Indu is excellent ; all the years I have been to salons for my eyebrows I have never been so happy at the results ; not only did she thread them in the most beautiful shape ; but she tinted my eyebrows and they look absolutely beautiful. Owner is very nice and there is a parking lot behind the store which I liked. However, she made me look like a clown. My eyebrows are now thinner than before and don't frame my face whatsoever. I typically do waxing in Manhattan but my lady was booked until end of April! I'm from Long Island and was at my sister's house in Bethpage so I thought I would give her a try because of all the great reviews. Very unhappy with how they turned out. read more

I came here and felt like I was talking to my mom, that's how sweet and welcoming this woman is! I tried this threading salon for the first time as I usually go to ones by Hicksville and she's so worth the trek out! Her prices are very reasonable (for a brown girl on a budget) and does an exceptional job! I have two different shaped and eyebrows which is a struggle for everyone but she moved about it with ease and even offered to stay late if I ever need to come in after work. She's the full package!! I went to Chik threading on Saturday for eye brow threading . Indu was very sweet and she listened to all my needs and concerns. My eye brows are lovely ! She did an amazing job ! In addition, this salon is extremely affordable . I use to travel all the way to the city to Pinkys village spa (and pay $16 just for threading, but now that the LIRR is experiencing service problems , it looks like Indu will be my new eye brow person . I have used Chic Salon's services for almost 2 years and have never been disappointed. Indu is an expert in her field and wonderful to her customers. I read the post from 7/4/18 and while I understand the lady's frustration and being upset with her poor service, I also need to say it was not Indu who performed the service. Indu was away and her substitute had the issue. Indu tried to make amends but the lady wouldn't accept-which is her choice.
