During my most recent visit, the woman I spoke with...who had glasses and shoulder length hair...was in the middle of making soap, which I understood she couldn't immediately stop. However, when I explained what I was looking for, instead of offering assistance or even a bit of understanding, I felt completely brushed off. This same dismissive attitude has been present every time I've visited. Because of these repeated experiences, I will no longer be a customer, and I won't be recommending this business to anyone...

There were only a sprinkling of items on sale (like a few T-shirts, sunglasses, and some miscellaneous items), so still a bit to check out. More than retail, it seems the place is now more of an artsy crafty place than a retail store. The entire place looked bigger...more space, since less retail. I thought they should have had some overhead music to fill the empty space, and give it more of a vibe. They still had this bar area, where they served wine (aside from the Jackass Cafe in the back). Still, I love the big, wide, open space that this place has to offer...and its Bohemian vibe. And did I mention their awesome artwork on their walls - both inside and out? I received most of my order, except one shirt, in which I still have not received, that I ordered this summer! I have gone in literal circles with customer service. Then received an email today, 2 months later saying that they show I have the shirt and there is nothing they can do. She looked angry and I asked about the product. She said she didn't carry anything like that and I said it's on your website. She shrugged her shoulders. She back to doing nothing so I said I guess I'll look on the shelves. I couldn't find it on the shelves say said goodbye thank you and the nose pig didn't say anything.. so I went to the store in Pineville by Sally where they were very friendly and pleasant. She showed me right where the product was and made a suggestion of a couple of other slightly different products as well that might be easier on my kids hair. I live in Fort Mel, so I guess I will drive up to Pineville from now on and avoid the ogre in Rock Hill on Cherry Road.

They did not have the part in on Saturday, but she said she would have one Monday and sure enough it was in. In no time it was fixed and good as new. In listening to her interact with other customers in the store it was nice to see the attention to privacy making sure everything was logged out of just in case and the devices were ready to be repaired.
