After several visits to my home to measure (one 2 hours long!), sharing my inspiration pics, a zoom call, and repeated promises that a design and quote would be "any day now", and "next week" and "soon", I got ....Nothing! Not a text, not an email, not a call. Nothing. When I finally reached out after 4 weeks of silence, the designer apologized and said that if I wanted to proceed with them, I would be "made a priority". Highly unlikely after they had already wasted 2 full months of my time with their false promises. They were very unprofessional and I am sorry I ever called them.

Their show room and displays are limited but their capabilities are excellent. They worked from our descriptions and pictures from Houzz. When we took delivery of our cabinets our house was still under construction. We found the as delivered quality to be very good and their delivery timely. We had several minor issues that their master installer remedied when the house was being completed. His overall install capability and problem resolution made all the difference in our satisfaction as a customer. Overall we were very pleased with our cabinetry.

We were very clear that the carpet was being installed on the 2nd floor and the rooms are large, which they knew. The installation crew of 2 people, a man and woman, arrived as scheduled (8am) and began removing the carpet. The shock came when I saw that the man was putting the old carpet/padding through the window and onto the roof. After there where 4-5 rolls of the old carpet/padding on the roof, he climbed out of the window and threw them to the ground. Frankly, I about had a stroke! Not only was that extremely dangerous but was not good for my 2 year old roof. Then they tried to move the new carpet out of the truck but it was too heavy for the 2 of them to move, so my husband and I helped them get it out. They cut the carpet for the largest room (20x17) rolled it up and the man carried it up the flight of stairs to the room and dropped it. It hit the floor so hard that it knocked a picture off the wall downstairs and shook the entire house. I ran to be sure no one was hurt but he didn't look at all concerned, but he didn't carry additional pieces upstairs until additional help arrived at about 1pm. They continued putting old carpet/padding on the roof and then throwing them off. They worked quickly laying the carpet and putting things back. They clearly were not coming back on Friday morning to finish putting things back or clean up the debris in our yard. Perhaps, we made the mistake of moving things into one room to save time. The carpet does look nice but I'm not sure that it will stand the test of time; only time will tell...

If I could give them a ZERO I would. WORST Cabinet maker/installer in NC! I paid $85,000 in June…read more2025 for custom cabinets. Was told delivery would be 6-8 weeks later. Cabinets were delivered 8 weeks late (16 -20 weeks after ordering. Which delayed the job 3-4 months. The cabinets were built wrong, had missing pieces, were damaged, rude installer, and when 1 package of the missing pieces arrived, the owner told me she wasn't going to have another installer come finish the job. I had to find and pay another installer to buy the raw material, sand it, stain it, cut it, and install it. It took me 11 months to have the job completed and paid an additional $8,000 to have the job completed. WORST Cabinet company EVER! DO NOT DO business with them, unless you want to get ripped off.
