They're always decorated for the next holiday and fall is my favorite time of year so orange and yellow are the predominant color. The treats they have in the kitchen area are pretty legit. I know people say that the food is gross because it's preserved to death because it needs a long shelf life, but I follow this one tiktoker who is a buyer for imported goods and he says most of the stuff is from companies over seas trying to make a name for themselves in the US market and the brands didn't catch, so now they have to get rid of the stuff before it expires, so you're actually getting very high quality foods, so give it a try, especially since some of those brands you'll never see again. Also check out their pet area for seasonal clothing for your dog. Yes, I am that person who dresses my dog, but we like in Washington- you should be putting a shirt on your dog when it gets nippy and their prices are much more reasonable than Petco.

I saw some cool collectables here, but the prices were just too high. They had a ton of ashtrays from a restaurant I assumed no longer exists, I don't smoke, it would be a nice accessory to a coffee table. However, at $8, I couldn't help but assume they acquired it for no more than $.50. I believe in profit, but some price reveal a greed I'm not comfortable with supporting. Again, you will find some interesting wares here, question is, will you find them affordable. I left empty handed, and I doubt I was alone in that outcome. 1 on pricing, 5 on product. Total score 3

Besides the upstairs, there was a room called the annex that had some nice furniture also. There were some seasonal items, silverware, housewares, knickknacks and more. This hobby lobby was known for its exceptional customer service. The cashiers have always been…read morefriendly and more than willing to help. Today at 10:55 AM Friday, October 10, I experienced some of the worst "customer service" I've ever received. The "manager" seemed to not care that customers were waiting to be served as he socialized with the cashiers. My cashier never greeted me in any way. When I asked her how her day was going she just mumbled something in response. I purchased several sparkly items for Christmas. She just laid them all before me on the counter and expected me to carry them out in my arms. In times past the cashiers would ask if I needed a bag, and if I needed anything wrapped. When I asked her if she was going to bag my items, she said "oh you want me to bag them for you? You're supposed to ask for that". She started to cram some glass items down inside the bag with scratchy things. I asked if they could be wrapped and put in another bag. She said "that bag will cost you another nine cents". Then she refused to give me my receipt until I paid my nine cents for said bag. I didn't have nine cents cash. But fortunately, the lady behind me did. The cashier was then rude to the lady behind me making sure she paid the nine cents before I got my receipt. I may have to find another hobby lobby to shop at. The customer service at this one seems to have died. Very disappointing.
