I don't know if our bartender was busy or stressed or having a bad day, but she was not friendly, quite stand-offish, and even rude at certain times. The biggest infraction of all, there was waiting an hour and ten minutes for our food. One birria bowl, one appetizer, one burger and one salad. We were not served until seven-fifty at night. On top of that, they got my order wrong. I will say, the food looked good but sadly, I had to cancel the order since we already missed the start time of our prior engagement So we paid our bill and I left hungry. I honestly think they need two hostesses, two or three bartenders, plus more line cooks and barbacks on weekend nights. So about twice as many people as they had on the schedule for that night.
