The order came out incorrect, and the queso was a major disappointment--it arrived as a bowl of grease, completely separated and inedible. The tacos were very small, light on filling, and lacked the bold seasoning and heartiness we've come to expect here. Honestly, it wasn't the usual Guacamole quality. What made it more frustrating was that the wait staff didn't seem very helpful in correcting the issues or explaining what went wrong. While we noticed the owner wasn't in that day and chalk some of this up to her absence, a restaurant still needs to run smoothly when the owner takes time off--burnout is real, and strong staff support is key. We truly don't want to hurt this business. We drive a distance to come here and still consider it one of our favorite spots.
