Not all, and I'm trying not to be ageist, but it was exclusively the elderly that were intolerable (Important distinction: not every elderly customer was awful, but every awful customer was elderly). So if you're looking for a place where no employee is willing to help, and you want to get screamed at by a senior citizen, simply for existing, this is the place for you!

There are so many interesting and fun items! If you plan on taking your dog with you, there's a grassy area outside to avoid accidents in the store. Also, try to go during a time that's less crowded (maybe when they first open). Homegoods is very popular and the aisles can get tight - be sure to keep your dog comfortable and safe from the hustle and bustle.

I make a lot of beaded bracelets throughout the year and it seems like every time I look for 4mm glass seed beads in a variety of colors, they're sold out. Between the Mets and Knicks, I would think they could keep a decent supply of blue, orange and white beads on hand throughout the baseball and basketball seasons. We are in the NY market with plenty of fans here. Their prices are also on the high side and there's never anyone around to help. I went through the entire store talking to anyone ... even did self check out. I think there's some room for improvement here. I managed to buy some blue and white beads from their hanging necklace section and a small little vial of orange seed beads to get me through making these Knicks playoff and finals bracelets. GO KNICKS!
