As far as I know, they would not offer a refund, instead sent a replacement which was refused. You would think they know how to do a simple monogram, place initials on an item, they end of damaging it and refuse to refund item. Coach customer service refuses to refund, will not do a thing about it. Complaints have been filed against corporate office with BBB (Better Business Bureau), New York Attorney General's Office.
