I received a formal offer letter and start date from the hiring team. After that, I was told my background check through First Advantage needed additional processing time. That process took nearly three weeks. During that time, I stayed in consistent contact. The final week, communication stopped completely. No updates. No clear answer. No start date. I had already left my previous job based on the written offer. It has now been over a month and a half. I am currently behind on rent and bills because I relied on a position that never materialized. When I called for clarification, I was told the manager who handled my onboarding is no longer with the company. Since then, my calls have not been returned. If a company chooses not to move forward with a candidate, that is their decision. But professionalism requires communication. A clear yes or no shows respect for someone's time and livelihood. I'm sharing this to highlight the importance of accountability and transparency in hiring. I am actively seeking new opportunities in sales or leadership in the Rock Hill or Charlotte area and am ready to contribute immediately.

It felt like he was watching out to see if I stole anything and he kept asking if I needed help after I constantly told him no. I would catch glimpse of him looking/staring at me and after working the whole day and just trying to get some new boots it doesn't feel good to be watched as if I'm about to steal or do something wrong it was just really irritating and I felt like it was only him because the other staff were real nice and respectful. And I've seen other people have also experienced this and I just think they should've trained that guy better or just have a talk with him.

I have owned this exact same fragrance before, so I am very familiar with how it smells and how long it normally lasts. My previous bottle smelled amazing, lasted throughout the day, and I constantly received compliments when wearing it. This new bottle smells noticeably different, and the fragrance seems to disappear very quickly. I came into the Louis Vuitton store hoping they would listen to my concern, compare the fragrance, and help find a reasonable solution. I even asked to speak with management and personally spoke with TWO managers who were on site. Unfortunately, neither manager seemed willing to help me or offer any type of solution. I was basically told there was nothing they could do. That was probably the most disappointing part of the entire experience. When a customer spends almost $400 on a single bottle of fragrance and takes the time to come back to the store because something doesn't seem right, I would expect management to at least make a genuine effort to address the concern. Louis Vuitton presents itself as a luxury brand and charges luxury prices. In my opinion, the customer service I received was nowhere near the level I would expect from a company at this price point. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted someone to take my concern seriously and help determine why this bottle performs so differently from the same fragrance I previously purchased. Very disappointing experience, especially after speaking directly with two managers and leaving the store with absolutely no help or resolution.

On this particular day, I happened to be carrying a "regular," non-luxury handbag. Ironically, it was the first time I've ever walked into an LV boutique without one of their bags on my arm, and it was also the first time I was completely ignored. I wasn't greeted, nor was I asked for my name to be placed on the assistance list, which has always been standard procedure in the past. It is hard not to feel that I was judged based on what I was carrying and deemed not worth the staff's time. A customer's loyalty and purchasing power shouldn't be measured by the bag they carry on a casual Saturday. Disappointing experience, to say the least.
