Loved coming here for the food and value for your money. They have full meals, bold deals in their menu that lets you have a filling preview that's good for your tummy and wallet. True budget deals that's 3 for $10/meal for 1 but can actually be shared bec you have a choice of refillable fountain drinks including flavored iced tea and lemonade, a choice of starter and one entree all for $10! They also have the $25 meal for 2, you have one appetizer of your choice, 2 entrees and 1 dessert either the skillet chocolate chip cookie wt vanilla ice cream on top and the works or their simply good plain cheesecake that reminds me of NYC's Juniors cheesecake :-) read more

Fine .. get home our salad looked horrible and the chicken looked like when you microwave frozen nuggets not only that they gave us no dressing . So we did something we NEVER do went back and told them . The manager tried to make it right with a new order and 35 minutes later we left with more ok food . This place has really gone downhill. I use to come eat precovid and was a nice place. They don't answer the phone never. Not only did I ask for ranch, I asked for extra ranch for my wings and I got NONE. I asked for steak sauce, I got none. I use to tip great, I don't tip at all. My to go soda was filled half way. I get it there's a renovation going on at this location. However that does not excuse a business for not providing an Essential thing such as soap in the restroom. We got to the restaurant and I went straight for the restroom. The restroom is not clean at all. There's no toilet seat covers in the stall I was in. Upon reaching the sink there was a bottle of dial hand soap sitting on the counter. It had been watered down so much that suds didn't even appear as I "washed" my hands. I asked my server for soap and she proceeded to tell me that there is soap. If this is what they use to clean their hands I can only imagine the contamination level in this place. I didn't feel safe eating chips and salsa as my hands were not clean. My experience went down hill from there. Ordered soup and got half of a bowl. Ordered a burger and it was raw in the middle. I prefer my ground beef to be fully cooked. I'm currently pregnant and just got over a bout of pneumonia. I say that because I am prone to getting sick and I'm trying very hard to keep my hands and immune system clean. It was hard to do today at this chili's. I am very disappointed with my experience this evening. My little brother and I arrived on time for our pick up and then waited 20 mins past the pick up time in our car. The drive up person was very nice and apologetic which is the highlight of my review. My little brothers meal was cold when it came and my food was lukewarm. We asked that they remake his food and they did(kind of. It returned to us in the same box which is pretty sketchy given the Pandemic we are currently in) We got back home to find out my chicken & shrimp fajitas were missing the shrimp. I called back and was overly questioned and then asked if I'd come back for "just shrimp". Since I had PAID for it I said yes and drive back. Again the drive up person was apologetic and asked that they make more than the usual amount of shrimp. Which they brought out in a small cup instead of remaking my entire order which was now cold. Cold food and hot shrimp. I get back home and the shrimp feels like it was placed in the pan and then tossed into said cup. I paid extra for guacamole that was also not in the bag. Overall just really disappointed. I patronized during this pandemic to support local servers as I was once one and now that this time has been hard. Pretzel sticks - $5.47 or something. Pretty good. I asked for light salt which they obliged. Comes with cheese sauce but they also provided mustard in case we wanted it. I'd say this is pretty tasty, although very very very buttery. 4 sticks per serving. Grilled shrimp tacos - $10.47. Grilled shrimp with chili-lime sauce, cilantro seasoned cabbage, avocado slice, on flour tortilla served with rice and beans. Sounds pretty good, but it was....no. I think it could have been good with me if it weren't for that chili-lime sauce. It was...strangely sweet. A very sweet glaze. I don't approve of it at all. The rice was meh but with beans, it becomes bearable. The beans were probably the best part of that plate and that's not saying much. Chili - my dad didn't like it. I tasted it. I didn't like it. It didn't taste too savory and something about the seasoning was off. They added a lot of...lime or something because it tasted sour. It just wasn't good. Molten Lava Cake - this cake saved the meal because it was good. You can't really go wrong with warm cake with cold vanilla ice cream. My only criticism