BEWARE! My daughter used to go here before and finished back in June 2022. I used to pay monthly of about $700 to have her stay extra days and longer hours. After she graduated, I asked about the deposit that I was supposed to get back. I called several times and several times I got the same answer from Anna which is "I will tell Sari (boss) and she will check with the corporate and they will write you a check. It will take about 2 weeks before you get the check." She also added, "Don't worry a lot of parents are still waiting for their check from their deposit to come." I told her its been 5 months!! and that every time I call I get the same answer. I told her it is unacceptable and they are just trying to fool us parents/ customers. I will never trust this place again nor recommend them to any of our family and friends. I am not even sure we will still get our money back but will try to figure out how to report this place to Better Business Bureau (BBB) !! read more

My sons fathers friend suggested this place. What a disaster. My son came home the first day with horrendous bruising on his body. I asked the woman who watched him the day before what my son was sitting or riding in that he would acquire bruising the way he did. She said, "those are old." I was shocked to hear that response. They suck you in with niceties and then, after you sign that paper, you are just a number. They could careless about your inquiries. I had a question about where my child was to go and I was told "don't stop in this office. Drop and go." I pulled him as soon as I could and called expressing I was pulling just days after I made pymt. He was seen at the daycare maybe three or four days and I paid $2,849.60. The deposit and first month. I was left to wait to hear an answer about my deposit. Was told "corporate had to make a decision" CORPORATE? Corporate where? Then i was told I can only give my 30 days at the beginning of the month. First you tell me 30 days notice. Ok I'll eat that I made a bad decision. Now you're telling me 30 days notice on YOUR terms? I paid $2,849.60 for maybe 3 days of service and I received a voicemail advising my deposit wouldn't be returned. On top of the unprofessional communication, this place is a child factory. Research, research, research. Your child and you should never have to pay for Convenience that turns to INCONVENIENCE. Please parents GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Would you trust your brand new car with a 16 or 18 y/o girl? So why would you trust your child with these teenage "care givers". Let me break it down for you by rooms. My daughter had been going there since she was 6 months. She was admitted in the infant room which the teachers are Jenny, Janelle and Darlene. I was somewhat comfortable with them. They seemed friendly and to an extent, caring. Unfortunately my daughter caught Coxsackie virus only in her second week there, which was quite shocking at that age group. At around 7 months my daughter was transferred to the crawler's room "wobblers". That's when the problems started it. The teachers are about 16-19 y/o Ashley and Sharice. One day I went to pick up my daughter earlier than usual and the lights in the room were dimmed low. I saw Sharice rocking a crib very roughly trying to make a baby fall asleep. I went inside to encounter my daughter wrapped like a mummy in a very thick blanket covered completely without any ventilation. When I addressed it to Sharice she told me that that's how they put the babies to sleep because the light bothers them. I reported this to the director Sari. That was my first red flag. My second was when I took my daughter home I was bathing her and I noticed a big scratch on her tight. This scratch was on a place where only somebody changing her clothes/diaper could have done it. I immediately looked at her pants from the daycare and I saw the blood stain. Nobody notified me of what happened, they didn't even realize that my daughter was bleeding. Next day, again, I reported this to director Sari. When my daughter turned 11 months the director Sari transferred my daughter to the "walker" room even though she was not walking yet. Where do I start with this room... Well, it's 100% no child proof room especially for a baby that is not fully walking yet. No padding on the floor and what's worse is that only half the room is dirty carpet and the other half is cold hard tile. Over crowded the ratio per kid to caregiver is very stretched. At times I have witnessed the room with more than four kids and only one care-giver - no matter how brief an occurrence, definitely against state laws and definitely unsafe. The "teachers" are also very young and have a little bit of an attitude Lexine and ($&&) They are literally like answering machine recordings - when I call to ask how is my daughter doing they will every day repeat the same thing "she ate everything and now she is playing." Daily report sheets won't match at all with information they provide over the phone. Two weeks ago my daughter fell down in the daycare supposedly from a walker (my daughter doesn't walk yet, if she is using a walker I will expect someone paying close attention to her since the walker is new to her). I took my daughter to the urgent care immediately since she wasn't being herself. The doctor there asked me to take her to her pediatrician where we found out my daughter had a concussion as a result of that fall. Nobody director Sari or the "teachers" gave us a call to follow up about my daughter's well being. That proves to me even more that what they run there is a straight, cold business - there is no compassion, no care, no love. It is just a monthly check for them rather than the well being of a child. I have all documentation, all the reports to prove that what I'm telling you parents is the truth. To get me to sign up my daughter for this daycare Sari was calling me for a week to follow up when I will go back to enroll my daughter there; but to ask me how is my daughter doing after the incident that happened on their watch and on their premises - NOTHING!!! Go somewhere else if you love your kids, this is not the place. I can keep going on and on and on with all the things I've seen in this place. Bottles, clothes missing. Bibs and blankets from other kids given to my daughter. New young/ college students replacements almost every day. Teachers on their cellphones while doing the buggy rides, etc, etc, etc... We are now looking for another daycare with more responsible, compassionate, professional and better experienced staff. read more
