Huge shout-out to Chip for doing an excellent job repairing the fascia wrap below our gutter. Not only that, but he provided a high level of detail in his responses, which was much appreciated given that it's a new experience for us. He displayed the same level of professionalism when he came out to our house for the in-person consultation. We did not feel pressured at any point during the process. On the day of the installation, Cody came out with his partner Terry. They were both on time and got right to it after explaining the steps they'll be taking to do the job. Interestingly, they were so quiet walking on the roof that I did not even realize they were up there until after they had already started cleaning out the gutters. It took about 2 hours for the cleaning and another 4 hours for the installation. I actually walked on the roof with Cody afterwards and it was clear that they took pride in their work. I really appreciated their diligence and attention to detail. They even cut the guards to accommodate the brackets that I had installed for my security cameras! I would highly recommend Cody and his team at Gleaming Gutters if you're looking for good quality work, great customer service, and excellent pricing.

I highly recommend them and will certainly call them again for future jobs

I contacted Clay Wilson, who was quick to respond by telephone, scheduled a visit for an estimate, arrived for that visit on time, and repaired the gutter within a very reasonable amount of time. Wow! An opportunity to up-sell me passed over in the name of honesty and integrity! He made the repair while I was at work, and he did it flawlessly. The repair plan listed a $200 "trip charge" to drop off materials, but it wasn't itemized as part of the estimate total, and nowhere on the contract does it state that the total excludes this charge. This would lead any reasonable reader to believe this was already included in the total. After the job, the front office insisted it was an additional charge and claimed they had explained it verbally, even suggesting that I was the one acting in bad faith to find a loophole to get out of paying it. I appreciate good workmanship, and they delivered that. But transparent pricing matters, and the front office fell short. If you choose this company, make sure every fee is clearly broken out so there are no surprises after the work is done.