about this dessert is that it wasn't warmed up enough because the 'lava' was not flowing at all. It was a hockey puck of chocolate within the cake. The food is usually great, no matter what I get. I usually go here for lunch. They have an excellent lunch deal: I got half a grilled sandwich, fries, and a salad that filled me up for $6. It was fantastic! I've come here on occasion for dinner. Sometimes the food is a little salty, a little greasy. Not horrible, however. I usually order the same stuff 'cause I find that some of the items taste the same because of the seasoning(s) they use. Salad wise, the buffalo chicken salad is really good. I am not a fan of the Cajun chicken alfredo, but my mom really likes it and orders it every time. They have a small menu for happy hour and will give you free chips and salsa if you're sitting in the bar. First time in ten years I ever had a problem, first of all the food is fantastic and the management and service is always 5 star. Unfortunately the other night after church I took my grandkids to chilies, this lady did not know they were with me, she Proceeded to say " that's all we need is more " N" words, I myself have PTSD and unable to wear a mask, and I had been up very early that day to fix the air conditioner at the old folks home so I was very tiered, I ignored her comment because sometimes it better to ignore it, but then she yelled at me to move my " boys" away from her baby, the way she said BOYS was obvious another slur, so I said fine, and after few minutes I got my table and we were just discussing racism at church , so I approached the man and said I was sorry your mother is racist, but then he got mad because it was his wife not his mom, so I then apologized again, but she, the wife , was so drunk she did not know who I was and had to ask him asked him who I was. I went on yelling at me but what can I do, he was handicapped, I assume he was crippled by a beat down he got from his wife running her mouth. So we continued and try to enjoy our dinner. Then it was time for this lady and her family to leave, she stumbled over to the car, everyone is looking at here at this point because she is way to drunk to drive and as she sitting in the driver seen she started honking the horn yelling and screaming for her husband to grab her purse and the baby, so as everyone is listening to her blow the horn and screaming for her husband to get his " dumb ass" these are her words she is using now, at that point after 10 minutes,finally one of the waiters walked over and explain to her that she was in the wrong car, so she staggers over to her car and drove her family home, my African children are a threat to her family, but drunk driving home is ok. Now my wife that is African, but not my grandkids blood grandmother is very very mad! She was actually Organizing a peaceful BLM protest, very peaceful!! And she is very interested in what company would hire such a racist person and if anyone can help, there is absolutely no room for racism! There was 3 other people from my church and they just could not believe what was happening. And as I was leaving I helped out a elderly lady, i know her from my route, I delivered food to her, I do volunteer work I deliver food for the elderly on my days off, and she says to me " I'm so sorry, all this over a big mouth dog" it surprised me, but I told her, we can't fight racism and stupidity with racism and stupidity! Called the location and no one answered. Walked into the restaurant where no one bothered to talk to me. Only after everyone left did someone talk to me. I told them how long I waited. 9/8/18 9pm I'm so disgusted! The BF wanted to try something in the neighborhood so we stopped here. We walked in and sat down, walls at our booth were dirty. Didn't want to look like a freak and start looking everywhere but I tried to keep it safe and order a salad! Got my salad and I'm just a weird person, I look through my entire salad just to make sure I'm not eating any bugs lol! So I get my salad, went through it with my fork, ate some and started to look at the edges of my plate, went to bring it to the light and lifted it up, OMG the bottom of the plate was filthy! Food stuck all over it! My salad was covering the dried food stuck on it! My family didn't touch the rest of their food. They got through half their burgers and got disgusted! The manager removed my daughter meal and mine. Bc the bottom of my daughter plate had marks also! We have eaten at this Chilis for years. Ever since they opened. Especially during baseball season. This year, we have gone to this location to eat 4 times and ended up leaving due to long wait times (~20 mins) with hardly anyone in there. Today, it was a 10-20 min wait. There