. read more

Omg never had a problem with chilis back home ( from RI ) we went to this one a day before and our waitress was such a sweet heart. One day after, It was late and my husband and I were hungry so we took a walk to get take out here since it was like 2 mins from our hotel. We got two orders of boneless wings. Omg they brought out almost burnt rock hard wings with sauce on the side ( enough for 1 wing ). After 30 min wait for it. We had to ask for more sauce and that took another 20 mins because the bar tender forgot about us until she looked at our direction. She also looked like she was stressed out running the bar alone even though there was like only 3 other people in the whole place and 15 people working. My husband didn't feel like waiting longer for food that was probably gonna be just as bad. So we took it and left. read more

Although the food was acceptable, the service was not outstanding nor friendly. The walls of the restaurant and bathroom were caked with dried food and badly in need of a good cleaning or repainting. When I left the restaurant, the greeter didn't even acknowledge that I had visited or thanked me for My business. Service was decent at best. Food was BAD. Watered down potato cream soup. Dry ribs which is surprising as they now call themselves the House of Ribs. Drinks took forever to be served. Beware... Not good... Way better places around the Isla Verde area. read more

Why I love this place... They have karaoke, it's one of the most busier places here on the beach, and believe it or not, the drinks here are the cheapest and the best. The prices even though it's in a tourist area are the same at any other chili's. The service at the bar is fantastic and I have no complaints about it. Ordered takeout from here. Waiters were there and ready to take our food. Food took about 15 minutes to arrive, which was great. Ribs and burgers both tasted great. Make sure to check your takeout food before you leave - one of our orders was not included. We called, and they were willing to reimburse us, but were required to bring the card. First, the menu is limited and much different than what you would find back in the states. I have a couple of favorites at Chili's and was able to order one of them so I was okay with that. However, the food I recovered was overlooked and wasn't prepared well at all. My wife got the fajitas and the vegetables were greasy and not crisp at all. The service was below average but not the worst we had through the our trip (this is not a compliment). This place won't kill you but it won't thrill you either. Just came from here for dinner. Wow what a mess this place is. The food was completely horrible. The wings the burger it was just a disaster. And the food took forever to come! They ran out of two different beers while drinking (I only had 2 bottles one of each). On a side note the waiter waa very cool and respectable. If it wasnt for him I would definitely habe walken out. I went to this chili's two days before sat at the bar and ordered regular buffalo wings (same ones I would expect to get at any location in the us) asked them to make them saucy. They said ok. Then two days later, I called and ordered buffalo wings. The lady on the phone proceeded to tell me they couldn't do that, that the sauce would come on the side. I stated I was there two days before and got them that way. She put me on hold since she did not want to deal with my order and someone else picked up. He was with a "aha ok aha ok" attitude. I asked them to please make my buffalo wings saucy. He said ok. And I made sure to go over that again and he said ok. When I went to pick them up, the sauce was on the side. Don't lie to your customers if you can't do it then say so, didn't think it was so hard to toss the wings in sauce. Lazy people that lie and don't want to do their job. Disappointing read more

I sometimes don't agree with reviews and will sometimes go to a restaurant against the reviews. Well I should have listened. Jose was our server. Well ok ... he was the person who took our order and returned with the food. A server he is not. Jose walked away from putting the plates on the table without EVER coming back to our table except to clear the plates. "How is your food?" Would you like a COKE refill?" Two things we never heard. It took forever for him to bring the check and was wondering if he went shopping on my credit card. Slowly he came back. Now usually I tip good because I own a small restaurant and know tips are well appreciated. But literally I went against my standards and left nothing. Yes I feel bad but when my nonalcoholic beverage goes empty the tip goes with it. It is easy to gets tips. Keep the glass full. I don't understand why corporate Chilis doesn't visit this location and train everyone from the front door to the back door. And then clean every where. Even the folder that was brought with the bill was greasy and dirty. Come on... degreaser and a rag will clean it. With a casino opening soon across the street they could be very busy. We were I the bar for 45 minutes before anyone came to ask us what we wanted, and at that point in time my wife had already asked for the manager. Prior to this (around 20 minutes in) my wife had already asked a server or busser if we could get some service....they nodded yes. They finished wiping down a table or two and.......nothing. There were several people who arrived after us who had gotten drinks and even food! Still nothing for us. This whole time they weren't busy. SO SO SOOOOOOOO DISAPPOINTING!!!! Was here for 1pm football game with no toilet paper in the women s room, came back at 9pm for a beer and NO toilet paper still in women's bathroom! Disgusting place all around! Don't come here! From the viewpoint of the food, it's the same as with any Chili's restaurant. The service we received on 2 different visits was great. The waitstaff was very helpful in translating for a non-Spanish speaking visitor! Even gave insights for different parts of the island! Very friendly! Slow service - multiple items missing from order - quality was average. Overall - I would pass on this location and head elsewhere.

The people were nice but the service was terrible. Our order was wrong, we paid with cash and it took our server and the manager to figure out how much change to give us and we still had to correct them. Took a while to get our drinks, not sure if that's because our waitress didn't enter them or because the bartender was too busy stocking drinks to watch orders.
