Came for a late lunch today. I was in the mood for some chips and queso. In addition to the chips and queso, we got a cup of the chicken enchilada soup and the triple dipper. The queso came out nice and hot! I appreciate that they always give you a good amount of chips with a side of salsa. The chicken enchilada soup was good. The triple dipper never disappoints. The southwestern egg rolls have always been my favorite. 25 years in the making favorite. Our server was great! He was on top of our drinks and always checked up on us. Inside out: I can be a little difficult to get in and out of here when it's busy down by BSU, but they do have ample parking. The building inside and out seems to be a little under the weather, it's not the cleanest place. It's hard to keep windows clean but the ones there are noticeably rough (I know it seems like a weird complaint, and it's not that big of a deal just kind of noticeable) and the floor is never quite clean. Service: never really had a problem with service, the people there seem friendly and casual, never had incredibly long waits or anything. Food: my family really likes the hamburgers, as a pescatarian there are some options but I've never really been blown away by any of them. The black bean burger wasn't bad, the fish tacos were underwhelming, but my mom and grandma said the salmon was nice. Overall not good not bad, of the places to eat it certainly is one-but not one that I'd pick over anything else. read more

This is our neighborhood Chili's, so are quite familiar with it. Today we were lucky enough to get a great waitress, Christine. She was the best weve ever had at this restaurant! She was professional, very courteous, personable, with a great personality, and most of all very sweet and kind! Food was decent but service was horrible. We arrived about a minute before happy hour was over. We wanted to just have one beer with our meal. We sat at the bartop and weren't acknowledged at all for over 5 minutes. When I asked the bartender if we could still get HH, because we were there before it ended, she refused to give it to us. I know from working in restaurants that the computers have a grace period when it comes to HH/special pricing, so I know she could have given it to us and chose not to, which reflected in her tip. What I REALLY don't like though is there are no prices whatsoever on your drink menu. We voiced our concerns about that but the bartender said she'd let us know the prices on whatever we wanted to know. However, I want to see ALL prices so I can make a fully informed decision. I'm not going to keep going down the list, asking for prices. I believe Chili's knows this and it's a very deceptive practice. The HH special was $5.00 for a 22 oz domestic draft. Imagine our surprise when we were charged $7.19 for a 16 oz DOMESTIC DRAFT?! That's outrageous and I believe that Chili's is intentionally not transparent because no one would order beer at that ridiculous price. Leaving prices off of the menu leaves the gate wide open for gouging, which is what they did. It'll be a looonnnggg time before I return to any Chili's. read more

First of all I wanted to mention that we had a fantastic waitress. She was fast and friendly. She was probably the best one I have ever had at a Chili's. I never realized this, but their food isn't as good as other restaurants. Perhaps all of the good food was gone because it was Valentine's day. We ordered chips and salsa; they were almost out of that. We ordered ribs and they were out of those! When we got the chips and salsa I was thankful that we got the guacamole, which they are very generous on. The salsa was like the typical salsa that you get at a Mexican restaurant. It was as though it came out of a jar. We ordered the brisket; it was good, but they were a little overzealous with the rub. It was a little salty. I was not really impressed with the BBQ sauce. It tasted like a spicy ketchup. We stated that it wasn't quite satisfactory and our waitress quickly brought out another one; which was another spicier ketchup. I have to say that was a pretty good attempt to satisfy our taste buds. If I was to recommend a good place to go on Broadway I think I would suggest Chili's, Flying Pie, Extreme Pizza, and the RAM. I'm not sure why they get such a bad review. We reserved a large table of like 18 people. Yes, we had to wait about 20 minutes, but once there was room they put together a line of tables & seated us. Our waitress was named Sunny, what a great & friendly face. She had a great team behind her & we got prompt & amazing service for having such a large crowd. I was pleasantly surprised because it was an important evening. I was meeting my new daughter~N~Law's family for the first time. My son got married into her family. It would have been nice if we could have had a more of a round or square seating arrangement, but I'm not sure if they have the space to accommodate that. I walked into chili's today and no one greeted me to ask where I'd like to sit or maybe if I was there to pick up a delivery. After about 5 minutes ( and it wasn't that busy) I walked over to someone who was doing something behind the bar. I asked if I could sit at counter. She replied 'yes'. I sat down and at least another 7-8 minutes passed. Still no acknowledgement, welcome, glad of water or even hello and thinks for coming in. I even tried to sign in on their app. It did not recognize my password. So I tried to reset it and it did not recognize my phone number I had associated with my account. So I tried to create a new profile. It then said I have an valid account. So I left and went to Naked Fins. Within 5 minutes of arriving there I was served the soup and 2 tasty tacos that I ordered. While Chili's is not my fave restaurant even though I love the chips I don't think I'll give them about try and now I know why their Yelp rating is what it is. read more

My girlfriend and I went to Chili's on a date. We started with queso dip, which I didn't like. However, I chalked it up to a mistake on my part. Upon further exploration into the chips, we found a handful of tiny spiders! I waited patiently for our server to check in with us; when he did, we alerted him to the problem. So we haven't been in a chili's for quite some time, especially with the covid. Well a friend gave us a gift card and we decided to order in the app. It was easy to order. We got the free chips and salsa as well. When we went to pick up, the restaurant was clean and not overly crowded as per new regulations with the covid, in fact everyone was wearing masks and the girl who finished our order was also busy wiping things down as per customer before us had just left. Everyone was friendly and that's hard to come by right now due to all the added stress of the covid. Got home and our bacon burgers and fries were still hot and delish! We Also ordered the guacamole and chips and they too were incredibly wonderful. Loved the chips as well they were thin and crispy and just enough salt without being over done or not enough. Iwe walked into Chili's this afternoon fora late lunch. In 20 years of coming to this restaurant we had never previously had a bad experience. Until today, When we entered there was no host to greet us so we waited. After several minutes of no one walking up we notice there was no bartender, no server, no manager any where at all.