was one server on the bar side and one for the restaurant side. There were TWO tables occupied on the restaurant side and we still have to wait? The bar was dead too. With my family of 6, that was easily $150 tab. We will never come to this Chilis again. It's crazy because we have gone 4 times this year and have not actually eaten there, lol. I'm usually apprehensive about this because I've never received fast, friendly, efficient service in self-seating/bar area. The manager & Courtney, our server were super friendly & patient. Courtney had a friendly manner & we had a bit of trouble with the machine to pay, and the manager came out & said hello and helped us. As usual this place hasn't changed. Placed an online order and received a text my food was ready and to check in. I show up about 10 minutes after the text saying order is ready. Pull up to a To-Go spot check in and wait another 10 minutes. Nobody brings my food outside. I go in and stand around for a few minutes and see about a dozen workers behind the counter looking confused. Girl ask for my name and grabs my bag that's probably been there for about 30 min. Then the icing on the cake, I get home and they forgot one of my orders. Very sad. This place needs QA. Alright Chili's, stepped up your game I see. It had been a while since my last visit to this chain and it underwent a serious revamping. The drink menu was impressive. I LOVE margaritas and there was one for every mood. I wanted original so I got the presidente. It comes in a shaker which filled my glass about three times. At $9 a pop, I thought this was a pretty good deal. My second drink was a berry margarita. Good flavor though a little too sweet- it doesnt come in a shaker but it does come in a much bigger glass. For a meal, I had their tacos. Per the description, it came with fresh salsa, cheese, braised chicken. All the ingredients were there but the flavor was only between okay and good. The fajitas at the table next to me looked much better. Next time. I still give this place 4 stars bc the general ambiance, server, and drinks provided me with a good time. Highly disappointed in our last visit into Chili's. I have been coming here since they opened so practically my whole life! I am easy to please and rarely ever complain. HOWEVER, my boyfriend and I went in for dinner 2 weeks ago and there was a short 10 minute wait. NO problem, the host did not have a list going but we saw there was one other party of 3 ahead of us. They got sat and it had been about 10 minutes so we knew we were next. But then THREE other parties of 2 came in. We heard the host tell each party "it would be about a 15 minute wait". She sat every single other party, except us! We were also told the bar area was NOT self-seating and she allowed a party of 2 to go in the bar area to sit. I was fuming and when I mentioned something to a server walking by, he apologized. (she was walking around not doing anything!) She then came over to ARGUE with me saying "they were on this list first!". THERE WAS NO LIST!!!! We walked out and I will NEVER return there! We've given Chilis chance after chance and their customer service has gone SO beyond downhill!!! Sandy and Madison, I guess the two young ladies working to- go orders tonight let me know there was nothing they could do and that I'd need to purchase a new meal due to covid. My issue with this is that if I was dining in and my meal was wrong it would be replaced no questions asked. I didn't get offered a refund, I told them I would come pick it up, they gave me no options except for an apology, so here I am out $15 and starving. Starting with 0 stars due to bad management. Red flag sign when multiple guess have waited and left before they even get seated. Manager has the waitresses also performing hostess. Dining area is so filthy a table next to me hasn't been cleaned since I walked in to checkin with hostess for a seat. This was at 2pm waited and 10 minutes to put my name down. Bar area was told to wait for hostess and yet you see people walking and sitting down. For the food sides of Guacamole and cheese are premade and in the fridge guacamole color is beginning shade of brown and cheese all stuck together. Still very gross place. Also, it was almost empty when we came and our waitress forgot about us. We (4 of us) had empty glasses for like 45 mins. They got my dad's order wrong. The food was decent and the staff was friendly, but most of the tables are extremely dirty and remain Uncleaned for over a 45 minute period after costumers leave. Ok not that big of deal but the worst part was when i ordered the president margarita it came in this (pictured) this container had obviously not been cleaned ever, it had gunk and dust all over it.
