This is not a review of the daycare program itself but rather of the "application" process…read more If you are thinking about sending your baby or child to this daycare, I would think twice about paying the deposit. I was 3 months pregnant when my husband and I found his growing grove. We put down a deposit for about $250 to "apply" for the daycare program with the goal of sending our child here at 4 months old. We were basically applying one year in advance. They told us they would give us updates on when there was an opening. We didn't get the update that there was an opening until March 2024. It's hard to believe that there was no opening (i.e., not one single infant in the program learned to walk and got moved to the toddler program during our six month waiting period). Our main problem is with the deposit. The deposit does not save you a place in line and it is not refundable. It merely gets you on a list of people to be contacted when there is an opening and then it's a free-for-all to see who submits the final paperwork first. The most reasonable approach would be to not pay anything until there is an opening and then submit the fee with all of the paperwork at that time. Unless time is not a factor to you and you have daycare somewhere else, you should not rely on there being an opening here. It's basically a lottery and you are potentially throwing away your money. We found another daycare that allowed us to send our child on the exact day we requested from the beginning. This daycare had less kids and was able to give more attention to my child.

I am normally not a vocal person, especially not on Yelp; however, as a mother, I feel compelled to…read moreshare my personal experiences with this organization so to provide a broader perspective for potential families who are also looking for a day care center for their children. My husband and I have a 22-month old daughter and it was our intention to send her to pre-school when she turns two years old. Knowing how difficult it is to secure a spot in a good pre-school, we started searching for one when she was only 4 months old (around November 2015). We found HGG, among others, on Yelp. Like many parents, we attended orientation sessions and opening houses. At the end, we narrowed down to 2 centers and since HGG was able to promise us a spot in writing to the Little Lamb class when she turns 2 in September 2017, we also committed ourselves by putting down a $250 deposit in January 2016. Lone and behold, around September of 2016, we found out that we were expecting our second child in May 2017. After much consideration, we also decided to enrol our unborn child to HGG to the toddler program for December 2017 and put in another $250 deposit in December 2016 to secure a spot. Between January 2017 and April 2017, I have been in close contact with the enrolment officer at HGG and in each conversation, I have always been reassured that they have a spot for both my kids at the date they have previously promised. Without any prior notice, I received a deposit refund of $250 in the mail in early May 2017. I called HGG right away to find out if there has been a mistake. It turns out that the enrolment for my baby to their infant class for December 2017 has been turned down and the only explanation given was because of a mix up in their administration (over-booking of babies to their toddler class). With only one week away from the due date of my unborn baby, they had put us under tremendous stress as both my husband and I have already committed to our respective employers our back-to-work plan under the assumption that we are able to send our baby to HGG by December 2017. In addition, when I tried to confirm the enrolment of my 22-month old daughter for September 2017 on the same call, we also found out that they have to postpone her for another year (i.e. until September 2018). By that time, I was furious. If I have not asked, no one at the center would have told us and we would be in deep trouble by the time September 2017 comes around. I apologize for the long read but I do feel strongly about my experiences. I have lost total faith in the school. We cannot help but to speculate whether there were any unfair preferences (i.e. over ethnicity, religion preferences, parents' occupation, etc) for the applicants on the waiting list. It does not matter how well-equipped the facility is, how great the programs are and how attentive the teachers may be, if the administration is run so poorly, as a mother who plans to be an involved parent for my children, I have serious doubts on how well the center is actually being run, which will directly affect the learning environment for my children. There is definitely disappointment for not being able to enrol my children to the school but my above comment arises solely from my frustration of the poor communication from the school administration. I encourage other parents who have also received their unexpected refund deposit in their mail to come forward to also share their experiences on Yelp since I am certain I am not the first and won't be the last.

As a mother of three, I have experience with several childcare providers, and Sharina's stands out. From our very first visit, we felt a sense of ease; unlike other home daycares we toured, there was no pressure, just a genuinely welcoming environment. The facility is an in-home daycare, but it is incredibly spacious and thoughtfully organized into four distinct areas: The Main Activity Area: Used for focused work, crafts, and meals. The Gross Motor Space: A dedicated nap area that doubles as an indoor play space which is a lifesaver on rainy days! The Quiet Room: A cozy spot perfect for reading and calmer activities. The Outdoors: A fantastic, well-maintained yard with artificial grass, a play structure, a playhouse, and plenty of ride-on toys. Sharina and her wonderful team, Hassina, Radha, and Priyanka, are truly exceptional. They care for the children as if they were their own. My son is thriving; he has learned to feed himself, his vocabulary is growing, and he loves socializing with both his peers and the older children. I also deeply appreciate the consistent communication. Sharina sends regular photo updates, which makes it so easy to stay connected to his progress throughout the day. My husband and I couldn't be happier or more grateful to have found such a nurturing community for our son.

Unfortunately, we made left in November 2024 because I got a new job in the ECE field and was able to take my son with me. Long story short, it did not work out for my son, so I brought him back to Bubbly Tots in August 2025. It's almost been 3 months since he's returned and he has had so much success thanks to the wonderful staff and the amazing structure and activities they provide for the children. I cannot thank Ms. Soni and her ENTIRE team for welcoming us back with open arms! My son shows an increased interest in writing, coloring, and loves going to school. He even looks forward to doing his homework! When we were gone for almost 8 months, he would still ask for his Bubbly Tot teachers (especially Ms. Maria). They have truly made him feel loved and cared for. On the weekends he asks me if he is going to school because he misses it. That alone tells me that they have made a huge positive impact on my son. His current teacher, Ms. Carolyn is amazing with my son has taught him humility, kindness, and instilling confidence in him. Words alone cannot express how grateful I am for Bubbly Tots. The area is so convenient, policies are very straight forward, they care about their children and families, and I always feel super comfortable dropping off my son to school, which is sadly rare to find in preschools and schools nowadays. Please check them out if you are considering preschool and want your child to receive the best care!

***Do not allow your kids to go here.***…read more Yes, every parent experience is different , mine has been terrible. I absolutely would not recommend. My son had been going here since November of 2024 and we have had incident after incident. He was 2 when he enrolled and full of energy. There would incidents of him coming all covered in dirt and wet pull ups by the time I picked him. I addressed it the owner would say it would be addressed and it would for a few weeks then back to the same thing. Then, he came home with bumps and cuts that would not get reported to me. Had meetings and the owner finally moved him from the care of one of her older workers. But, the last straw was when one of the workers changed my son in front of the door where the parents pick up for anyone to see and on top of that his brand new shirt was ripped that same day like an animal attacked him without a report.

For essential workers, which my husband and I are, this was such a relief. Communication could still be better. Not sure what's been going on with their phones, but they are open (now close at 5:30), and I believe they are accepting new kids. Update: I was very happy with the infant room, but I sadly can no longer provide 5 star for the preK 1. There has been a huge turnover of staff. The Spanish lessons have basically gone away. The teachers don't communicate with each other, so when you pick up your child and ask how he did for the day you get a "I've only been with him for an hour, so I don't know ". I've repeatedly told them that he's potty training at home, but it doesn't seem to be continued while at school, which is really frustrating since he's over 3 now. Yesterday the photo of him on Hi Mama was pre-haircut, so I know it's not what they did today. Typically they've been sparse and I got a report one day when he wasn't even there. So basically it's worthless. The afternoon snack went away so my kid is starving when I pick him up. I emailed the head director directly and got no response regarding my concern and suggestion for merely a yogurt stick. I've hesitated on updating this because I keep giving a benefit of the doubt, but maybe this will help with some positive changes Previous review: I'm very pleased with the care Miss Mercedes and team provide for my son in the infant room.
